Several Topics Briefly

You might recall my review of VICE UK’s Meet the Targeted Individual Community. Spoilers: It ends with disappointment due to the inability to prove that they have electronic chips inside their bodies. I suggested that it is A} easy to convince someone in their position that they have been chipped and B} this serves an operational purpose: To make them more likely to follow a command or subliminal suggestion because they think that they cannot not follow it due to being chipped. Shorter: Convincing them that they are chipped serves as a placebo to make them more compliant.

Well, the KUBARK {CIA’s code name for the project} Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual suggests convincing interrogatees that they have been drugged for much the same reason: It is proven that it increases the likelihood of compliance in the interrogation. This is in the chapter on hypnosis, which by the way suggests that it is possible to get someone to do something outside their normal range of behavior, etc., contrary to conventional, public thought about hypnosis.

My sources tell me that CIA is cooking fentanyl and is involved in mixing it with heroin inside the US {remember that exploding government meth lab 30 minutes from Ft. Detrick?} in order to make it appear as if China is importing fentanyl into the US and is therefore responsible for the opioid crisis here instead of CIA importing poppy from Afghanistan in order to fund an unlimited number of illegal programs/operations.

This is an instructional situation. This is what CIA always seems to do: Take a bad situation that it created and make it worse. I cannot think of a single exception.

I remind readers that 9/11 was Micheal Ledeen’s idea carried out by Saudi intelligence and CIA cajoling and directing of Al Qaeda. Prior and post to 9/11, CIA through US AID radicalized generations of Afghan and Pakistan children using books:

Joe Stephens and David B. Ottaway, “From U.S., the ABC’s of Jihad,” 23 March 2002, Washington Post:

washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/2002/03/23/from-us-the-abcs-of-jihad/d079075a-3ed3-4030-9a96-0d48f6355e54/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.b5802f710461

Jihad had a very different meaning before CIA turned it radical. Going on a diet or quitting smoking were considered jihad.

Anyway, guess what happened in New Mexico recently? Authorities found a compound of people abusing children and training them to clear rooms with assault rifles. There were some interesting religious beliefs attached to it all. The leader? Came to the US from Saudi Arabia. The evidence? Includes various books being used to radicalize the kiddies.

Gadi Schwartz over at NBC has covered the court proceedings and what the police have said. They initially thought the kids were being trained to shoot up schools, which FOX News jumped on. Turns out they were instead talking about attacking banks and one supposes the FBI.

This entire thing has CIA fingerprints all over it. And Saudi intelligence. Haven’t we done enough for those oil monarchs? Thought they were pissed at Canada right now.

Here’s a tweet from the middle / evidence section of Gadi’s twitter thread on the story.

Ukraine’s army has officially changed its salute to a Nazi greeting. As the radicalization of Afghanistan and Pakistan lead to 9/11, we can expect probably a nuke, biological weapon, or dirty bomb some time in the next few decades from Nazi terrorist groups CIA created in order to destabilize Ukraine.

Black Boot Diaries

And none of this post would have happened if I hadn’t dreamed about the same person again this morning that I have I think for the last ten days or more. This morning’s sleep deprivation subliminal suggestion-inspired dream took the form of his having become a convicted drug offender.

And, by the way, it’s probably not the person you think. Rather someone who’s been out of my life for a long time. Every night for ten plus days.

The Langley Magicians

According to the manual written in part or whole by stage magician John Mulholland in the 1950s {see Subproject 4 for links to it; you can actually buy it now}, the basic ways to drug a person involve sleight-of-hand and dispensers disguised as ordinary objects. Coins, for example. The officer would squeeze it and a drop or two of whatever would fall into the target’s drink after diverting their attention. CIA officers did this or something similar to an American living in Paris, France.

Today it is no doubt quite different. The ability to get a human being to choose a particular gallon of milk or particular piece of meat from a buffet is now doable. Really. You wouldn’t even know there was any interference with your decision-making at all.

How whatever substance appeared in the food is another matter. Another shopper, not even necessarily an officer but an asset, could inject, spray, or spill whatever is required.

