A Rose By Any Other Name

This post is yet another I don’t really want to do. Why this time? Because it looks odd. I’ve been trying to avoid odd even though odd is the one thing my life has had an abundance of for the past ten years or so.

And I’m not sure it’s terribly informative either. Being trolled by CIA, or maybe something even stranger…one individual within the intelligence community who wields of lot of power and therefore we can assume we probably don’t know his name…well, it’s all a bit much. He can’t help revealing his “genius” if only to one person? Sounds a bit Hollywood-y.

Probably, this post should instead be about how people are invested in particular narratives and cannot therefore accept things when those narratives change. And how I’m no exception to that, but at the same time I can still see behind the curtain, or fourth wall if you like, and see that “random” events always seems to serve the purposes of that old Langley Shit Dragon, the Central Intelligence Agency, or at least thereabouts when it helps competitor NSA as well. *

Right. Sibel Edmonds once mentioned how some of the names coming from spying, leaking, whistleblowing news seem a little strange. When I heard it, I immediately went to the place where I think she was drugged by, probably CIA but maybe FBI before testifying about various officials, including eight members of Congress, about selling nuclear secrets to Israel, which by the way passed through Turkey and probably also wound up in the hands of a world class arms dealer.

But the point: Sibel was, in my opinion, clearly drugged and that made her appear, as was intended, unreliable as a witness. It also made her, in my opinion, more susceptible to the machinations of someone connected to CIN. The kinds of stories and ideas coming out of her group sound a lot like what FOIA revealed about CIN’s Accuracy In Media and its connections to the very anti-leftists in CIA and retired from the intelligence community in general.

But I’m digressing. The point: Names like Reality Winner. When you’ve been drugged, such things bounce around in your head. Look back, probably not as far as I’d like to think on this blog, and you’ll find me doing the same. Always part of the intention in MKULTRA drug experiments was finding ways to assassinate character.

But then you think back a bit. How did it all appear to start? You watched a couple of interviews. One was about the American Revolution and you realize you actually live near or on a major battleground. Then you see an interview about mercenaries being used in Bush/Cheney’s war on terror. You recall your brief time studying the history of mercs in Western civilization due to playing King John in the play of the same title. You recall it typically didn’t end well, usually with some kind of coup attempt. Now you learn that the remaining co-founder of said corporation is the son of the man who created the Religious Right movement.

You think at the time that all of this, including trying to jump to the head of the line by selling the story to Clooney’s Smokehouse, not knowing the hell he went through on the set of Syriana some years prior, though as you look at that and what happened to you, you know there’s no way that was all just bad luck. You think though at the time that it was all your idea. Later you realize you were someone else’s pawn, probably attempting to harass both Prince and Clooney at the same time, though precisely who and why is hidden from you. Kind of sounds bipartisan though doesn’t it?

Anyway. You write a story about the ghost of Nathan Hale, whose statue sits outside CIA HQ. You learn that America’s first spy may have been gay. Not something those warhawk conservatives wingnuts would care to get out.

So there’s Nathan Hale.

Then you meet Terry Albury years later in Minneapolis. Not so much a name thing this time. But you met him. He was later outed as a source by the outlet founded by the guy you based the Hale story on.

And then you hear Reality Winner. And then a drone expert named Daniel Hale becomes the third person jailed by the US government. Well it’s a bit much.

And you also note, and wonder why, the Barack Obama administration almost certainly knew about Hale and didn’t go after him and you have to wonder why that might be.

You decide that probably Obama didn’t want a Snowden for assassination on his watch. Going after him may have actually brought more attention to more illegal programs. And of course drones are not the sole source of CIA’s assassination methods; merely the one they acknowledge–sort of–as being real.

It’s fairly f***ing weird, though. Even when not, so far as I know, being drugged at present. And this isn’t the only example of this kind of strangeness. Some are more personal and likely wouldn’t make much sense to someone other than the–surveilled for some length of time prior to being targeted, target. Others instances I’ve documented from time to time.

But let’s forget potentially someone inside the intelligence community being so insane that they enjoy trolling me and others through their covert ops planning. Let’s just assume for the moment that isn’t true, that somehow, just a few years after writing a story about a Hale partly based on Scahill’s work, a Hale appears in his life and they pal around and he provides him docs. That somehow, that’s just coincidence.

