One Mystery Partly Solved

Primarily, I’m talking about this:

Josh Lederman, “Doctors find brain abnormalities in victims of Cuba mystery,” AP, 6 December 2017:

apnews.com/bbed1d7f6f1a4320a7e60abfdce67d4d

Please allow me to take a brief detour. According to his family members, Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard Shooter, had violence and anger issues. Now imagine that such a person was then subjected to whatever it is that affected Americans and Canadians in Havana. It would, almost predictably, lead to the end result.

As has been noted by neuroscientists for some time now, a full separation of the left and right hemispheres in the brain results in the brain doing various workarounds in order to reconnect them. Sometimes or often, this results in the verbal center of the brain sending messages in sentences that are detectable consciously. In other words, thoughts that resemble voices except that they are purely in the head, not the same as auditory hallucinations which actually seem like external sounds.

This, I believe explains some of what many targeted individuals {TIs} sense as being the use of voice-to-skull–which is a real technology that has worked more or less since the mid-1970s based on the Frey effect. Much like believing one is chipped in those cases where one is not actually implanted with anything {referring to the VICE documentary I reviewed here}, not every time a TI thinks V2K is being employed is there actually someone on the other end doing so. As the Federation of American Scientists notes from their mirror copy of US Army’s MIA definition of voice-to-skull notes, it can also be used subliminally.

It would probably be next to impossible to tell the difference between white matter damage in some cases and actual use of the Frey effect. The result: A target who can be “spun up” and will continue experiencing pain, alarm and discomfort even when they are not actually being harassed.

This, according to historian Alfred McCoy in this interview with The Intercept‘s Jeremy Scahill, is CIA’s M.O. “Self-inflicted” pain such as seen in the Abu Ghraib photos of stress positions is CIA’s favorite kind of method. It puts the target/victim in the position of harming themselves and CIA can focus on other things and then check in periodically to maintain the pressure.

Back to Cuba, the greater mystery is, what specifically was used to cause changes in the white matter of these people? And then, of course, whodunnit?

MOTIVE

With regards to the latter, and I really, really hate defending Obama because he was and is a multinational corporation puppet and a war criminal, one cannot help but note Donald Trump’s statements about erasing Obama’s legacy. Nor can one ignore the military industrial complex’s Russia obsession.

Re-opening diplomatic relations with Cuba was something Obama accomplished. {Note that closing the detainment and reprogramming camps at Guantanamo Bay were not; some MSM outlets have been bizarrely stating he did or using words to make it seem as if he succeeded in doing so}. It would be something Trump, CIA, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff–as well as a slew of Wall Street special business interests–would want undone.

Additionally, I’d note that the definition of BRIC is Brazil, Russia, Iran, China. Four countries, plus North Korea, not on the same banking system as most of the rest of the planet. Brazil kind of sticks out because it doesn’t receive the same rhetoric as the others from GOP MoCs as the others. But…

…as a partial history of CIA’s very active station in Rio.

{Sucks, I said. With ‘Holly Gooodhead’ of CIA}.

METHOD

With regards to method, I don’t know. FOX implied it might have been a virus, based on Lederman’s article, which doesn’t mention virii specifically but does mention blood work and CDC monitoring.

The article does mention concussion, however. The “perfect concussion” was a joint CIA/US Navy project that got mentioned in Congressional hearings in 1977 on MKULTRA {links to the PDF and a text version at right under History}, both in the testimony of the recently late Adm. Stansfield Turner and Frank Laubinger of CIA’s/Sidney Gottlieb’s TSD. Both men initially stated that the perfect concussion project had never been funded. Later, Laubinger recalled that MKULTRA subproject 54 was intended to be a continuation of a previous research project that had been funded:

Mr. Laubinger corrected his testimony regarding Subproject 54 during the September 21, 1977 hearings before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research of the Human Resources Committee. The relevant portion is reproduced below:

Mr. LAUBINGER. On project 54, it has got a rather sensational proposal in there, in terms of the work that they propose to do, and you asked about the proposal and I said, in fact, it was never funded under MKULTRA. Now, I overlooked — at least, my memory did not serve me correctly when I went through that file folder to see one memorandum dated January 10, 1956, which makes it quite clear, as a matter of fact, that that proposal was based on prior work that was funded by the Agency.

Senator SCHWEIKER. By what?

Mr. LAUBINGER. By the CIA. So, that information was in their file folder. It did not happen to be in my head when I testified.

Senator SCHWEIKER. I think I might have read you that, and that is why I argued at the time with you, because I think I had in front of me, as I recall, some indication that it was funded there. I did read that to you. So, you did supply it to us; there is no argument about that information.

