What’s Happening Plus What Happens In Vegas… {Updated x2}

{1 Nov 2017, newer update in bold. Something fishy about things being fishy.}

Briefly. Taking a step back and not defending anyone here, merely calmly noting events.

One will note DJT’s reputation as an assaulter of women. Then one will note the Harvey Weinstein scandal. And then Spacey’s.

One will note the Russia connection to DJT. Then one will note the Clinton campaign connection to it.

There’s clearly an attempt to make sides, in this case the two large political parties and their proponents, seem equal utilizing the news. It’s not that they’re that unequal; the difference between Nazis and warhawk mass-surveillance defenders is all too thin for my liking. The DNC’s problem is attempting to separate social justice and economic justice; it’s not possible, they are one and the same ultimately. The GOP’s problem is it is so far up the collective asses of multinational corporations that, of course, Nazism seems a good method of achieving their goals. Removes the asking of questions and places blame on the powerless instead of the powerful where it belongs.

Vegas

Know some of you were probably expecting something on Vegas. Precisely what happened eludes me at present. Alt-right has latched onto Ellen Degeneres interview with formerly AWOL security guard Jesus Campos. While it seems likely Ellen was helping friends in Vegas get back into business {note again DNC supporters}, that in itself is plenty of reason to disregard their assertions that she or her friends therefore had something to do with Paddock’s actions.

The NYT did a pretty good video meshing together several taken on phones from witnesses. There doesn’t appear to be any evidence that there were multiple shooters in there, though one can clearly hear echoes throughout the skyscraper “canyon” after one of them.

I bring this up because a young female survivor was certain that she and her friends were being chased by gunmen on the ground. Her Facebook post archived:

http://archive.li/cgRzy

I say “was” because she died in her sleep some days after. She had a pituitary tumor and her grandmother thinks it was probably that plus the stress. If so, that is really odds-defying, though I can find no motive beyond perhaps actually trying to stoke fears that there were multiple gunmen. One assumes if there had been, they would have been firing blanks.

Rene Ray De La Cruz, “After escaping Las Vegas shooting, High Desert Phoenix Foundation co-founder dies suddenly,” Valley Daily Press, 9 October 2017:

http://www.vvdailypress.com/news/20171009/after-escaping-las-vegas-shooting-high-desert-phoenix-foundation-co-founder-dies-suddenly

As I’ve written before, it does make some sense that average people, especially laymen where it comes to combat, experience situations like this that the adrenaline rush may lead to confusion as to what is happening just after. On the other hand, as I’ve also written before, when you want to make certain your real target is going to be dead at the end of the event, you provide additional shooters because you cannot assume that a person with mental illness is going to be a decent assassin. But I don’t see a specific target.

Paddock doesn’t fit, so far as the information we have, any of the usual patterns.

Was it a “workplace” shooting? He did well just before, so we can probably scrap the usual Reaganomics factors, though one might argue all roads ultimately lead there. Reportedly he also booked a hotel in Chicago near Lollapalooza, so it may not have been Vegas-specific.

Was he connected to ISIS, as ISIS itself and the alt-right have been alleging? Doesn’t seem likely. All ISIS would have to do is release the chat logs or whatever contact they had with him to prove it.

And the usual goals of depicting subgroups as dangerous don’t seem to apply. While he was a year or two from retirement, I don’t think that my first instinct about painting senior citizens as violent, which will happen soon enough anyway, is the likely scenario.

What is odd is how this came on the heels of a leaked FBI report depicting Black Lives Matter members as potential terrorists.

ACLU on the report

Somehow, I think that if Paddock was not a acting solely on his own, was somehow influenced to do what he did, that it is connected to that. The fact that he did make money gambling and was so tight-lipped may have meant he thought he was on some “mission.”

Which by the way is exactly what the State’s psychiatrist said that James Eagan Holmes stated on SHOWTIME‘s new show about mass shootings. Also, “Harold,” the shooter of Ronni Chasen, had stated he expected to be paid for a hit, though there was no evidence anyone had actually told him that in person or in writing. See voice-to-skull if you find that confusing.

FBI being uncharacteristically tight-lipped about it all only makes it seem like there is something missing from the public view. I suspect they know what it is but for whatever reason aren’t saying.

Could this be it? Evidence of two aircraft using the same call letters of an airplane and one of them was likely a chopper. Don’t know how to verify this, but really strange if true. Mind the unproven but somewhat logical-to-assume headline based on alleged aircraft movement.

Note that Ambellas is a frequent contributor to Infowars. Kinda thinking this is “reverse false-flag” somehow. That is, was a true lone wolf and Trump admin is trying to make it seem like its false-flag.

But I’m just not sure.