Or perhaps we freeze the idea for a few paragraphs and realize that post is the point, that this is their “signature” so that some of us will know who was responsible. Maybe.

Anyone with any sense knows that the CIA always comes after people. The old saying is that if you happen to die of natural causes before they get their revenge on you, that they will dig you up and skullf*** your corpse. This came from the intro of a book on dirty tricks, which they are the central repository for and primary conductor of.

So, where are they? What are the ops that CIA undertook against Scahill for drone reporting and exposing their assassination program mercenary Erik Prince? Where is it? What form did it take? What is CIA’s M.O. in general? Do they openly do ops or do they leave plausible deniability? When and where are the revenge ops CIA must conduct because that is what it does?

Further, where are the ops that are designed to destroy the opposition to the sprawling public and private intelligence community that, for example, recently saw a contractor with ties to Mossad apologize for targeting Harvey Weinstein’s sexual abuse victims? Yes, both those things happened. We allow these things to exist and apologizing isn’t going to stop the next one. This is just because they were exposed. This time.

Everyone is behaving as if CIA doesn’t exist. It is just bizarre beyond belief. Sure, I get that you don’t want to go around seeing CIA everywhere, even though it has a budget 150% that of record-everything-planetwide NSA’s, plus additional money for the drone program, additional money for direct war related things from DoD, and of course all the opium in Afghanistan and coca in Columbia. I mean, what wouldn’t they fund with all the moolah to play with apart from anything the least bit f***ing constructive? They’d probably distract everyone while climate change gets so bad there’s no longer anything that can be done about it except kill and die, would be my guess. But, hey, you go right on thinking that the people who shoved food up detainee asses and called it a medical procedure have your best interests in mind. I’m sure that next Hollywood film detailing how they’re such great heroes just looking out for the little guy will save your kids and grandkids from dying from 132 degree weather. Yay, superheroes!

Probably the one thing I really object to regarding writing on Scahill is the celebrity journalist thing. The man did, like it or not, and probably most of us would not do it, embed in war zones, reported on and from within war zones, and did investigative reporting. Surely we can’t be so far gone, so mind controlled to think that detailing Erik Prince’s work with CIA and multinational corporations is useless.

Should The Intercept apologize for some of this, understandably not wanting to further put people in legal jeopardy, and consider dealing with the Cole problem? And the treatment of possibly Marcy Wheeler and maybe Heather Marsh? Seems likely. But we, the rest of us, must also start thinking about what CIA reciprocity would look like and who it would target and how. Palantir alone, and it was reported they intended to do something, could be hired and done some of this. I’m really bothered by the cocksure when clearly where CIA is concerned not a single person, because legally they can apparently murder you with a flying exploding robot even if you are a US citizen, can be cocksure.

Probably there’s a better word than cocksure to use. Sounds misogynist. For that, I do not blame CIA.

—-

Note: I support whistleblowers, including all three of these. There’s little point in my talking about that since there are plenty of others, Radack, Drake, Rowley, Kiriakiou, etc, talking about it more eloquently. I must instead discuss my unique, if useless in this case, perspective. Also note that I am not questioning any of them on their sincerity. Far from it. The point I seem to have trouble communicating, and very intelligent people seem to have a problem grasping, is that it is possible to be sincere and manipulated or “mind controlled” at the same time. In fact, it’s better if you think you’re doing what you’re doing because you want to. This is why it’s called unconsciousness and what it is that is manipulated. There’s a difference between taking a stand and someone inside and powerful and criminal attempting to use, spin, bend those efforts for their own ends. The difference between what we are used to, of course bureaucrats try to spin just like politicians when surprises occur, may be in this case occurring before the whistle is actually blown. They see a potential info-bomb ticking and decide to explode it when and where they want rather than wait for it to grassroots itself and be more of an inconvenience. This is the 21st Century, if only the first half, in which human civilization still exists and has not collapsed due to mass migrations and water and food shortages due to a longstanding power addiction to CIA preventing changes we needed and still need.

* The question of needing more spending on HUMINT, which would favor CIA, or ELINT which would favor NSA, was a big one right after 9/11. Was one of those many things that we debated on EZBoard before it got hacked away by, according to FBI, a disgruntled former employee of the IT department. This was before 2009 when the crazy stuff started. 2005, IIRC.