Mr. LAUBINGER. Perhaps I am sort of headstrong, myself, and in my own view, I am reading under the ULTRA project, that if it had been funded under ULTRA, it would have had a project number and identified as such. The thing that threw me was that it was funded, apparently, outside of any MKULTRA activity and it was under the normal contracting process, so that it was not included in MKULTRA as any work done under that funding umbrella.

The file folder that you have and I have, right here, makes it quite clear, however, that a year’s work was done through navy funding — a navy funding mechanism — on which the proposal was based that ultimately came into the MKULTRA program. That second proposal was never funded. So, there was conflict and I, personally, I think, introduced a little bit of confusion in that in my testimony.

Senator SCHWEIKER. Well, do you agree or not agree with DOD’s statement here that even though the initial funding was navy, it was really I conduit for the CIA?

Mr. LAUBINGER. I think that is correct.

Senator SCHWEIKER. Yes; I would appreciate that. I would like to know how it went from ONR to CIA after a year. Somebody made a decision to make that transfer, and to make this an MKULTRA subject. There had to be some sort of review that led to a decision to continue that kind of concussion — total blackout, maximum amnesia, and whatever else it was you were interested in — study and testing.

Mr. LAUBINGER. Senator, if I may try to say a few words on that, the files that were available to us for inspection, which are limited, indicated that there was a project being carried on by the Navy having to do with the, effects of brain concussion. The CIA developed an interest in that, and considered funding it, but actually never did, and as the admiral testified, the MKULTRA is merely a funding mechanism, a place they go for money to do such things, but there is no evidence that I know of that that project was ever funded.

Senator SCHWEIKER. Well, I am confused, because here again is another quote from a document that we have seen, which you have released and supplied to us:

Following is the technical progress made under the current [deleted] contract:

(a) Specializing instrumentation and numerous testing techniques have been developed to obtain the desired dynamic data;

(b) considerable data has now been obtained supporting the resonance-cavilation theory of brain concussion; and

(c) preliminary acceleration threshold data has been obtained for a fluid-filled glass simulated skull.

It goes on to talk about a blast range and a 2,500-square-foot laboratory. The document notes that “Three blast test series have been run to date.” It describes a special blackjack device, “a pancake-type blackjack giving a high peak impact force with a low unit surface pressure.”

I agree the records are inconclusive as to the results of this work, but it certainly seems that some testing was done.

Mr. LAUBINGER. Senator, you are putting us in the same position I think you were stating that you were in earlier referring to documents not before us, but I believe you are quoting from a proposal that someone sent to the Agency to fund this work, and he is referring to past work. The past work would have encompassed a lot of things like that, but CIA was not involved with that.

Senator SCHWEIKER. What do you mean, Admiral, on page 6 of your testimony when you mention projects using magician’s art? How do magicians get into the spook business?

Admiral TURNER. I have interpreted this as to how to slip the mickey into the finn, but I would like to ask my advisers here to comment.

Mr. BRODY. I think that is essentially it, Senator. It is surreptitious administration of material to someone, deceptive practices, how to distract someone’s attention while you are doing something else, as I understand it. It was also some type of a covert communication project involved with the study of how magicians and their assistants perhaps communicate information to one another without having other people know it. This is the type of thing that was involved, sir.

Senator SCHWEIKER. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

This is really old hat, 1950s. And there’s no indication that a concussion can cause more than blackout and short term memory loss. However, what is also notable is that many or all of the Havana victims have recovered and returned to work. Would a virus do that? Wouldn’t a virus be contagious if it reproduced significantly in the brain?

Still a missing puzzle piece, but we’re getting closer.

Why ‘False-Flag’ Lone Wolf is Obvious and Useful

Note: The purpose of this post is to describe why and to some extent how this phenomenon is being used as cover by organizations in order to prevent detection. I am not assessing the validity, legality, practicality, or value of surveillance of anyone. Rather, the point is that simply because the main factors associated with organizations don’t appear to exist does not mean that they don’t, merely that they are not in familiar forms.

The disadvantage to law enforcement and counter-terrorism in preventing so-called lone wolf terror acts and shootings, etc. is that they have none of the following:

• Leadership
• Membership
• Financing
• Communication

These are the attributes that allow law enforcement to detect terrorists and criminals in general when they operate in groups. When a crime is committed by a single person and they don’t communicate it to anyone else or have money to trace from suspicious sources beforehand, it becomes harder to detect and predict.