Way Down We Go

It’s obligatory, isn’t it? I was going to go with a different title, but apparently Caitlin Sweet, et al, beat me to it, referring to the deserving portion. Instead you get a step away from that with a Kaleo lyric from a song containing a similar phrase.

ME, ME, ME

Let me get the personal crap out of the way first. The party that decided it would be fun to screw me over in 2010-2011 got their asses handed to them last night. Am I gloating? Only a little.

But then I’m not looking for housing in Canada {again}, planning mass protests, or even sharpening my hacker skills either.

WHAT HAPPENED?

I see three or four different issues here.

JOBS

A very quick but interesting rundown on manufacturing job losses in the US and where they occurred by Andrew Flowers over at Nate Silver’s FiveThiryEight. Note how well it matches the red you may have seen on your various e-screens last night. In 2008, Edwards was the only candidate talking about poverty. After he dropped out, there was no candidate talking about poverty. And, so, eight years later the working class gave Washington, DC the finger. I’d cheer except of course I see several problems with Trump bringing back manufacturing, assuming he even intends to do so.

Automation is one. Even if there were a manufacturing boom in the US in a few years, much of it would be automated. Sorry, Joe the Widget-Assembler.

Two, there would be the unattractive choices of either lowering minimum wage {which Trump has already suggested he wants to do} or raising pay so that people can buy whatever it is being manufactured. Of course, they could also reduce the requirements to get loans in order to afford the stuff. You know, what almost destroyed the world economy back in ’08.

This is a recipe for a second Great Depression. But don’t get too worried yet. I will explain how this is going to be President Pence anyway, with Trump sticking his head in every few months shouting at people and screwing things up until he disappears again to do whatever he can to build his fortune further.

GOP HILLARY HATE

The Republicans have done such a great job of painting Hillary as a radical liberal {she really, really isn’t even a moderate one} while joining her at bible study for decades and decades that they couldn’t pull it back…assuming they really wanted to. The Bushes may have publicly endorsed her, but I wonder who they really voted for in the booth.

I’m still hearing this ridiculous mantra. “Never-you-mind we’ve had solid pro-business running things since Carter. Trust us, they want to tax you to death. And we can’t steal your money as quickly if it goes to the gubberment first.”

THE DEMOCRATIC STRATEGY

The saying went, “Bill Clinton took a step to the right and the Republicans in Congress took three.” So the Dems decided to keep stepping to the right to watch the GOP fall off the cliff.

Except the working class didn’t give a shit about the rest of that. Didn’t care about Trump’s personal baggage. Didn’t care that he was a racist. DC failed working people. Here’s a guy talking negative about NAFTA. F— the Times and MSNBC, they aren’t helping either and are stuck on shit like who gets to use which bathroom while these non-working working people are struggling to pay bills. Maybe I should have gone with “It’s the Economy, Stupid.”

In essence, given the choice between a Republican in name and a Republican in policy only, they chose the former. The Democrats also abandoned the unions in order to move that far right. Turns out Wall Street does have immense influence over media but when people are pissed off enough they don’t listen to it. Wall Street provides cash, but it doesn’t actually vote. This fact should give us hope but look what we wound up with.

At the last moment, the Republicans fell to the ground and the Democrats were the ones who went over the cliff. This is what they get for abandoning people and embracing multinationals. They forgot where their strength came from.

AND FINALLY TRIBALISM

Read: Racism and xenophobia. Watts {see the first link up top} covered this. It is very likely in the genes and that makes sense if you think about human history. It would be nice if we started surviving via cooperation, but there’s those hardwired things in the head again.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

Right. The Republicans have control of it all for now. It will be the Pence-Ryan show. Repeal Obamacare. Maybe try to repeal or mess with gay marriage, we’ll see. More corporate welfare in the guise of creating jobs {again, multinationals make money by providing services while eliminating jobs and paying less for those that remain; they are the real enemy}.

Trump is going to find out, probably very, very rudely, that he isn’t in charge, not really. What will he do? Hard to say, probably have a meltdown.

The racism and poverty problems will be exacerbated. Trump will have his fingers in his ears and it won’t be him running the show anyway. There will be months of disconnect between what Trump says and what Pence is doing, providing much confusion.

Wars will continue and maybe we’ll even have new ones. In other words, the status quo.

Deep State, Deep Shit: The US’ Cold War at Home

PREFACE – Who am I addressing?

Some folks may wonder why I don’t spend more time and energy talking at or railing about the Republican party. It is because I think they are utterly unreachable, so far gone off the cliff that there is no hope whatsoever of reasoning with or instilling reason into their leadership.

