So, this is a “best guess” post.

It goes back to mid to late 1989. Think I described this elsewhere on this blog, but am going to do it again rather than link back.

After a disagreement with a co-worker (whom they more recently tried to direct my ire toward), I was sitting alone in the student center. I’m guessing this was before school started at Drew University because the place was empty. As I noted before, I “felt” as if a gun were put to the left side of my head and there was a tingly sensation on the right as if someone had sort of pulled the trigger. At the time and for several years after, I just didn’t know what to make of it. Still don’t entirely, but since I don’t believe in voodoo, I’m going with hypnosis.

The question then becomes, when and how was I hypnotized. As I recall, the confrontation and subsequent violent event occurred in the evening during a stage set changeover. The phony voodoo event occurred during daylight, and so I think it was the next day or perhaps two days after. Therefore, the most likely time for planting suggestions would be while sleeping.

Since the Frey effect was demonstrated in 1973 and 1974, and this is sixteen or fifteen years later, I’m going with remote “synthetic telepathy” while sleeping. The suggestion planted, it triggered later in the day while awake.

But that got me thinking. What if some of the other experiences, the shark and mushroom clouds for example, were also done that way. What if that Sony thing is not operational yet, merely the product of a combination of drugs increasing trust (oxytocin levels?) with voice-to-skull suggesting I will “see” it?

I was very sleep-deprived also at that time. I saw, as I said, on two occasions, people walking out of the corner of my eye only to look up seconds later to see no one around at all. I chalked that up to lack of sleep also (wake dreaming, brain trying to catch up on what REM provides) but why not hypnosis instead?

Then there was the period (2010, I think, but cannot recall exactly when, might have been early 2011) when, while typing up some posts like these, I had a great deal of trouble with verb tenses. Let me be more specific… though I was detailing things that happened in the past, I felt forced to use the present tense. It was quite a while after that happened, and I tried partly in vain to rewrite some of those in past tense, that I realized where I had seen that idea before. Hypnosis.

And so the list goes on and on. Some of the thoughts in that deli were not mine, not what I would have been thinking. And, the ridiculous puppet show of the owner telling me to have a seat just before that encounter. Completely staged without most or all of the participants realizing it. But was that “on the spot” suggestion or had someone gone to the trouble of planting it the night before? Don’t know.

EDIT: Of course there’s a hole here. I don’t think you can “talk” a dog into being on the wrong road at the wrong time. Yeah, the Sony thing must work. “Upload” a fake odor electronically and the dog will go wherever you want when you want. Maybe a faux sound, though, or a real one beyond human range. Then make sure your puppet driver is in the vicinity. END EDIT

And, though I’ve alluded to it before, it seems incredibly dumb or brazen for CIA to be using things that they researched, that are so obviously from the old programs:

6. Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.

I don’t say that means it isn’t, but I do say it would tend to point to someone who has a grudge or is a competitor, whether that’s another agency, a subcontractor who wants more of the work, or one who is not happy about where he wound up.

You can see why someone might think actors would be good subjects for this. It’s like taking direction, doing a performance. Of course when you choose people who like to improvise, who for whatever reason have authority issues, it might not have been a good idea. You know, the actor’s revenge.

Um, Right

Warning: non-sequitur for most people…

Actually it IS because they don’t have anything better to do. 🙂 Hee-hee-hee.

‘Cause You Never Know

In a two or three or four story building, window overlooking some jungle type trees, beyond which are two or three old trailer homes lined up roughly side-by-side.

May have been bitten on right foot by a rat. Captors may seek medicine for same.

Worth a look I suppose.

And Then?

There’s this. No idea what to make of it, but there it is then.

New Link

Added a link to Raytheon’s patent for a NLW (non-lethal weapon) that can cause “high energy damage…of the target.”

Have a look at the date of the patent. Have a close, close look. Weird, no?

BLACK BOOT DIARIES – How to Defeat Brainwashing in Three Easy Steps

So let’s review, shall we? In reference to the recording mentioned in the previous post, my trip to Canada, etc.

Decided to go to Ad Astra (April) in February. This was followed by lots of Hollywood ending stuff being shoved into my brain. I mean, there’s more than one way to emigrate, isn’t there? There was even a lovely young lady who recounted her experience with her betrothed at the border. They used that as well, pushed it, shoved it down my throat. I know she clearly had no idea, it was from her point of view some good advice for anyone.

And yet I knew it was all bulls***. Simple as, “Fool me once…”? (Unlike your average village idiot, I know the rest). Don’t really know. Maybe. I would in fact have been very, very surprised to see what’s-his-name-who-probably-doesn’t-even-exist-or-if-he-does-works-for-one-of-these-corrupted-organizations there at all. Yet, for some reason I kept up the ruse until I got across the border.