The Langley Shit Dragon sits back with its proxy army under control and does as it pleases somewhat comfortable with the idea that nothing that happens can be traced back to it. It’s a great racket for psychopaths. Your average serial killer/rapist wishes he could enjoy such power and seeming invulnerability to scrutiny and justice for his actions.

Ignoring this is not going to make it go away. Becoming frightened and paranoid isn’t either.

Asking questions, ignoring the lies and the distractions, recovering from what they do, and accepting the fact that heroes are punished and villains are rewarded at Chez Shit Dragon is a huge step. Educating oneself on its methods is another.

And no longer accepting what the mainstream media calls true and false is also. Because generically speaking, their sources are shit.

The Proper Path

“…don’t be alarmed. That indicates only that you are still sane.”

That is if you’ve been following the Twitter and it doesn’t entirely make sense. Not supposed to. Or at least perhaps only to a select few, and I don’t have their email addresses.

“We’re not out of the woods yet.” —Everyone

There are several things I’d rather be doing right now. However, duty calls.

Let me begin by addressing some YouTube video where the following appears to occur. Note, I haven’t watched it, merely had this described to me in five minutes of my life I shall probably never be able to retrieve. It goes, I’m told, like this:

A} In a public park, a stranger, who is in on the ploy, asks a person who apparently is not in on the ploy if they can borrow their cellphone to make a call. Person allows it.

B} Now the “ployers” have the patsy’s phone number. The phone rings. Person answers. They are told not to talk but to get up and go to another place in the park.

Note: This is where I, as I’m sure many others, would have told them to go f*** themselves. Not so the six or so people in the video.

C} Person arrives to find a tablet with a video on it. Video contains kidnappers and a little girl. Video kidnappers state that there is $100,000 elsewhere in the park, tells them where, and they have a choice: Take the money and the girl dies; leave the money and the girl lives.

The video shows five out of six took the money, which was fake and they are stopped by the self-righteous “ployers” who shame them into giving it back so that they can put other people through the same trauma.

There are several ways to run with this. Assuming for a moment that you believe for an instant that there are kidnappers who do this, and then actually kill a little girl {this is the general plot to The Button, by the way, except—SPOILERS—the ployers are spies and space aliens}, if you’re that dumb, let’s take it to the next step.

First, the one person who refuses the money is African American and homeless. This almost makes me want to like the idea despite my many other misgivings.

But let’s also put three other things in mind. First, the 0.1% have made certain that we live in a society where money is really important—because they have most of it—and at the same time ensured that the rest of us have less of it than we used to, or at least less spending power even if the technical numbers are otherwise higher. Second, some people are programmed to be tribal: That is, “not my kid, my kids can now go to college” is not entirely unaltruistic. Third, this is also oddly similar to the Joker’s {played by Heath Ledger} ploy with the two ferries in that Batman movie.

And I could go on about editing. We saw how James O’Keefe III {speaking of JOK3rs} made it appear as if ACORN was condoning child prostitution, while the original told an entirely different story.

It’s all over the place but the bottom line, the “moral” of the story would seem to be that being poor makes you a better person. See again from above: “First, the 0.1% have made certain that we live in a society where money is really important—because they have most of it—and at the same time ensured that the rest of us have less of it than we used to, or at least less spending power even if the technically numbers are otherwise higher.”

Start: Aside to an asshole

Yes. I can still see you, Mr. Dinosaur, Mr. 0.001%, Mr. DeepState. You’re not quite everywhere, but prolific enough to be scary. That is, if I couldn’t see you and what you’re doing. The only thing puzzling me is why you still live.

Not that I want you dead. I’m having way too much fun messing with you and therefore hope you live to a hundred. Which, if descriptions are accurate, shouldn’t be all that far off.

End: Aside to an asshole.

{Again, these two previous paragraphs are related to the Twitter stuff. Ignore it. Clearly I’m schizo. What else could it be? Certainly not walking a similar jagged line as Shakespeare’s Hamlet did, enjoying plausible deniability}.