For example, the GOP, and it’s sometimes controlled/sometimes renegade splinter group the Tea Party, spend a lot of time railing about the strawman “Sharia law” being enacted on US soil. While being an incredibly stupid thing to believe on the one hand, it seems pretty clear that people like Ted Cruz want something exactly like that, or more accurately, what the House of Saud has: a theocratic monarchy in which everything and everyone is “owned” by the monarchs. This is called Dominionism in the US, and is some Zionish perversion of Christianity. Cruz literally thinks it is his destiny to become King of America. God wants him to steal all your shit. It is precisely what they spend so much time railing against “over there” that they typically want to do here.

And Trump has helped to bring their blatant disregard for human beings out into the open. Nothing stealth about it anymore.

Related to the anti-LGBT and anti-women’s choice, one can imagine horrifying scenarios in which corporate mercenaries round up people our new self-appointed Second Coming deems deserving of that. It makes for a great “scarrative.”

But…

But the Democrats and Barack Obama signed off on the NDAA that allows DoD to hold indefinitely without evidence or legal procedures anyone, including US citizens, on suspicion of terrorism. The historical track record of such legislation always goes one way: More abuse than actual security.

But also…

Note how the end result is the same, but the packaging is different. Do you see that? The Democrats won’t publicly call you faggot or baby-murderer, and may not even be that discerning about who they lock up. But your odds of being caught up in the dragnets that insane politicians and bureaucrats, along with their friends in the public sector, deem needing locking up, will be locked up.

And at the same time…

The rhetoric of the Democrats is different. The policies are not in that they all seek to cheapen human life and rights for personal financial and power gain.

EXAMPLES

Robert L. Dear, Jr.

The New York Times has mostly surprised me, and Washington Post has somewhat followed up on Dear’s background. He does, actually, seem to be the Joe Dirt version of Ted Cruz. Seems to be, anyway. I assume this requires little explanation. Dear on the one hand frequently used religion as a weapon and as a defense for his actions. He had many online indicators of this over the years.

Richard Fausset, “For Robert Dear, Religion and Rage Before Planned Parenthood Attack,” New York Times, 1 December 2015:

nytimes.com/2015/12/02/us/robert-dear-planned-parenthood-shooting.html

But “the Left…”

First we had the interrupted planned attack at the University of Chicago. In this case, it was an African American who was upset about the murder of one or more African American teens. Understandably upset, but, had he succeeded, would merely have worked against, not for, what he hoped to achieve. At least I think so.

Michelle Broder Van Dyke and Tasneem Nashrulla, “Man Allegedly Threatened To “Execute” White Students At University Of Chicago: In an online threat that prompted the university to close on Monday, federal prosecutors allege the 21-year-old suspect also threatened to kill “any number of white policemen” who responded,” BuzzFeed, 29 November 2015:

buzzfeed.com/mbvd/university-of-chicago-cancels-classes-in-response-to-fbi-war

Second…now please stop reacting emotionally for a moment, hold the kneejerk outrage, and ONLY consider what this story implies to your average white person lacking critical thinking skills.

Joanna Walters, “Fetal abduction: brutal attacks against expectant mothers on the rise in US: Experts fear easy access to news and information online has contributed to rise of the crime, in which perpetrators seek to claim others’ fetuses as their own,” Guardian, 2 December 2015:

theguardian.com/us-news/2015/dec/02/fetal-abduction-attacks-expectant-mothers

What are the memes? The images one is left with? And what effect could that have on people on the fence? Do people generally go by statistics, or anecdotal evidence when making decisions?

I think it is obvious. If you are trying to win hearts and minds about reproductive rights or refuting Trump’s black-on-black crime statements, this story also does not help.

NOW FOR THE REALLY HARD PART

What if I told you–open mind, please–any of those three stories above could have been due to pushing people who already had similar beliefs, but not necessarily to the point that they would act on them in these violent ways–over the edge? You probably are turning me off right now. You are probably assuming it is not possible, that this suggestion is crazy.

Hold the phone, please. Research is showing that, for example, when we are distracted, words like “bye-bye” can actually result in more “buy-buy.” Yeah. When we are not alert to what is going into our heads, stuff can get in there that we would just as soon did not when we get our bank or credit card statement.

Derick F. Davis and Paul M. Herr, “When bye bye becomes buy buy: How homophones affect consumer behavior,” ScienceDaily, 20 November 2013:

sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/11/131120081102.htm

How much more so then, when we aren’t even aware–despite it being confirmed by both the Federation of American Scientists and the Department of Defense–that has been possible for decades to send subliminal messages in one direction, from the device to a human being, without the need for implants or any of that typical “tinfoil hat” stuff. It’s right there, in print, in FOIA.

It’s actually not that complicated and might just be this simple:

https://mccoyote.wordpress.com/v2k/

And DoD clearly reacted to growing pressure and knowledge that this technology and underlying scientific principle {simply put, the Frey effect}, exists and works. They took down the V2K definition from their website and later issued two info memos on the same day circumventing accountability for abuse in both.