Let’s Make a Suicide Bomber

…or “lone wolf” shooter. The way that the Bush and Obama administrations did/do it. Similat to he way NATO did when it took control of pretty much every terrorist  organization after WWII.

Jeff Kaye, “Gladio: A Conspiracy So Big That It Demands Your Attention {Take That Cass Sunstein!},” Public Record, 4 April 2010:

pubrecord.org/commentary/7333/gladio-conspiracy-demands-attention/

Though you might find similar techniques used by FBI informants in their sting operations for money, that typically–so far as we know thus far–requires the direct involvement of the informant as charismatic “cult leader.” What I’m referring to here is a “hands off” approach in which the target is mostly unaware of human involvement in his or her decision-making process.

The thing you have to do, perhaps after an initial period of using both positive and negative PSYOPs and other reinforcement/punishment methods {see, for example, item 11 of the 1955 draft MKULTRA memo linked at top}, is to concentrate solely on negative punishment. This is required so that the covert organization can get the target to the point that he or she buys into the notion that living is no longer worth the effort and yet angry and frustrated enough to take it out on whichever group, organization, or individual{s} the PSYOPs and general base psychology of the individual deems appropriate in their modified behavioral state.

In essence, the operation moves from an initial Operant Conditioning status {a “loosening up” and isolation phase} to an ABA one {the process of altering world view to an entirely negative one}.

One example may be Dylann Roof’s problems with his love life {see also David Attias and Elliot Rodger}. We can easily assume or accept that he was awkward and had social issues related to dealing with the opposite sex and therefore lost a potential girlfriend who happened to wind up with an African American. However, even if partially true, this is not an either/or situation. It is quite possible that part of it occurred naturally and the PSYOPs team capitalized on it, enhanced it, made certain that Roof was unable to think of much else for extended periods of time. Looking for a method of coping with potential psychological harassment techniques, he may also have been steered toward hate groups that openly, and news outlets that espouse, race-based hatred.

There is a double-standard applied to young people, as there often is to the poor, especially African-Americans. In the latter case, poor neighborhoods are bombarded with advertising and mass media indicating that everyone should want X, Y, and Z in order to have a “normal” life. At the same time, the means to achieve such a life are denied, often in absurdly shallow and cruel ways. So it is with youth and the incessant need to have “bae.” Our opportunistic overlords pay attention to these things and use our desire to be viewed as productive members of society worthy of being loved to their benefit.

In a similar manner to how the APA reverse engineered SERE…

Todd Essig, “Why APA Leadership Should Resign Over Torture Scandal, And Why You Should Care,” Forbes, 10 May 2015:

…it seems quite probable that they altered conditioning designed to decrease unwanted behavior in patients to increasing it in targets of the intelligence community of the United States of America. I can see no other reason for consistent “punishment” type ops apart from driving an individual to a suicidal/homicidal state. Naturally, because we are talking about black ops, the events that occur on the surface must appear to have other causation, is, naturally occurring, online radicalization, “bad luck,” consequences of drug addiction and/or mental illness, etc. The clever liar, and this is perhaps the one thing the US need never worry about running short of, knows how to spin such stories and utilize narratives that we are already familiar with from mass media and to disguise what is not in reality the actions of an individual but rather the machinations of a political and largely for-profit/privatized extension of the military industrial complex.

If we are ever to wrest control of our lives away from warhawks and selfish privateers, we must first understand their methods and motivations. Corporate sociopathy combined with corruption of public officials has lead us to this point; only an open and courageous examination can restore sanity.

The APA has more shame yet to be revealed. History will show that this is close to what transpired. It is only a matter of time.

It should also be noted that political operatives can also be manipulated similarly and the two major political parties engage in similar black bag operations. Creating angry individuals who are radically loyal to one party or the other can be accomplished similarly.

Phony Choices

Someone brought up a new push for privatizing police. One can see why, with the shootings and lack of accountability.

But what happens when they no longer serve the public at all and become full-time corporate mercenaries?

1} You’ll have to pay-to-play. The poor will have no legal recourse at all. This is, by the way, how MI5 radicalized ‘Jihad Joe,’ according to CAGEUK:

http://cageuk.org/press-release/jihadi-john-radicalised-britain

British security services have systematically engaged in the harassment of young Muslims, rendering their lives impossible and leaving them with no legal avenue to redress their situation.