How much more difficult to prove leadership when the assailant is unaware that he has any? How much more complicated when he or she is unaware that the “bad luck” that they experienced, resulting in the irrational belief that the world is out to get them, was the result of covert psychological operations, harassment, misdirection, trickery, perhaps even the surreptitious administration of substances that can affect judgment and character as well as remote hypnotic suggestion such as is possible via the Frey effect and voice-to-skull or subliminally via other sound devices using the Russian acoustic psycho-correction? {For a classic case, see Lois Lang in the Shooters tab above.}

I have been wondering precisely how specific the ability to arrange events and make them seem other than they are is. Many times I have found myself in strange coincidences, at the same place at the same time as another person or event. I became a true believer in the ability to do that. The idea, then, that getting a person to a location at a given time seemed possible. Applications of that ability, it occurred to me, might include making sure an “undesirable” is on a particular doomed flight or in a café where a suicide bomber plans to detonate. Simple enough. You think you’re there for your own reasons and don’t realize that you and perhaps whoever invited and encouraged you to go there, be there may have had the idea planted in their heads. A bomb isn’t likely to miss, and a crashing airplane isn’t easy to survive.

But a few nights ago, I saw this:

Peter Stein, “Tributes pour in for journalist killed in Southeast Washington shooting,” Washington Post, 29 May 2015:

washingtonpost.com/local/crime/tributes-pour-in-for-journalist-killed-in-southeast-washington-shooting/2015/05/29/f56588ea-063a-11e5-8bda-c7b4e9a8f7ac_story.html

Charnice Milton had Asperger’s and a lifelong stutter that slowed her speech. She wasn’t the person you’d immediately expect asking the tough questions at community meetings or publicly challenging how local government officials spend their money.

But at 27, she was a contributing reporter for Capital Community News in the District and had already garnered a reputation for doing just that.

Milton was fatally shot Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. at Good Hope Road and Alabama Avenue SE while returning home from an assignment covering a community meeting in Eastern Market. Police say she was switching buses at the time and was not the intended victim.

D.C. Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said Thursday that a man on a dirt bike aiming at someone else shot her. McClenton said on his radio show that the intended target used Milton as a human shield.

And there you go. Doesn’t have to have so much collateral damage in order to take out one intended target. You just have to standing next to the wrong person at the wrong time.

You have an activist journalist out of the way of the powerful and the ability to stretch the truth and claim she was the cause of her own death by not being tougher on petty criminals instead of the ones in office, when in reality the opposite is true. And neither the shooter nor the intended target had any idea who she was. It’s an untraceable assassination without those four obvious, old methods of detection.

This is how they control the narrative. This is why we’re all losing to a criminal cabal called the Deep State.

Friedman of Information

Players only love you when they’re playing

Before I get started, let me assure you that all parties involved know this stuff exists, know it works, and some of them even know who’s doing it to US citizens on US soil. About the kindest thing you can say about Secret Service in this context is, they probably aren’t the ones attempting to drive people crazy enough to, for example, shoot at the White House. But then more perverse things have happened and government rarely seems to act in what Joe Citizen thinks an intuitive manner.

Let’s also recall that DIA has been the subject of several news reports regarding targeting activist groups. We also know that various private NATSEC companies who work for the government also engage in that practice for other clients and, due to privilege not only go uninvestigated but those who come close to discovering the truth of that wind up in prison at the government’s behest. The Deep State truly is a melding of the two entity types. And of course the CIA and FBI do it. Goes without saying, needs no explanation. And as you’ll see, INSCOM, that’s Army intelligence, former employer of Chelsea Manning–who had her own issues before Cablegate–supplied the 1998 document that Friedman FOIA’d for. I’ll throw in NSA just for being so damn nosy and supplying their contractors with cash and everyone with data. Also-too, the two major political parties. Can’t leave those f—ers out, can we?

In essence, because it cannot be said often enough, these people are more about the fun cruelty provides for their multiple mental disorders and the financial benefits of screwing the 99%.

Additionally, you may want to review the Navy’s old round up of microwave bioeffects. The one Friedman obtained via FOIA is more specific but also limited to intended applications. For example, hair loss/brittleness and sparking fillings are not mentioned. Neither is the paranoia it can induce by disrupting brain functions. However, the disruption of bodily functions is, and how that leads to various health problems, which does essentially make it “murder lite” in that it doesn’t kill immediately, merely shortens your life. And how can you sue, even if you could still afford to after being so f—ed by these craven cowards that you can no longer work? This is the center, the crux of why the United States of America is a sham. This is how it treats it’s “dissidents,” people it just as soon weren’t around any longer.

Well, how it treats the ones it doesn’t obliterate.

Donald Friedman walked into a federal offices angry and likely a bit deranged. He was armed…with a letter. It was somewhat threatening, so, of course this offense wound him up at the mercy of the Attorney General. And woe unto him for that because his last name isn’t Corp or Inc.

On January 30, 2003, Donald Friedman walked into an FBI field office with a two-page letter signed by him and addressed to Special Agent Jack Murmylo of the United States Secret Service. Friedman’s letter states, in part:

“Agents of the U.S. Secret Service, as you already know, have been committing very serious crimes against me and other members of my family for a very long time, and I’m taking more direct action to prevent it from continuing.”