Step back. Step outside yourself. Look at the larger picture. What is the result of these three stories?

Voting for Hillary or Cruz. Radicalizing the parties and mobilizing the respective bases in order to ensure these two very similar choices appear lightyears distant from each other, even though they both serve big banks and other multinationals.

You can even disregard–but do so at you peril–the possibility that covert operations were involved in any of those three stories and still see that these kinds of stories get exploited by political opportunists. The implied message is that they really care about the underlying issues when, in reality, it is far more clear that they care more about helping themselves and their rich and powerful pals at the expense of everyone else.

Is the end of mass incarceration, especially as related to the private prison system and for-profit subcontractors, anywhere in sight? Obama recently released 600 prisoners. The very next day, in my small county alone, they arrested 50+ people in drug raids. It gives the appearance of Democrats fighting back again the crappy drug war and the Republican image of cleaning up the communities, when it is really all about exploiting people, people driven to extremes just to avoid debtor’s prison, home repossessions, and things like bankruptcy due to medical bills.

The older example, again. The Ground Zero Mosque traced back to the CIA and FBI. Thought the reporter considers this a GOP operation, I rather see it as both GOP and DNC. Antiwar people, like myself–and I worked on the project briefly in late 2009–would also likely be mobilized to fight for the group’s right to build it. But it was really about 2008 and 2010 elections, not the issue that it appeared to be. It was there to manipulate people, not help one single goddamn thing.

Matthew Phelan, “The Ground Zero Mosque Was an Inside Job,” Gawker, 11 September 2014:

blackbag.gawker.com/the-ground-zero-mosque-was-an-inside-job-1633321283

And that is what politics here have come to. Professional wrestling or football, where no matter who “wins,” the rest of us all lose.

NO ONE ELSE TO SAY IT, WISH THERE WERE

I know. I know because both of these shit parties wanted to add LGBTQ to the hitlist, the watchlist, the “of course they’re terrorists” list by harassing me and ruining my life permanently. The advantages, if you can calm down and think like the psychopaths who think up these plots, are obvious. You can pick off minorities, drive a wedge between them and the general WASP public, as they have largely succeeded in doing with African Americans and Muslims; and, you get to add more justification to your security/spying contracts by writing thinktank white papers making the case for LGBTQetc as security threat by citing instances where you secretly caused the terror attacks you are now citing. Kind of like Dick Cheney quoting himself via Judith Miller except the attacks were “real,” they were just surreptitiously provoked.

What are you to do? Write my {GOP} reps and say, “Hi, I’m gay. Could you help me?” Did it anyway, but that party doesn’t see much interested in civil liberties. Had to find out the same was true with Democrats the hard way.

IN CLOSING

I know rightwing terrorists are far more prevalent than leftwing. I am living, in so far as I can still call myself alive, proof of that. That’s not the point.

The point is that Democrats are just as likely to pull the rug out from under you as Republicans are, all the while smiling in your face and talking a good game for which they don’t lift a solitary goddam finger.

Simply put, we need to focus on ending this Cold War, let the dust settle, to see where things really stand. Our domestic “intelligence assessments” are muddled due to big money, liars, and, yes, covert operations designed to sway public opinion. Isn’t that the umbrella under which all these other problems stand?

Psychopaths who know us better than we know ourselves can manipulate us. Mass surveillance is one part of that and why we should not consider voting for anyone who supports it.

******

Erection 2016

I’m already sick of it, aren’t you? Here’s what’s going to happen because we never learn.

Right now, on the Right, we have Trump. Trump is America’s id. His popularity is due to three things primarily.

First, he’s got name recognition. He’s a billionaire, so he can capture some of those actual Wall Streety non-religious don’t-tax-me-bro types and those idiots living in trailer park who think raising taxes on the rich means them. Yeah, sure, your Cheez-Whiz supply is in jeopardy. *

Second, he is “plain spoken.” By this I mean he talks like a 4th grader {no, seriously, linguists have analyzed his words} and therefore can capture a larger portion of the IQ bell curve, specifically the portion on the left downward slope.

Third, he completely defies political correctness, which even I at times find annoying when it is taken to the extreme. This appeals to the Libertarians, who would also like to see someone not from Washington, DC in the White House. He has taken W’s “let’s have a beer together” appeal and turned it on its head. He could actually insult his supporters and they would love him for “being honest.”

None of that matters. He also makes Jeb look reasonable to those who don’t like the way Trump behaves, and has forced the Republicans to deal with de-coded language on things like race, which will help Hillary. Both of these candidates think that they can leverage the Trump phenomenon to their benefit.

On the so-called Left, we have Bernie Sanders. Bernie is an Independent in the Senate, but caucuses with the Democrats and is running on their ticket.