So as a desirable oligarch side-effect, being poor will be an even bigger crime that it has historically been. Vagrancy will equal suspicion of terrorism and that will result in abduction, torture, droning, etc. Can’t figure out why the Democrats want this, since libertarianism doesn’t really strike me as their thing, but I suppose it aligns well enough with the interests of multinationals that do, since that is their thing.

{Reminder: Corporations are not actually job creators, they are job killers. As productivity increases, the need for job decreases as does the need to pay decent wages.

image

So that is a bullshit excuse designed to make pols feel better about selling their constituents down the River Styx.

Maybe life wasn’t supposed to be lived at 120MPH at the bottom of a corporate ladder.}.

2} It will be politicized. You will live in constant fear of being abducted and taken to a black site on made up charges simply because frowned or snickered when you heard bullshit issue from the mouths of some powerful politician. Your politics will be informed not by your conscience and reason but by force.

This was one of the points I tried to make in The Wisp, I suppose. Hilarious to think of all those people who once took the likes of the original Red Dawn to be a likely scenario. Likely the same people who think ISIS * is about to come roaring down the street and force them into living under Sharia law today.

But it will be like having an occupying force here. They’ll just be Americans. For all the difference that will make.

The point? All roads lead to the same place. Leave the police system as it is and continue to watch people shot, beaten, tortured without legal recourse. Try to fix it, and your fix leads to mercenaries.

This is the game. Give you “options” on what you think you want, get you to fight for it, only to find it was worse than what you tried to fix. A bit like “forcing a card” in stage magic:

http://www.wikihow.com/Perform-a-Card-Force-Trick

You then “force” this card on a victim who thinks he is picking of his own free will.

Things just aren’t always what they seem, folks. The difficulty is in recognizing, acknowledging, accepting that you really are at this point considered an enemy of the State by default and not allowing that knowledge to radicalize you or make you paranoid or insane. Power and wealth are being concentrated in fewer hands than before. The natural result of this is power plays among the players with the rest of us as pawns, assets, and at the same time a source of more wealth and power.

* Forget when I wrote the stuff above; soon after the previous post. More news cycles have–to a small degree–shifted existential threat from ISIS to some banana republic.

I can sort of understand how busy people could be so uninformed. They rely on entertainment news for information and those are pretty much all controlled by DoD and billionaires as is anything else of note and influence. But that at least I get.

What I don’t get is how there’s not the slightest inkling of suspicion when we go from these trumped up phony threats over and over. It’s like some demented Keystone Cops short where everybody runs one direction then suddenly another in a sped up dramatic, panicked pantomime. I suppose if being paraiahed out of your social circle has an advantage, it is being outside enough to view the effects of groupthink.

There’s been a lot made regarding the claim that the Obama administration has dubbed itself the most transparent administration in history. Certainly such a claim is laughable when you view how and what they have blocked from being viewed by the public and the legal-shakiness of how they accomplish such blocks.

But, viewed another way, in a sense, they are the most transparent. We now know that power has absolutely no regard for law, promises, and human decency. We know that torture and killing people in order to secure the future of warfare is more important than education. We know that protecting the crimes of previous administration’s, even if not doing so could have been used to further stated goals, is the most important thing of all.

I tend to now only pay attention to what pols actually do and not what they say except to point out the discrepancies. Stated goals have no meaning when they are not coupled with complementary action.

And the only actions I see are unending, unbelievably intrusive mass surveillance, the militarizing police who shoot unarmed people all the time with little to no consequences, legislation specific to protecting a single food monopoly from prosecution whereas as lame as it was DC used to bust up monopolies, domestic PSYOPs approved by Congress and the POTUS under the NDAAs, COINTELPRO redux, false-flag violence, via psychological harassment and denial of means of redress, drone-ready preparation roll out at every airport in the United States, black site torture not only by the Federal government but by State and Local governments as well, baldfaced lies designed to cover preposterously obvious criminality, and rampant greed and failure of responsibility of elected officials regardless of party. See for example Christie and Rahm both ripping off their constituents and not even caring that the public knows.