“I am going to get an admissible confession from at least one of your agents one way or the other, and if I don’t get what I am demanding from you today, I will use the method of torture described in the attached pages to obtain that confession and to punish the agent for his or her involvement in the illegal acts that your agents have perpetrated against me and my family.”

He claimed, as thousands of Americans do, and by the way people all over the planet, that he and his family were under attack via some kind of electronic weapons. For some reason, he decided it was a Secret Service agent or agents responsible.

The district court then held a competency hearing at which Friedman testified, inter alia, that the back of a pair of his shoes were vaporized by an electromagnetic weapon fired at his feet in 2001. Friedman presented the shoes in question to the district court, but it appeared to the court that the heel of the shoe had simply worn out due to ordinary use.

Precisely what happens to your judgment when you’ve been zapped or drugged by the intelligence community. The whole point is to render the target incapable of being taken seriously so that the torture can continue while everyone around the target behaves as though it is all in their head. Essentially, the Martha Mitchell effect.

Or even possible that they actually did use something akin to the research covered in MKULTRA subproject #143, which included various studies on sabotaging oil and petroleum products.

A portion of the harassment involves “magic tricks” that the target spends a lot of time–using an already severely disrupted brain–trying to figure out. As I noted, one day I received a perfect oval blister on one leg and was unsure if a laser or chemical spray had been used.

Convincing a judge that anyone would even bother to destroy shoes or similar, especially when you’ve been put through the grinder and become so confused that even you may not know why you were targeted any more, assuming you ever did, is the hard part. Secrecy begets corruption, corruption destroys the judicial system. As to why Friedman, I don’t know. Haven’t spoken to him or read his personal account.

Is this morally superior to shooting them in the back of the head and leaving them in a ditch? That at least has the virtue of not being cruel and unusual and being relatively merciful. But it’s not about mercy when it comes to the military-congressional-industrial-spook-retirement-fund complex. We only pretend we’re better than totalitarians. When this power is abused, it is not to protect anything but high crimes.

The case against Friedman:

FindLaw, “United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit: UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Donald FRIEDMAN, Defendant-Appellant, No. 03-10422,” 6 May 2004:

caselaw.findlaw.com/us-9th-circuit/1122537.html

He didn’t give up, however, and managed to get a FOIA response from the Army two and a half years later:

INSCOM, “Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons, declassified 6 December 2006,” cover letter: Susan J. Butterfield, 13 December 2006/attached document: various sources, 17 February 1998:

freedomfchs.com/pdfs/bioeffectsofsnlwpns.pdf

2014-06-24-20-57-22-1

This in turn lead to some articles on the subject and gaining confirmation that, yes the INSCOM document was genuine. Sierra Nevada Corp.’s/WaveBand’s MEDUSA gets a mention as well:

The New Scientist, “US Army toyed with telepathic ray gun,” David Hambling, 21 March 2008:

newscientist.com/article/dn13513-us-army-toyed-with-telepathic-ray-gun.html

Steve Wright, a security expert at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK, warns that the technologies described could be used for torture. In 1998 the European Parliament passed a motion banning potentially dangerous incapacitating technologies that interfere with the human brain.

WIRED, “‘Telepathic Ray Guns’ and Vaporized Shoes: The Truth is Weirder Than You Think,” David Hambling, 24 March 2008:

wired.com/2008/03/shoe-zapping-ra/

WIRED, “Secret Directed-Energy Tech Protecting the President? (Updated),” David Hambling, 14 November 2008:

wired.com/2008/11/presidents-secr/

The story even made an appearance on eHow:

eHow, “Firearms Used by Presidential Bodyguards, p.4: High Tech Weapons of the Secret Service,” Ocean Malandra:

ehow.com/list_7446617_firearms-used-presidential-bodyguards.html#page=4

But Friedman is still in pursuit of what Secret Service was asked to provide. What’s interesting is whether or not the FOIA changes today * could have any impact on his case. The Secret Service delayed in part because it had to check with other government entities due to the sensitivity of energy weapons:

Plaintiff’s FOIA request is for document [sic] concerning directed energy technology that is very sensitive. Some of this documents [sic] pertain to research conducted by divisions within defendant agency that is used to carry out its mandate to protect very high government officials. In fact, in one case, the documents… could not be mailed but had to be hand carried interstate.