Here we see the pat on the head for the Left, who has no real representation to speak of and really never has in this country with the exception of people like Kucinich. You will note that Kucinich is no longer in office.

Truly, apart from the New Deal which, Orwellian revisions of the Business Plot aside, was not the result of liberalism and progressivism, but rather how the end rounds of Monopoly always seem to wreck the game for everyone. The Great Depression was the result of, for example, people making things they could no longer afford. The Reagan tax cuts have not been repealed, so let’s stop pretending there is anything even approaching liberal at work in a government that is fully aware that those cuts have turned the United States into a fascist-plutarchy hybrid with a 10% chance of theocracy thrown in because that’s what happens when you have instability.

It just doesn’t exist. The Democrats are, if you look at what they do instead of listening to what they say because those things are rarely kin, the far Right. They are anti-labor, which is to say that they are pro-poverty. They privatize just like Republicans. They murder brown people with  flying, exploding robots just like Republicans do. They protect the criminal elite just like Republicans do. They spy on and commit covert ops against protestors and civil rights champions just like Republicans do. They rob teacher, cop, fireman, and other public worker pension funds and then cry financial shortcomings just like Republicans do.

But we are being allowed to have our conversation. We are being allowed to have a fantasy, indulge in a delusion that will never come to pass.

It won’t because the fix is in. The Deep State sees the end of the Middle Class as a feature, not a bug. Having half the population paid peanuts to watch, harass, imprison, shoot, or otherwise engage and occupy the other half seems a great way to keep them out of their hair. Where some of us saw problems with the 2001 National Intelligence Estimate stating that the growing wealth gap would be the biggest threat to national security in the 21st Century, the elite saw opportunity. They could end the Republic. No more pandering to the masses just to get their puppets in, they could take more direct, more overt control.

But we’re getting our show. We’re getting to chat about trying something we’ve never really ever tried. Because why question it when it’s working for the powerful few?

Once these two acts of the national money passion play have ended, we’re back to what really shitty media outlets will call “serious” politics and then it’ll be between Hillary and Jeb:

Lee Fang, “Corrected: Major Figures in Democratic and Republican Money Groups Go Into Business Together,” Intercept, 20 August 2015:

https://firstlook.org/theintercept/2015/08/21/founder-pro-clinton-super-pac-forms-political-consulting-firm-leader-gop-super-pac/

Hillary will win because the Republican Party is so far off the rails. In an urge to please their corporate and oligarch overlords, they overdo it, lurching ever further to the Right in order to differentiate themselves from the Democrats.

Fear of nullification of Roe v Wade will force the moderates and Left to vote for her. Alliances with Uganda, for example, and other loudmouth, unhinged anti-LGBT talk will do the same. Seeing a repeat of W’s catastrophic terms in a potential third Bush administration will drive people to the only other choice that they are given.

You’re welcome. You could ignore the whole thing now for the duration, if it weren’t going to constantly be in your face.

* See what I mean? Insult politics is contagious. And sadly fun.

That Small Nagging Hope

It seems clear. We are headed toward a global conflict over what there is. It is going to happen, is already happening albeit in the early stages.

This is why, of course, there is no law–that is the even application of it–in the United States. There is only the will of the Deep State and it has decided that some folks are just going to have to leave.

This power structure is further broken down into three or four basic subgroups that all agree on that, may merely disagree on who precisely needs to go and on what methods to employ to achieve those ends.

The first is the power behind the Religious Right portion of the Republican Party. Hate, fear, superstition are employed in order to create out-groups that receive overt or less obvious nods to be extinguished. It is in the rhetoric of so many politicians who say, for example, gays should be killed or put in concentration camps. The obvious Islamophobia that goes along with this is what provides support for, for example, American Sniper. That the real title character also claimed, unconfirmed, that he killed thirty black people after Hurricane Katrina hardly bothers them. This is the Seven Mountains movement of Ted Cruz. This is the Jewish conversion to Christianity movement to bring the Second Coming of George W. Bush. This is the American Jihads of Erik Prince. This is the Spiritual Fitness Test of the radical Catholics among the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Department of Defense and NATO. This is Prop 8 in California secretly backed by the CoJCofLDS and the flood of Mormon missionaries into the CIA under Reagan. It is on the state level, Kansas and Tennessee where it is legal to fire someone from a job for being LGBT. It’s also Palin, though she spans the gap between this one and the next two because she’s really just about her.

But this is also the antitheism of Richard Dawkins and Bill Maher. That their motives may differ doesn’t bring them out of this category, but rather shows them as useful tools for the same. Dupes, if you will, like perhaps the man who murdered three Muslims in North Carolina recently. Was he, too, subject to covert harassment appearing as bad luck over and over again, reminiscent of “persistent adversity” that operates as part of brainwashing? Then pumped up a few notches with microwave NLWs that that Navy tells us can cause thrombosis and hypertension, and the Army compared to the administration of drugs in their respective FOIA documents? Then maybe had his ire directed via the subliminal use of V2K–proven to exist per the Army again, or acoustic psycho-correction that the Russians used to prep their special forces for atrocities against civilians in Afghanistan in the 80s, and CIA acquired soon after?