And so the message is hidden. The Big Move: Black Man has a heart. The smaller move hidden by the Big Move: Being poor is better than being middle class. It is in a way, but the motives of the ultimate author of this ploy aren’t pure but rather selfish. He’s trying to get you to give up on the American dream so he and a few others can have it all. More like Saudi Arabia than a Marxist state, I assure you.

Moving on. I heard today about yet another potential organized stalking victim from an acquaintance who considers, or perhaps used to consider, this guy a friend. I probed for details to try to get a feel for it. Mostly, I would tend to think that the man described it actually paranoid schizophrenic and is imagining all of it. Or almost.

The problem, going back to the basics here, CiA went to a lot of trouble attempting to create fake symptoms for all kinds of maladies, including mental illness. A clear cry for help from a diseased institution aside, it becomes very, very difficult to tell the difference. In fact, as I’ve noted before, this nonsense can actually make you insane even if you weren’t insane when it started. So, chicken and egg, really.

But the acquaintance, who accepted that such things do happen sometimes, noted that he didn’t think his friend was that important. I’ve covered that typical reaction before as well. Sometimes in fact it’s because the person is a nobody that they are selected. There’s some criteria related to psychological makeup, for example, that has nothing to do with fame.

What is the end game, then, the acquaintance asked? I suggested he might have to wait to see whom his friend shoots to discover that. He suggested it would, though he didn’t actually think him capable of murder, wind up being racially motivated.

There you go. I suggested that while we all eat each other, we aren’t banding together and demanded better healthcare for all, or similar. Because it’s not money we’re running out of; it’s power and influence.

I figured it would end there, but then the acquaintance added one more thing. “They try to drag you down.” He meant people who suffer from mental illness.

I reminded him that during the 1980s the public mental health system was gutted to ensure the future of the Reagan tax cuts. Which benefit the 0.1% especially.

And then it clicked: It could be all of those motives at the same time. 3-D Chess, furrealz.

Check and mate, Mr, White.

Notice what you find in both of those stories? That’s what it is. And that’s really all that it is. Madness. And yet there’s method in’t.

BBD – Work and Those Who Sometimes Visit {Updated}

De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da…

Pretty much all I want to say to the Deep State these days.

First I’ll note that the guy who introduced me to Mike of Gary and Mike CIA/drug cartel infame, has been will be sentenced and after he begins serving time on Monday. Last I heard, my co-worker was expecting between 9 months and a year. Don’t know what he actually got.

Update: He got nine months, but less time served and some concurrently, he will be serving six months.

Probably I mentioned some of this vaguely in 2017 at some point, if only on Twitter. He had been asked by his cousin to drive a rental car while she and a friend of hers drove another vehicle. At the Arizona-California border—in a town that specializes in using drug sniffing dogs to support itself—he was stopped and horrified to discover that his rental car had quite a supply of hidden heroin. The cousin, it is rumored, had been told by someone on the inside that DEA had an informant in her organization and therefore she used her cousin—who, again, introduced me to Mike—as bait.

Note that Mike is retired and disabled and did not return to the illicit drug business after he got out of prison. When I asked him if he was concerned about telling me the stories, he replied that he didn’t care if the Cartels or CIA whacked him. I tried to explain that if they know that, that is not how they would go after him.

And here we are.

As I’ve noted on Twitter, and like the details of the sentencing of my co-worker, this is still a bit sketchy, but we had a man armed with a shotgun and pistol roaming our parking lot and entering the store last weekend. I was not there. Police took an hour to respond to a man who I am told was clearly on some drug or other and exclaiming he intended to shoot the place up. PPD claimed they had an emergency elsewhere and therefore were delayed.

What I also have not blogged, because I never seem to get the rest of the story, not until I’ve gone out on a limb and blogged about it anyway. Last year a man died in the parking lot. PPD is keeping details from the autopsy from the public. I tend to believe that this is because they’ve been unable to rule out foul play.