Government Printing Office, “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, DONALD M. FRIEDMAN v. U.S. SECRET SERVICE,” 24 November 2008 and 15 February 2013:

gpo.gov/fdsys/granule/USCOURTS-dcd-1_06-cv-02125/USCOURTS-dcd-1_06-cv-02125-1/content-detail.html

I leave you with a quote from one of the WIRED articles…:

It’s very easy to poke fun at people like Friedman. On the other hand, it does show that if a nonlethal device ever was developed which could cause symptoms associated with madness, it would be completely deniable. The device would completely destroy the target’s credibility, neatly ensuring it remained covert. The military utility would be low, but it might be very hand for some three-letter agencies.

…and that pesky draft MKULTRA memo:

5 May 1955

A portion of the Research and Development Program of TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:

1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.

5. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.

9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.

BBD – Clue or Disinfo?

Two posts below I made note of attending the NATO 3 pre-jury selection hearing on December 23. What I did not describe was how it was I came to be there.

Early that morning I woke up with a phrase in my head. I was fairly certain I’d just been dreaming, but as is usual for me, didn’t recall the dream itself. The phrase was “26th and Cuernavaca.” Being an American citizen and product of our underfunded-in-favor-of-stuff-that-blows-other-stuff-up public education system, I am woefully bad with geography. Google was quick to the rescue to remind me that it’s a city in Mexico.

This was quickly followed by a visit to the Twitter and, within seconds, information about the hearing. It’s location? 26th and California. Weird, I thought. A mix-up? A function of the mind control tech causing confusion between words that begin with ‘C’?

I had enough time to get down there and take care of some other business near by (showering at the Y because the house I was living in had no water service), I made my first trip to that part of Chicago. I also discovered that it is a Mexican neighborhood. Not so much a mix-up as a joke, I take it. Does it work while sleeping, giving hypnotic suggestions perhaps even including whatever seems to be happening live later during waking hours? How the f— should I know?

Now you might wonder why I sometimes follow the advice of extra-cranial thoughts given that the majority of those I’ve received over the past four years seem to have been largely aimed at ruining my life, directing me toward violence, possibly prison, etc.

In this case I’d say a combination of curiosity and, really, after what they’ve done and continue to do, what do I care about garnering the attention of one more set of people hellbent on destroying America for their own profit, power, and self-gratification? Let’s get all the scumbags together so we can see how they operate if for no other reason than the sheer entertainment value needed before things heat up in all sorts of really ugly ways. Because you know, that’s going to happen. It’s inevitable between Executive power and Legislative corruption carrying 99% of us to the brink of destruction. Or something like that.

Now as to why those using the tech decided to make me aware of the hearing last minute…your guess is as good as mine. Likely they think they can convince me that there are at least two parties involved and at least one is not as crooked as the other(s). Or, to continue to try to “train” me so they can try to succeed with one of those other, more desirable outcomes listed above. Because, really, it’s not that difficult to figure out. I need only look around at what they’ve done to know what they’re really about.

You can try to twist yourself into logic pretzels about how someone or other really has ultimately good intentions, or you can stop listening to what they say and look at what they have wrought. There is no brilliant plan, no covert op designed to save us all. We’re on our own. And if we’d just stop attacking each other, maybe we’d make some headway.

But we aren’t. We won’t. We’re on the downward slide and, like the dog who gets his tail stepped on by the master, we turn instead and bite the other mutts.

We’re doomed. Or something.

MONARCH (Updated)

This is my opinion, based on my experience. I could be wrong, but I really don’t think so. The point of this post is to try to separate fact from fiction, and to help the layman better understand how it actually works. The reasons for that are to alleviate fear (the real danger we face, the erosion of civilization through paranoia) and to help people understand how they can stop it if they have the opportunity.

MONARCH, whether it was an actual program or not (I have my doubts that it was serious and effective if it was real) was the so-called programmed assassin program. While I kind of do wonder about Sirhan Sirhan (somehow the sight of a green dress may have served as a psychological trigger for him), I also point out again that there may have been–in my opinion likely were–additional shooters. A truly insane, delusional and paranoid schizophrenic is not likely to be a good shot nor are they likely to even clearly perceive their surroundings properly to go after whomever it was they were “programmed” to attack. They are, my opinion, the scapegoat, the camouflage, cover, and get-out-of-jail free card for the real, professional assassins and for those who ordered the covert operation.

Instead, the disinformation out there (try googling Project Monarch) makes it sound like there are robots out there sleeping, waiting to pounce at any given moment. While it may be possible, there are a thousand things that could go wrong and such a person would likely have to perform their task soon after being released from weeks of torture and brainwashing. The ability to hide that that had been done to them would also be problematic, in my opinion. They would likely exhibit signs of mental illness, fear of noises and lights, etc. (Which is not to say that everyone with extreme phobias is a programmed assassin).

(Dr. Alfred McCoy–no relation–seems to think it was all phony, but I think he’s referring to MONARCH, not the tricks that I am which he may never have considered).