That’s the point. The public has been trained. The fascists learned their lessons after Vietnam and quietly built the bullshit machine to counter every single thing that went wrong the first time they tried to convert us to fascism while hiding behind representative democracy. It isn’t that we don’t think, many of us, that we’ve elected crooks. It’s that we often don’t see how it affects us and don’t believe that we could change it if we wanted to bother.

Then there’s the people who are constantly projecting their own values on to others. They hear the words issuing from Cruz’, Paul’s or Obama’s mouth and think the words mean the same things to the speakers as the listeners, as if these people ever really mean what they say in the first place. Faking sincerity: Still the best skill a politician has.

Well, that and better means and methods than you see on stupid spy and cop shows to abuse people with. That’s the other problem: Too many people think if X existed then they certainly would have heard of it. Like the black swan, just not always so.

All roads lead to Dystopia and power loves it.

And a small update to the “What’s Persona Management” post below. There’s a relatively popular account that appears to be just a very, very Dem, gay-married, religious, boy with a cop father.

Seen the photo change periodically. And they don’t seem to the same person. I suppose if I were more interested in Twitter followers than truth, I might use a phony photo as well.

But then you gotta wonder if the other details are correct.

And then maybe whether there’s a real person belonging to the account or not.

I tend not to ask that. There is little difference between a paid political party operative or a GCHQ or CIA operative using a fake account and just a person who has been conditioned to say the same things that the people controlling those other orgs want you to say, think, and, as a result of that, do.

Catch my drift? Frankly, I think the operatives might have more depth, would tend to be more helpful having not only access to answers, but to your private questions as well.

That Small Nagging Hope

It seems clear. We are headed toward a global conflict over what there is. It is going to happen, is already happening albeit in the early stages.

This is why, of course, there is no law–that is the even application of it–in the United States. There is only the will of the Deep State and it has decided that some folks are just going to have to leave.

This power structure is further broken down into three or four basic subgroups that all agree on that, may merely disagree on who precisely needs to go and on what methods to employ to achieve those ends.

The first is the power behind the Religious Right portion of the Republican Party. Hate, fear, superstition are employed in order to create out-groups that receive overt or less obvious nods to be extinguished. It is in the rhetoric of so many politicians who say, for example, gays should be killed or put in concentration camps. The obvious Islamophobia that goes along with this is what provides support for, for example, American Sniper. That the real title character also claimed, unconfirmed, that he killed thirty black people after Hurricane Katrina hardly bothers them. This is the Seven Mountains movement of Ted Cruz. This is the Jewish conversion to Christianity movement to bring the Second Coming of George W. Bush. This is the American Jihads of Erik Prince. This is the Spiritual Fitness Test of the radical Catholics among the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Department of Defense and NATO. This is Prop 8 in California secretly backed by the CoJCofLDS and the flood of Mormon missionaries into the CIA under Reagan. It is on the state level, Kansas and Tennessee where it is legal to fire someone from a job for being LGBT. It’s also Palin, though she spans the gap between this one and the next two because she’s really just about her.

But this is also the antitheism of Richard Dawkins and Bill Maher. That their motives may differ doesn’t bring them out of this category, but rather shows them as useful tools for the same. Dupes, if you will, like perhaps the man who murdered three Muslims in North Carolina recently. Was he, too, subject to covert harassment appearing as bad luck over and over again, reminiscent of “persistent adversity” that operates as part of brainwashing? Then pumped up a few notches with microwave NLWs that that Navy tells us can cause thrombosis and hypertension, and the Army compared to the administration of drugs in their respective FOIA documents? Then maybe had his ire directed via the subliminal use of V2K–proven to exist per the Army again, or acoustic psycho-correction that the Russians used to prep their special forces for atrocities against civilians in Afghanistan in the 80s, and CIA acquired soon after?

Why not? It’s a proxy war and they use their proxies.

The second group is closest to this one. It is the so-called fiscal conservatives who don’t share the religious views but tolerate and employ them in order to maintain unity. All that matters to them is cash flow. This is the George F. Will, Richard Scaife, and Karl Rove part of the party. They are just as pleased to murder Muslims and anyone else that they can as long as it serves the overall goal.