However, by all accounts—wasn’t there at the time—there wasn’t anyone standing near him. A nearby witness said he stood up and fell over. When the witness reached him, it appeared as though he had fallen perfectly on his face and likely forced his nose cartilage up into his brain.

{So, you see, sometimes when it appears I’m on a Twitter rampage and don’t give a reason, there actually is one. This is fairly common. I don’t like blogging about things until I’ve got the facts.}

As for how the latter 2017 thing might have been done, let me start with the silly one that I don’t think is the case. That of the often written up so-called invisibility cloak. The idea, a special forces or Navy Seal would approach unseen, strike a target in the face with a deadly blow, and then hide. At night there’d be no need for something so fancy. But this did occur in broad daylight.

So more likely, but how to get him to fall just right is a question, would be something used at range. They’ve long been developing weapons that don’t leave more of a trace than something that looks like an insect bite. CIA and US Army during the 1970s described an attachment to any standard weapon that could, depending on the substance within, incapacitate a guard without the guard even realizing he’d been hit with the dart or “flechette” as I believe they referred to it.

Then there is the “perfect concussion,” though that wouldn’t necessarily cause unconsciousness and, again, you’re stuck with how to make someone fall perfectly without putting their arms up defensively on their face with sufficient force.

Guess the cloak isn’t sounding so outrageous after all. I’ve heard even Arizona Rangers can walk right up behind trained police officers at night, tap them on the shoulder, and fade back into darkness before they turn around. But that’s part of another story for another day.

Jacqueline Howard, “Scientists get closer to creating real-life invisibility cloak,” CNN, 20 July 2016:

Unabomber Denial

Ran across this by a former FBI agent a few days ago. Involved a letter from Ted Kaczynski to a woman inquiring about Ted’s involvement with Dr. Henry Murray, who worked for the Office of Strategic Services, OSS, the precursor to CIA, before deciding to drug people and have them do personality tests at university in California.

While it is of course impossible to know for certain, there are some problems with Ted’s analysis. Overall, I think it clear that Murray had a formal or informal relationship with CIA during the period in question.

First, the entire point of a potential mind control/lone wolf covert ops program would be to make certain that the lone wolf has no idea that he is being influenced and/or controlled. This is, in general, so that CIA can deny involvement and so if a puppet, “zombie,” etc. were to fall into enemy hands no secrets could be divulged because the “human drone” doesn’t actually know any. {Yes, there’s probably some legalese overlap with the drone program over there.}

Ted stated that CIA was not involved in Murray’s research. He had and still has absolutely no way of knowing that for certain. Sometimes, as noted in the 1977 Senate report on MKULTRA, the researchers themselves and the institutions who received money from the CIA did not know that CIA was involved. On this, we can safely assume he doesn’t really know that answer.

Second he states that there was only one bad session with Murray and that he was not tortured into becoming the Unabomber. This I am inclined to believe. It really isn’t necessary to have someone in custody in order to alter their behavior. This was no doubt a big hurdle for CIA to be able to make events occur and maximize deniability.

They solved it. It is possible to cause sleep deprivation, for example, while the subject is in his own home. {Or, as US and Canadian diplomats noted in Havana last year, while in a hotel. Kind of makes it difficult to deny that possibility when it made international news. Though they eventually tried to call it mass hysteria/delusion even though at least one FBI agent reported similar symptoms}.

It is also possible, given Kaczynski started his spree in 1978, that the Frey effect, also known as the radio wave or microwave hearing or auditory effect, also known as voice-to-skull or V2S or V2K, had become operational by then. It was demonstrated publicly using a computer voice in 1973 and 1974 at a US university and would have been something CIA would have been very, very interested in.

Now, thanks to the Federation of American Scientists keeping a mirror copy of the one that the US Army deleted {and then issued two memos on the same day regarding the OIG having to report in the chain of command rather than be independent with regards to investigating civil rights abuses and to define “damage” from non-lethal weapons as having to be permanent}, we also know that voice-to-skull can be used subliminally. Whether or not that was so in 1978 is not known to me.