Rather, what is important in the way these ops really work, in my opinion, is to lay the groundwork for being able to paint the patsy as mentally ill and to ensure that they are at the right place at the right time. Like a Hollywood film using stunt doubles and special effects, a team of field agents can handle the rest followed by a tidal wave of lies from those helping to cover up the truth (again, careerism, choosing the right people for the job–aka “casting”–and a very well-founded fear of refusal will tend to keep discipline in those ranks).

Whether the target is drugged or had some form of microwave hearing used on them in order to behave erratically is unknown to me. Easier to drug them and cover it up or use electronics that don’t leave any such trace? Don’t know. To my knowledge, no such op has ever been truly exposed to the point we can know step-by-step what occurred.

Without the advantage of actual custody, that is complete control of the patsy by having them holed up, they have to rely on PSYOPs and electronics, covert harassment, to get the target agitated enough to exhibit violent behavior in order to make the frame-up convincing. This usually takes the form of isolation.

By first altering the mood, thinking, personality of the target, they convince those closest to them that the target has gone insane. The target knows, despite actually now having some brain malfunction due to what has been done to them, that their harassment is very real, though even those few events witnessed by others seem tame to someone who isn’t having them done to them several times a day and has not been drugged perhaps with something like mefloquine or another alkaloid that can cause schizoohreniclike symptoms. Those close to the target are not seeing what’s happening as harassment, but rather a new, suddenly strange and frightening sensitivity to everything around them. Most of us, not being at all schooled in how to deal with that in a friend or family member, immediately want psychological help for the target. The target, knowing–correctly and without a doubt that something sinister is afoot–becomes angry at the suggestion that it is all in their head. The truth is of course it’s a mix of both. They’ve been altered (usually temporarily) but also there is a real group behind what’s happening.

Once they are isolated due to the rift caused by the misunderstanding, the PSYOPs team is free to go to town on the target. From that point forward, anyone that the target meets will assume that the target has always been a little strange and view literally everything they say through a filter of doubt due to some of the more incredible things they’ve already heard from them.

The stage is being set for what happens later. Now you’ve got “witnesses.”

Note: I haven’t even mentioned the use of voice-to-skull and subliminal audio messages on both the target and the witnesses yet. That makes it even more effective. You can literally start arguments with that by pushing the right buttons. It’s not just the patsy who is targeted, it’s also some of the people that they have come into contact with.

Now most people (me included until it happened so much that I had to accept it as possible and the only logical explanation) don’t really think that they can be hypnotized, that subliminals would be effective on them. We are an arrogant species. I include myself in that.

The reason for this is that we are truly delusionally ignorant about how our brains work in the first place. We don’t, as individuals, understand much at all about what’s happening in our unconscious recesses of our heads. We only know what consciousness says, believes, and it is clear from neurobiological research that consciousness is a pathological liar.

(This may not actually be a bad thing. Is being positive about the day ahead when you wake up delusional? You don’t actually know the answer to that until evening rolls around. If the day was bad, then you were delusional about it, weren’t you? But it might have been worse if consciousness had said “Today’s gonna suck” and you didn’t make the best of a bad situation.)

To quickly sum up the rest, they trick the target into being where they want them however they can. As stated over in Wicked Game, I visited the state capitol in Minnesota one day in order to try to deliver a letter. That it happened to coincide with a war of words between an author I like and a state Tea Party rep who insulted him publicly struck me as a funny coincidence at the time, perhaps a little disturbing in retrospect. I could have been set up if they had decided to do so.

But, there you go. I had what I thought were my reasons for being there (a few people had also suggested seeing it, so it was also part tourism).

The point, these targets think they have reasons for what they do. There is a logic even if that logic did not actually originate with them and if it can be twisted by the people who set them up.

This is very, very different than pressing a button and remote controlling a human being (though that day is surely coming, especially if we don’t look into this topic in a very serious and effective way and before it is too late).

What could stop it? As corny as it may sound, love. Unconditional love might have prevented the isolation. It might also divert the course from where the patsy is supposed to be, completely ruining those sinister plans to destroy the middle class (the real goal here) in order to more easily reduce population without a resisting force to speak of. * You’d be surprised just how far a little act of kindness will go with a person in that desperate state of mind. They are looking for a way out of the trap, the Hell, that someone else created for them. You can help.

These principles and techniques do not just apply to violence. For example, a large, old corporation could easily trick a hacker into targeting a few newer, smaller competitors who think they can muscle their way in and take some of those contracts that the older, bigger company believes it will take, thankyouverymuch, while ensuring that there is financial data in the hoard in order to remove a “PITA” truth-telling gadfly and coerce the world’s greatest hacker into slavery.