Why not? It’s a proxy war and they use their proxies.

The second group is closest to this one. It is the so-called fiscal conservatives who don’t share the religious views but tolerate and employ them in order to maintain unity. All that matters to them is cash flow. This is the George F. Will, Richard Scaife, and Karl Rove part of the party. They are just as pleased to murder Muslims and anyone else that they can as long as it serves the overall goal.

The third is also closely related but sometimes in conflict. The Tea Party. The Pauls, the Kochs, and Peter Thiel are the most famous of this group. Thiel reportedly wants to build his own offshore oasis, a country unto itself, to prove Ayn Rand correct I suppose. Yet Thiel’s Palantir is trusted with America’s secrets just like Stratfor and Booz/Carlyle.

The Tea Party–who I at least agree that there’s something very, very wrong going on though not on what nor probably the solutions, wants mob rule. They want the right to shun people based on race, sexual preference, profession such as sex worker, etc. They don’t want anyone telling them how to behave and who to not hate. They view that as a right, a freedom.

Interestingly, I think this group makes up some percentage of Anonymous. Another significant portion is the Anarchists, who also want government out of their lives but in part in order to prevent the government from doing the very things that the TP wants to do, ie, inflict economic injustice on whomever they see fit and to elevate individuals, eg billionaires, above the rest of us. Strange bedfellows.

Then of course we have the Democrats who are not at all as liberal or progressive as these other groups would have us think. They aren’t even moderate, really. They are rightwing. Both their rhetoric and the rhetoric of these other groups would have you think otherwise, but if you just look at what they do, not what they say, they’re just a warring faction attempting to wrest control. Let’s put Bezos, Omidyar, Soros, Gates, Schmidt, etc. in this category along with the Clintons and the Obamas. This group doesn’t really believe in anything, merely the accumulation and extension of power. They are at times pragmatic and have the added charm of not usually pushing the doctrines of these other groups do verbally and yet backing and protecting their actions when it serves their purposes. Clinton’s gutting of welfare and Glass-Steagal. Obama’s continuation of torture and renditions and the increase in hate-generating drone strikes on civilian populations, as well as his war on whistleblowers and surreptitious means of crushing journalism and dissent from antiwar and economic justice groups.

What does this all mean? It means the one thing power can agree on is shit runs downhill. And that means that, eventually, any group that doesn’t have protected status is going on the watch and terror lists. Rightwing will not because that’s a protected group as we saw when Napolitano got grilled by Congress for suggesting that the data supported the idea that it was a problem.

No, it will be women, the poor, African Americans, LGBT, Muslims, atheists, real liberals and progressives, anyone not doing their part to aid these insane factions in their evil plans and of course lots of hapless people ignorant of the whole mess because this is a machine like the former Soviet Union’s and it requires bullshit fuel in order to run. People will be accused of things that they are not guilty of just to create the appearance that Problem X is a real problem. Still others will be, as they tried with me, forced into a corner and pushed and pushed until they crack and go apeshit in order to support the “lone wolf” narrative. Those people will have actually carried out whatever it is that they are accused of, but aren’t technically guilty because they were tortured into doing it.

So, it is bleak.

But that small sliver of hope is to spread the word and, at least, mitigate it a bit. Maybe even prevent one group from becoming the boogeyman that these factions want.

But that would mean some folks have got to catch on. You’ve got to grasp at least the basics and see that this is not space aliens or wild fantasy. This is technology and methods that the government itself admitted exist. It is the employment of dirty tricks that they were caught using in the past. And it is the psychological and philosophical motives that I describe above motivating them.

It’s all there.

That Bully’s Sinday Couldn’t Shut Down

On State Street that great street I just want to say
They do things they don’t do on Broadway

Before I get into that, a couple of notes.

Nevertheless, the White House demands a “right-sized, modernized AUMF,” not because it is in anyway required, but because it believes “it would send a powerful signal to the citizens of this country, the citizens of our allies, and to our enemies.” It is unclear why ISIL would care about the passing of such a transparently pointless resolution in the U.S. Congress. Moreover, the notion that the United States can send signals to friends and enemies, which are then heard and accurately interpreted in the manner that U.S. officials want, is highly dubious.

More at the link. “…a powerful signal to the citizens of this country,” says King John the XXXXIV-I. The signal: You Don’t Matter, Only the Powerful and the Multinationals Matter, So Get on the Nutzi Train, and Sieg Heil, Baby.