The third is also closely related but sometimes in conflict. The Tea Party. The Pauls, the Kochs, and Peter Thiel are the most famous of this group. Thiel reportedly wants to build his own offshore oasis, a country unto itself, to prove Ayn Rand correct I suppose. Yet Thiel’s Palantir is trusted with America’s secrets just like Stratfor and Booz/Carlyle.

The Tea Party–who I at least agree that there’s something very, very wrong going on though not on what nor probably the solutions, wants mob rule. They want the right to shun people based on race, sexual preference, profession such as sex worker, etc. They don’t want anyone telling them how to behave and who to not hate. They view that as a right, a freedom.

Interestingly, I think this group makes up some percentage of Anonymous. Another significant portion is the Anarchists, who also want government out of their lives but in part in order to prevent the government from doing the very things that the TP wants to do, ie, inflict economic injustice on whomever they see fit and to elevate individuals, eg billionaires, above the rest of us. Strange bedfellows.

Then of course we have the Democrats who are not at all as liberal or progressive as these other groups would have us think. They aren’t even moderate, really. They are rightwing. Both their rhetoric and the rhetoric of these other groups would have you think otherwise, but if you just look at what they do, not what they say, they’re just a warring faction attempting to wrest control. Let’s put Bezos, Omidyar, Soros, Gates, Schmidt, etc. in this category along with the Clintons and the Obamas. This group doesn’t really believe in anything, merely the accumulation and extension of power. They are at times pragmatic and have the added charm of not usually pushing the doctrines of these other groups do verbally and yet backing and protecting their actions when it serves their purposes. Clinton’s gutting of welfare and Glass-Steagal. Obama’s continuation of torture and renditions and the increase in hate-generating drone strikes on civilian populations, as well as his war on whistleblowers and surreptitious means of crushing journalism and dissent from antiwar and economic justice groups.

What does this all mean? It means the one thing power can agree on is shit runs downhill. And that means that, eventually, any group that doesn’t have protected status is going on the watch and terror lists. Rightwing will not because that’s a protected group as we saw when Napolitano got grilled by Congress for suggesting that the data supported the idea that it was a problem.

No, it will be women, the poor, African Americans, LGBT, Muslims, atheists, real liberals and progressives, anyone not doing their part to aid these insane factions in their evil plans and of course lots of hapless people ignorant of the whole mess because this is a machine like the former Soviet Union’s and it requires bullshit fuel in order to run. People will be accused of things that they are not guilty of just to create the appearance that Problem X is a real problem. Still others will be, as they tried with me, forced into a corner and pushed and pushed until they crack and go apeshit in order to support the “lone wolf” narrative. Those people will have actually carried out whatever it is that they are accused of, but aren’t technically guilty because they were tortured into doing it.

So, it is bleak.

But that small sliver of hope is to spread the word and, at least, mitigate it a bit. Maybe even prevent one group from becoming the boogeyman that these factions want.

But that would mean some folks have got to catch on. You’ve got to grasp at least the basics and see that this is not space aliens or wild fantasy. This is technology and methods that the government itself admitted exist. It is the employment of dirty tricks that they were caught using in the past. And it is the psychological and philosophical motives that I describe above motivating them.

It’s all there.

Persistent Adversity

Been meaning to blog the torture link below up for some time but just haven’t gotten around to working it in to some other topic. The Myron May portion of the previous post would have been a good spot. This is how, after all, the US government and its private contractors get anything and everything they want via so-called “Lone Wolf” shooters and similar events. See for example the snarky Canadian response to Glenn Greenwald’s and Edward Snowden’s appearance at Upper Canada College.

Joseph Brean, “Edward Snowden talks legality vs. morality during speech to Toronto private school: ‘We’re losing our way,’” National Post, 2 February 2015:

http://news.nationalpost.com/2015/02/02/edward-snowden-the-american-cyber-whistleblower-talks-legality-and-morality-during-speech-to-toronto-private-school/

He described the Canadian political climate of “fear-mongering” used to justify over-reaches in cyber security, most notably last week’s news about a federal bill to expand domestic security responses.

Both Mr. Greenwald and Mr. Snowden used bathtub falls and lightning strikes as examples of ways to die that are more likely than terrorism, although Mr. Greenwald’s point was undermined by his placing of St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, site of a recent lone wolf terror attack, in “northern Quebec,” when it is in fact south of Montreal.