And that’s what I meant about Miles Copeland, Jr. pointing out that the Watergate burglars had been tricked by CIA into the break-in. Same pattern, different targets, parties, goals, and methods

And the larger point, it doesn’t matter how intelligent you are. That subliminal stuff may actually work better on somebody who is smart because they have a broader world view and therefore a wider range of behaviors they would consider normal. Such people tend to be more open-minded. That might make it easier to persuade them to do what is desired. It’s once you get outside the range of internally acceptable behaviors that hypnosis starts to fall apart.

Awareness that this is actually done and that, pinch yourself, it may really be happening to you or someone you know, is also part of stopping disgusting, un-American, destructive, illegal, immoral, unethical, operations like these.

Of course these subliminals can also be used to make “PITA” truth-telling gadflies smoke like chimneys. I don’t actually have a solution for that. Yet. (But “dead at 30 anyway,” BB? You fell for that old trick?).

And of course the note I left under Dr. Lin’s door about the Carlyle Group investment in Dr. Dre’s headphones. Oh, wait. You can’t read that one.

Woody Norris’ HSS Inventions

HSS = HyperSonic Sound:

How HSS Works
At the source, in the circuitry of the emitter, audio frequencies are “stirred together,” as Norris puts it, with ultrasonic frequencies and then sent out as a “composite frequency” that is inaudible to the human ear. The sound “hitches a ride on the ultrasonic frequency,” Norris says, which travels in a laserlike beam in whatever direction it is pointed. “And here’s the beauty part,” he says. “The air molecules themselves convert this ultrasonic frequency back down to a frequency that can be heard.” So unlike sound that travels on radio waves and has to be converted by your stereo’s receiver, you simply need to be standing in the path of an HSS beam in order to hear the sound.

Which sounds remarkably similar to something in a post below, “The Science of Stacking.” Of course I’d read part of the main article before, but did not consciously put it together nor read, I think that sidebar.

Note that this may mean they can send ultrasound great distances. Kids, SONY’s ultrasound patent (link at right) is bigtime the scariest mind control device apart from making someone into a fullblown robot. It can literally project sensory data onto your neocortex. That is, make you sense whatever is being played over it. Maybe even think whatever they want. This was I believe what was central to Squidgate as I stated over in Wicked Game. (Game over, man!).

NY Magazine, “The Sound of Things to Come”, Marsha Sella, March 23, 2003

No one ever notices what’s going on at a Radio Shack. Outside a lonely branch of the electronics store, on a government-issue San Diego day in a strip mall where no one is noticing much of anything, a bluff man with thinning, ginger hair and preternaturally white teeth is standing on the pavement, slowly waving a square metal plate toward people strolling in the distance. “Watch that lady over there,” he says, unable to conceal his boyish pride for the gadget in his giant hand. “This is really cool.”

Woody Norris aims the silvery plate at his quarry. A burly brunette 200 feet away stops dead in her tracks and peers around, befuddled. She has walked straight into the noise of a Brazilian rain forest — then out again. Even in her shopping reverie, here among the haircutters and storefront tax-preparers and dubious Middle Eastern bistros, her senses inform her that she has just stepped through a discrete column of sound, a sharply demarcated beam of unexpected sound. “Look at that,” Norris mutters, chuckling as the lady turns around. “She doesn’t know what hit her.”

Norris is demonstrating something called HyperSonic Sound (HSS). The aluminum plate is connected to a CD player and an odd amplifier — actually, a very odd and very new amplifier — that directs sound much as a laser beam directs light. Over the past few years, mainly in secret, he has shown the device to more than 300 major companies, and it has slackened a lot of jaws. In December, the editors of Popular Science magazine bestowed upon HSS its grand prize for new inventions of 2002, choosing it over the ferociously hyped Segway scooter. It is no exaggeration to say that HSS represents the first revolution in acoustics since the loudspeaker was invented 78 years ago — and perhaps only the second since pilgrims used “whispering tubes” to convey their dour messages.

Then, from his website to applications of his work, sound amplifiers capable of sending clear sound up to 5.5 miles:

If they can do that, they can project “silent sound”, that is subliminal audio messages as well. Just probably not from space (Sorry, Jimmy Shao).

And my favorite, cellphones are capable of knowing a lot more about what we are up to than I would have ever guessed.

HOW DOES NUNCHI WORK?
Sensor information including acceleration, audio, image, light level, location, magnetic field, orientation, proximity, temperature, and video information are all available in modern mobile devices. Nunchi transparently samples these sensors and transmits certain information to one or more remote servers for processing. Nunchi servers compile sensor information through time and construct basic template models of user’s needs through the actions and reactions to the activities and interactions represented by the current and historic sensor data.