But then the point of also, and this is what CIA really learned from MKULTRA, drugging the subject makes them both appear–if not actually fit the definition–mentally ill and more likely to accept that whatever the voices in their head say are true and coming from some part of their own subconscious {or “God,” the devil, space aliens, whatever in your more extreme mentally disturbed subjects}.

So it is possible that Kaczynski was prompted to do what he did and had help writing his manifesto. You’ll note if that were true that the helpers were paid by CIA to help write it while Kaczynski was not. This is one of a half dozen things I mean when I say that ultimately mind control is about slavery. I hope that most of us, despite these trying highly politicized times, can agree that slavery is unacceptable, fascists/multinational corporate “Nazis” be damned.

At least the rewrite involving the documentary is now explained.

But what I’m seeing here, and let’s note that Kaczynski is and has been in custody for years now and who knows what else they’ve been slopping into his head since then, is the old bait and switcheroo. Make the argument about physical torture, prove that that probably didn’t happen, and then pretend that that therefore means there was no CIA control or influence where the Unabomber’s actions are concerned. This is an all-too-common thing we see pop up {like demolition of the buildings being the the touchstone of a 9/11 conspiracy when there are already clear connections between CIA and Al Qaeda / Afghanistan} when there’s likely to be something nefarious behind the scenes.

Finally, a quick change of subjects again, but I have to repeat it occasionally. The sort of diabolical nature of the big picture is CIA is beyond repair. It must be shut down and replaced and have some of its responsibilities moved elsewhere. At the same time, our corrupt government will simply use the occasion to further privatize it. In a lot of ways it already is with subcontractors and In-Q-Tel.

And that is where it is all going: Multinational corporate control with most of humanity in some form of slavery service to it. It might not look like ancient Egypt, but it will sure feel like it when they aren’t drugging us.

Small Update

First, I added the now MIA at their website US News & World Report article about CIA’s child kidnapping ring known as The Finders. As it turns out, they were taking toddlers to Saudi Arabia to be diddled by members of the House of Saud who were so inclined. The article is here and the FOIA can be found over here in PDF.

Second is what is perhaps my favorite interview of all time. Jeremy Scahill interviews historian Alfred McCoy * about the fall of the US Empire, the CIA trafficking drugs and how mainstream media lied to help cover it up {and CIA continues to even though the missing paragraphs proving Gary Webb correct are available elsewhere}, among other goodies. Perhaps most timely, a rundown on how many foreign elections the United States meddled in during the last half of the 20th century. I think the number will surprise you.

Jeremy Scahill, “Donald Trump and the Coming Fall of the American Empire,” The Intercept, 22 July 2017:

https://theintercept.com/2017/07/22/donald-trump-and-the-coming-fall-of-american-empire/

Third, if you follow the Twitter and are wondering where a new piece is, I’m still collating data. Also, I prefer to know what two, three or four outcomes the enemy is hoping for before taking action so as to avoid falling into one of their traps. Suffice it to say that there’s been a LOT of crazy around these parts recently.

* Via tag you will find a vague reference to a quote by Dr. McCoy posted during my brief tenure at the University of Illinois at Chicago stay in Chicago in late 2013, early 2014 which includes photos from my visit to Dr. James C. Lin, who had the good sense to not be in his office when I came a’knockin’ to ask about his microwave and audio work with CIA and DoD and why Carlyle Group was investing in headphones to be marketed to African-Americans.

I believe the McCoy quote was, when repeated to me years ago, taken out of context. For one, there was a difference of opinion in CIA when some were hoping there was some sort of Soviet or Chinese “magic” with regards to mind control. There was not. However, despite CIA’s spotlighting the bad science portions they spent money on during MK Ultra, even finding out that, and that, for example, schizophreniclike symptoms can be induced in people with isolation and trauma alone, is useful information for a corrupt institution like CIA.

In any case, Dr. McCoy understands keenly the cyberspace and outer space issues, as you’ll read or hear in the interview. It’s just a small step to get to behavioral modification, and we’re already seeing some MSM news on “improving soldiers.”