Why is this even an issue? See again Myron May. Does it seem like someone could be a successful attorney and then overnight turn into a crazed killer? Well, it’s not quite that simple, but neither is it that complicated. They simply ruin your life and then make it clear that you have no alternatives. This is referred to in psychiatric circles as ‘persistent adversity,’ part and parcel of ‘learned helplessness,’ which is part of brainwashing–or my preferred term of ‘brainhacking.’

Jesse Singal, “Meet the Psychologists Who Helped the CIA Torture,” NY Magazine, 9 December 2014:

http://nymag.com/scienceofus/2014/12/meet-the-shrinks-who-helped-the-cia-torture.html

The concept of learned helplessness, a psychological phenomenon in which people who face persistent adversity effectively give up and lose the capacity to attempt to improve their situations — Seligman’s original research on the subject, from the 1960s, involved shocking dogs — was put to use by Mitchell and Jessen in their dealings with the CIA, and it echoes in the report: “SWIGERT had reviewed research on ‘learned helplessness,’ in which individuals might become passive and depressed in response to adverse or uncontrollable events. He theorized that inducing such a state could encourage a detainee to cooperate and provide information.” Many interrogation experts vehemently disagree: This level of detainee mistreatment, they argue, increases the risk that the subject will simply say whatever the interrogator wants to hear, leading to unreliable intelligence.

Seligman, for his part, has repeatedly expressed sorrow that his research was used in this manner. Reached via email by Science of Us, he responded with a statement that he’s used previously when questioned about his research’s role in the torture program: “I am grieved and horrified that good science, which has helped so many people overcome depression, may have been used for such bad purposes.”

Now, how does this manifest itself when Obama’s thugs do this on American soil, against Americans?

Many ways. As I’ve said many, many, times, it is largely the surreptitious administration of some drug, perhaps an alkaloid, that first causes problems for a target and that this is straight out of various MKULTRA subprojects.

Following the inevitable separation from job, friends, family, comes the real psychological harassment that is straight out of COINTELPRO.

There is no Illumunati. There is CIA. There is FBI. There are hundreds of subcontractors and spooks who have moved into the private sector from government. There is history and history tells us who, what, why in broad strokes. The advances beyond what is already in the public domain via FOIA, whistleblowers, and investigative journalism is also enough to know that this is not only likely, but it is nearly impossible that it is not so. We already have evidence of the resurgence of many Cold War programs including opening mail, SHAMROCK and MINARET. Again, you’d have to be a fool to think MKULTRA–operational, not a research project–and COINTELPRO–which was only discovered via break-in, would not likewise be back.

And you’d have to be a fool to think a half-white man who is George W. Bush’s cousin would care about Myron May, me, or you for that matter. I should know, I trusted him and got screwed for being so foolish.

For example, attempting to “move on” in 2012, I got a job as a security guard. This was two years after helping OFA with the midterms, another case of trusting snakes, but then I can say that I have experimental proof of douchebaggery rather than simply making statements to that effect based on the experiences of others.

Within months of starting, another security guard who I went through orientation with, Tyrell Kelly, became paranoid, made claims not unlike some of those made by Myron May. He quit, or rather disappeared after claiming “they” were following him and that “they” had shot his aunt on the Interstate. So I picked up an extra shift. It was a few weeks before I discovered that Flint Hills was owned by Koch Industries. And then there’s what happened after I resigned–which again I had no part in.

They simply do not give you much in the way of choices. They convince you that you will never again be allowed the pursuit of happiness, so you may as well strap on a bomb, go on a shooting spree, or just f—ing off yourself. This is Barack Obama who does this through Clapper, McDonough, Brennan, Comey, etc. do. Of course it’s likely the kind of thing they don’t officially know, but they know. It’s impossible it could be otherwise.

They box you in and keep piling on the pressure until you burst. It’s not complicated. It’s not even that high-tech. It’s mostly psychology and spycraft.

May’s claims about nanobots and whatever are likely the result of the drugs messing with his ability to think rationally. It’s not a question of whether or not he was mentally ill…it’s a question as to how he came to be mentally ill or appear so and at the same time so angry.

The answer is greedy shitbags in government and private industry.

What do you do in this situation? No help to speak of. You rage against the machine, I suppose.