Okay, gripe warmup out of the way, time to move on to more about how the intelligence agencies and subcontractors of the United States government try to create lone wolf shooters.

What Obama did to me:

Drugged with a substance or substances unknown MKULTRA style. Effects: euphoria, impulsiveness, susceptibility to being conned, adrenaline rush resulting in sleep deprivation to further allow breaking down of resistance and personality in order to manipulate into doing things one would not normally do.

Harassed COINTELPRO-style, including the attempted frame-up of the DHS border guard’s family for the Conway fire.

Death of my dog, my grandmother, and the probably attempted frameup over the death of Michael Karbon.

“Brainwashing” regarding my only perceived ally through the hell these people put me through, who was likely a spook/drug expert consultant in disguise. This, coupled with finding out that Watts had a grad student passenger who was handcuffed to a railing for six hours while simultaneously discovering that someone from my past had just done a Matthew Shepherd play…

20091012 The Laramie Project

In my drugged state, it seemed possible if not probable that the grad student and my mysterious visitor, ‘Janus,’ were one and the same. I wasn’t sure, tried not to assume it was, but sometimes you feel trapped into making decisions and when I had to, I leaned that way.

Of course it turned out that the grad student was not my visitor, I met the grad student at the Squidgate trial, and so the mystery remained open until more recently, probably. The arranging of the acquaintance in the play, another instance of trying to play me off against someone not actually involved.

But got that? Not only damsel in distress psyop with the Conway fire, but Dudesel in distress by the same people who beat, pepper-sprayed, etc. Peter Watts.

These items are discussed elsewhere on this blog in more detail and some in Wicked Game.

Now Moving on to Chicago…

Right. 2010 was working for OFA, the Democrats, sometimes the DFL, in order to hopefully get out from under the harassment. Not only didn’t work out that way, they kept me in Minneapolis just long enough to ensure that my longterm relationship had no chance of recovering ever. I found out my ex got married on the way out of Minneapolis on Facebook.

There is no national security reason for any of this. Obama is just a sadistic psychopath. He enjoys blowing little brown children apart with drones. He enjoys torture, too, which is still happening despite the bullshit you heard from him and Panetta, as are extraordinary renditions. In reality, it’s about making more terrorists out of people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time over in the Penny Lane section of GITMO.

And that’s the idea with me. Drug me, harass me, torture me, lead me to think that absolutely no one cares anyway–unfortunately not far from the truth in a country who is constantly lurching thanks to Obama’s CIA and DoD disinformation campaigns and false-flag attacks, and the incessant theft of wages, retirement funds, homes, futures, so that those who already have more than they could ever spend can just scoop it all up, like the end round of Monopoly.

As is typical with the kinds of cretins who are in charge, by 2012, I was working one day a week at a plant owned by the Koch brothers without ever intending to. As if these: psychotic half-breed freak trying to prove to the white side of his family that he, too, can be a wartime president like cousins W and HW, except be bloodier, more ruthless AND two billionaires who make their living spooking people into making decisions not in their own best interests in order to scoop up more money than God, are our only two possible choices.

Shit or shite? Which you want? Warmed over shit, or shit-in-a-blanket? Death by shit, or drown in shit? Which do you want?

This, and the still unable-to-shake-it wondering about ‘Janus,’ though strongly suspecting by then he was another covertard, I was miserable.

Then one day a friend of a friend, for reasons I don’t really understand, decided to show me a story on Facebook about Jeremy Hammond. This lead to more research and discovering that his brother had just gotten out of jail, etc. Here was a chance to help someone else, someone else screwed over by Obama’s thugs, and the possibility of finding out maybe something about what had happened to me. Someone who might at least understand what being harassed by the feds feels like, knows that it happens, and so at least would have something in common to discuss on those grounds.

{And, well, you wouldn’t believe what else they did to ensure that I went. So I won’t.}

Beyond that, well… I think I covered that here.

And so now what?

Now, we have 41 months of a situation where the feds will control, through the state of Illinois, the fate of a person they first made me fond of.

See the pattern here? Matthew Shepherd with not-Janus, then this.

I truly do not know what the hell Harry Reid thought would make Obama better than Hillary. He is a better liar, I suppose, so there’s that. But some portion of this crap, of the bad things that have happened not only to me but also on the national scene, were the result of Bill Clinton’s revenge on Obama for beating Hillary in the primaries.

This is why none of these people should be anywhere near the reins of power. They are, like your typical CIA field officer, that peculiar mix of absolutely appearing normal, sincere, and sane on the outside, and raving, homicidal, lying, sadistic psychopaths on the inside. They don’t belong in the White House–none of them–they belong in asylums.

And so that’s it. Try to heap the guilt of, hold the threat of, whatever may befall Jason Hammond in prison over my head. What are my wonderful options?