The plan: panicked, pissed and disappointed, go ballistic. Much like the failed attempt at the sentencing hearing over the Conway arson after doppleganging Beaudry’s father and two brothers.

What actually wound up happening: pretty much nothing. An enjoyable conversation and I hope some measure of explanation for what transpired previously. (And those nifty photos of the place where MKULTRA experiment 68 took place which I only recently discovered included video taping officials having sex with children in order to blackmail them into continuing to fund shocking brains to the point students at McGill forgot their own parents and sucked their thumbs. Isn’t it great to have patriots like that watching our backs without the slightest f***ing bit of oversight from Congress?). And that weird thing where I wound up at the poetry reading and, of course, Gabe.

It’s like these clowns have the Midas touch except substitute feces for gold. I mean, if they had actually been any good at getting results beyond fostering hatred of Muslims and seeing to the US has only war and preying on its own citizens as industries, would our economy be in the mess it is? I don’t think so.

And yet there are no heads on the ground to point to. That’s what’s most disappointing. Just how bad does it have to get before the adults step in? Time will tell.

(As for why I waited to mention the recording, with everything else going on, I forgot. I can be such a doofus sometimes. 🙂 ).

#1299 C4ISR Booze Allen and artificial telepathy

Patent Links

Synthetic Telepathy Patent 6587729 “Apparatus for audibly communicating speech using the radio frequency hearing effect” Flanagan, GP “Nervous System Excitation Device” 7/16/68 Puharich, HK and Lawrence, JL “Hearing Systems” 12/21/71 Malech, RG “Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves” 4/20/76 Stocklin, PL “Hearing Device” 8/22/89 Brunkan, WB “Hearing System” 10/31/89 Mardirossian, A “Communication system and method including brainwave analysis and/or use of brain activity” 1/4/00

In 2002, Booz Allen had more than 1000 former intelligence officers on its staff, and its government contracts rose dramatically after 911, “from $626,000 in 2000 to $1.6 billion in 2006. Most of the latter figure, $932 million, was with the Department of Defense, where Booz Allen’s major customers included the NSA, the Army, the Air Force, the Defense Logistics Agency, and the National Guard. In 2006, it was one of seven firms awarded a ten-year contract to bid on up to $20 billion worth of work in command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaisance — a mouthful of a term usually referred to as C4ISR — for the Army’s Communications and Electronics Command, which is based in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.

The term C4ISR is a perfect descriptor for Artificial Telepathy — a powerful fusion of signal processing technologies that allows technicians to remotely gather and collect human intelligence (HUMINT) from the brain signals (SIGINT) of other human beings. As with C4ISR, Artificial Telepathy automates “signals collection” (eavesdropping) and “intelligence analysis” (figuring out what people intend to do) by utilizing satellites and computers, and the overall goal is military command and control. Indeed, one might define Artificial Telepathy as a subset of C4ISR with a special focus on neurology, psychology and mind control. Artificial Telepathy is an exotic form of C4ISR that allows warriors to communicate nonvocally with soldiers in the field, enables spies and intelligence agents to perform reconnaissance and surveillance nonlocally by means of “remote viewing,” and allows military officers to command and control the behavior of human minds at a distance, with the artificial aid of carefully networked satellite and computer technology. Booz Allen Hamilton certainly has close ties to the contractors who worked on the Pentagon’s “Stargate” program for psychic spying in the 1990s, and it took a lead role in development of the NSA’s “Total Information Awareness” projects, mentioned in earlier posts. BAH must certainly be on the short list of firms capable of designing and launching a system of space-based, mind-invasive weaponry. It has all the people, pull and know-how needed to put an “electronic concentration camp system” in place.

BAH is also where neocon and former head of CIA James Woolsey wound up. As I recall, they also contracted with both CIA and FBI, but that is from memory and several years old.

BAH is also the former employer of a D&D player I shared a game with in 2004, 2005 or so, Curt Sawyer. F***ing check it like every other goddam thing I’ve documented here.

Speaking of V2K, I guess it was about February after sending in my check for Ad Astra attendance that I was sent a short message which sounded like a recording that had the first word or words cut out: “…kill Peter Watts.” The tone also suggested it was perhaps part of a question rather than a declarative or a command. In any case, obviously did not have the effect intended.

But see again how that worked? By sending a sound-byte that was incomplete like that is again wiggling within their interpretation of the law. “We didn’t actually TELL him to kill anyone…” etc. This was one of the ways I initially realized this s*** was not coming from my imagination.

What is sad is how I have been up one side and down the other with this government and there have been three major shootings recently that would not have had to happen if people were doing their jobs, if Congress did its job, if journalists could crack it, if there was not such an emphasis for some reason on removing all whistleblowing, etc. People are dead who did not have to die.