The first obvious question is how much can really be determined about a user’s activities and requirements — the answer is plenty. It’s difficult to explain how the data is actually processed but let’s use a simple descriptive example for illustration. Two brothers are riding their bikes home from school. Nunchi identifies the rhythmic swaying of the bikes as they pedal as well as their average speed. Nunchi also sees that both boys are on their normal path home. Nunchi can see the boys are bumping into each other, and at one point in the ride the youngest falls off of his bike. When he quickly gets back on his bike and starts pedaling rapidly, Nunchi sees that the fall is directly related to the boys’ roughhousing, but since the boy is not injured Nunchi classifies the event as a non-emergency.
What has just been described is not an “application”. It is just one of the hundreds of thousands of classifications that Nunchi can deliver and while some classifications are generalized many classifications are based on the user’s unique characteristics and needs.

Now that’s a prime example of tech being a lot further along than people’s perception of it. An example of Clarke’s Third Law. Siri™, you holdout bitch, where are we really? (Same company made a precursor to Apple’s GPS/PDA chatty Cathy).

Should Aaron Alexis have used “HSS” instead of “ELF”?

The Science of Stacking

More of a brain-storming exercise by way of using simpler to imagine scenarios to attempt to explain throufh-the-wall use of energy, waves, to create or emulate the microwave hearing effect.

Part One – The Shooter’s Dilemma

Imagine you are a sniper. You need to hit a particular target. The problem: the target never goes outside and is only partially accessible during lunch when he opens the bulletproof shutters to his villa. Partially, because he does not open the window which is made of bulletproof glass.

That last part is not really a problem for you because you have a gun capable of firing rounds that can penetrate bulletproof glass. The problem there, those bullets are not also good for one-shot kills and as soon as the glass is broken, the shutters automatically slam down.

You have tested using a partner but have found that there’s no reliable way to make certain that you fire in succession, the correct order, and at the same time so close together that you can be certain of success.

No matter. You solve the problem. You create a new weapon that fires a special round that emulates what two humans cannot reliably do together. The tool, the weapon, solves your dilemma.

Part Two – Passing Through Matter

As you likely already know, water, for.example, bends light. When you look into a pool at particular angles, objects may seem closer, further, or distorted from where they actually are and how they appear out of the water.

Now let’s alter those two things and throw in RADAR as the general locator of our target:

LA Times, ” NASA uses radar to find human heartbeats in collapsed buildings”, Amina Khan, September 25, 2013:

latimes.com/science/sciencenow/la-sci-sn-jpl-radar-heartbeat-finder-20130924,0,1598085.story

Instead of bulletproof glass, we’re going to be shooting through drywall. We already know the general location of our target because we have a layout of the space in 3D CAD and our nifty RADAR motion detector that tells us where his heart is.

Passing through the drywall may require altering the frequency (similar to how light distorts passing through water) so that the desired frequency is what comes out of the other side of the wall. We don’t care what it is coming out of our voice-to-skull device, so long as it is the correct one once it passes through the medium. Passing through concrete may require some other initial frequency to get the same effect. Passing through both, yet another. Obviously we aren’t actually blowing a hole in the wall, merely passing through it as waves do.

It should also be noted, depending on what exactly we are trying to accomplish, that human beings at least partially hear through their skin:

BBC, “Humans ‘hear’ through their skin”, November 26, 2009:

news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8374910.stm

Since this is so, we may not even need to aim for the head. The heart will do nicely. Thanks again to that RADAR motion detector.

If we do need to aim for the head, then maybe we have a “shotgun” V2K device that hits all the best guesses based on what the motion detector can tell us about the target’s physical orientation.

Now comes what is perhaps a more difficult concept. Because our desired frequency may be, like the bulletproof glass round, not what we desire for actually making the target hear voices or receive a subliminal audio message, we may need to emulate or piggyback that lower frequency on top of the one that penetrates the wall.

Think of it this way:

. is a wall penetrating wave
| is a wave that gets the results we want

It’s mostly a matter of math:

Global Research, “Crimes of the Surveillance State: A Victim’s Story
How a brilliant Vermont mathematician became an early target of government harassment”, Greg Guma, September 12, 2013:

globalresearch.ca/crimes-of-the-surveillance-state-a-victims-story/5349529

Getting the “tinier” wave to become the bigger one. In fact, quantum mechanics in recent years explained the losses of some freighter ships and reports of (Newtonian) “impossibly” large waves. The reason? The Newtonian model didn’t take into account the “stacking” effect of three waves converging to emulate one larger one. The quantum model did.

So by firing off multiple little …., ….., …., in the right order with the math behind it might be able to emulate ||||.

Those are just some thoughts on one of the hurdles towards belief that these weapons are operational: how did they overcome the barrier problem? Of course, it could be that I don’t really understand much of what I just wrote.

You figure it out. 😉