-Write this post and be accused of scaring people vs. don’t write this post and take the chance he won’t be prepared to deal with whatever comes his way;

-Become violent or otherwise break the law so that Obama’s thugs can come arrest me–at last–and cover-up the longstanding insider trading surveillance game played by CIA and NSA and their subcontractors like Booz Allen Hamilton who can access any bank CEOs email and phone calls at any time for personal gain and to pass on to oversight so that oversight will do things like demand all copies of the torture report be returned to the CIA. Yes.

-The sidebar portion of the insider-trading surveillance system is the technology, means and methods, of keeping someone like me in place without me even realizing that I was in place. Apply that to reporters, entertainers, judges, legislators, etc. and I think it becomes clear why they want me dead, locked up, or under their thumb so badly as to murder other people for it. This portion, the bastard child offspring of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO, is a bigger story than mass surveillance.

-Suffer in silence without any recourse because Obama has short-circuited any and every avenue of redress including the OIGs, has purposefully shredded and gone around the Constitution, has bought off Congressional oversight, and has assured we get Jeb as President next by his other insane actions.

Really, this is not a pleasant position to be in.

But then I’ve gotten really good at making my unpleasantness someone else’s unpleasantness. Shit can roll uphill, just takes time and energy.

I did warn them.

And So It Came To Pass

When I wrote The Wisp, a story involving privatization of the intelligence community and warfare, I had thought that I was gazing down the road ten years or so. It wasn’t until the WaPo exposé Top Secret America that I realized it had already happened mostly in 2004 and 2005.

Twenty-two months ago or so, I started a “Fauxpocalypse” novel entitled Infernis. The idea behind the fake end times term, self-fulfilling prophecy can be as dangerous as, in my opinion perhaps moreso, than the supernatural. For the unfinished novel, a system that absorbs too much of those beliefs is susceptible to the same delusional thinking. Think HAL 9000 meets War Games.

Then, about 10 and a half months ago, started the sequel, Inthrallis. This one is in part based on experiences with some of those items listed in that old 1955 draft CIA MKULTRA memorandum:

11. Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria with no subsequent let-down.

12. Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.

I may expound on that later, but as I’ve noted below, the scope of the project quickly grew and before 1960 they were looking at what makes us decide to vote, child personality development, mental illness, minorities, criminals, hypnotism, means of control and altering personality, etc.

August of last year was before the MINERVA stuff made it into the news. It’s apparently gotten a nickname now, “FBULTRA,” which I think is appropriate.

The theme of Inthallis is similar in that it still circles around self-fulfilling prophecy but this time it’s a sort of anti-Christ figure. Superstition as crowd-control and flimflam predates even Judaism, so it should not be taken as an attack against religion as a whole.

Superstition and inquistion-lite are making big comebacks.

Witch Hunts:

NYTimes OpEd, “The Persecution of Witches, 21st-Century Style,” Motch Horowitz, 5 July 2014:

nytimes.com/2014/07/05/opinion/the-persecution-of-witches-21st-century-style.html

In some communities, it is chiefly young men who take on the role of witch hunters, suggesting that they may see it as a way to earn prestige by cleansing undesirables and enforcing social mores. That many of the self-appointed witch hunters are men highlights another baleful aspect of the phenomenon: The majority of victims are women. The Rev. Jack Urame of the Melanesian Institute, a Papua New Guinean human rights agency, estimates that witchcraft-related violence there is directed 5 to 1 against women, suggesting that witchcraft accusations are used to cloak gender-based violence.

Another factor, particularly in Central Africa and its diaspora communities, is the advent of revivalist churches, in which self-styled pastor-prophets rail against witchery and demon possession. They often claim to specialize in the casting out of evil spirits, sometimes charging for the service. Many of those congregations have emerged from Western evangelizing efforts.

Globalization means that paranoia over black magic and spirit possession are no longer confined to developing nations. Mass migration has made this a pervasive problem. In January, a Queens, N.Y., man was arrested for beating to death with a hammer his girlfriend, Estrella Castaneda, 56, and her daughter, Lina Castaneda, 25; Carlos Alberto Amarillo told the police that the women were “witches,” who had been “performing voodoo and casting spells” on him.

There’s lots more. Our ally and assistant chief shaper of foreign policy, Saudi Arabia, for example, and the UK.

Persecution of LGBTs:

He also blames the Ukraine situation on gays, but then so does Putin:

The problem, the Ukraine’s neonazi movement is not Russia’s doing, but rather the US and NATO:

I really am starting to wonder about that brain injury–attributed to a fall–that Karl Rove has been accusing Hillary of having. I know, consider the source…but have some problems squaring Obama and Clinton on so many issues these days without resorting to the mind affecting tech and/or intimidation hypotheses.
