BBD – Blather On The Disorient Express {Updated}

With reference to the incredible French train averted ‘terrorist’ attack.

Doug Bolton, “France train gunman Ayoub El-Khazzani ‘dumbfounded’ at terror allegations and claims he found AK-47 ‘by chance’ in a park,” Independent, 23 August 2015:

Speaking to BFM-TV, David said: “He is dumbfounded that his act is being linked to terrorism,” adding that El-Khazzani describes himself as a homeless man.

“He says that by chance he found a suitcase with a weapon, with a telephone, hidden away,” she said.

“He said he found it in the park which is just next to the Midi Station in Brussels, where he often sleeps with other homeless people.”

Explaining what El-Khazzani claims he planned to do with the rifle, David said: “He planned to hold up the train, then shoot out a window and jump out to escape.”

While this could be a bunch of defense lawyer rubbish, something should be said about the assumption of terrorism simply because a Muslim is holding a gun. They do commit crimes related to money now and again just like the rest of the world.

It also reminded me of the beginning of the attempt to turn me into a terrorist by Obama’s thugs. In Brooklyn in early 2010, there were several keys left laying around, usually right out in front of our condo but also at a spot I frequented to work out in Prospect Park.

Aha. Knew I captured at least one.

One of the keys I recall was to some VIP area at an airport. Another seemed to be a locker. Whether airport also or a train or bus station, I either don’t recall or it wasn’t clear. There were also what appeared to be apartment and car keys.

This is the kind of thing that, out of context, I would tend to leave to chance, to coincidence. But combined with having been drugged and harassed so intensely and persistently around that time, I would have to say no.

This is a traceless way to entrap someone. The focus of any arising case becomes on the shooter, not on where the shooter got the gun, which would remain a mystery. {The answer, of course, DHS, FBI, CIA, DIA, INSCOM, JSOC, etc., or the usual Top Secret America private contractor suspects}.

But once you are in the legal system and the Department of Justice is on the case, you can abandon all hope of a fair trial, unless you are an elite, in which case they will move Heaven and Earth to protect you.

What was in those lockers? No idea. But it aligned well with the little “game” that ‘Balding’ and I played, where he presented my doctor’s appointment as some sort of loony check-up for being drafted and I pretended to go along with it at times in order to find out why I was being harassed.

It turned out, of course, they wanted a violent reaction when a court case I attended came back with a guilty verdict. I was quite pleased to have foiled that outcome.

But you might be saying to yourself that it would still be breaking the law, that maybe there is some value in attempting to entrap random people by the method of leaving weapons in their path.

I would then remind you that your free will is in question even under normal circumstances as neuroscientists and psychologists still aren’t settled on what free will is to begin with. How much more so, then, when there is a team of Federal thugs harassing, drugging, tricking, ruining you financially and socially, and otherwise brainhacking you to the point of madness? Merely in order, in my case, to A} roll-up/limited hangout a program so goddam illegal that it technically could be called surreptitious slavery, and B} as noted many times, create the fear of LGBT that the United States government and Wall Street have succeeded in doing with Muslims, Hispanics, African Americans, and some other minorities they don’t deem worthy of protection nor see as having any intrinsic value. This, of course, leads to C} providing justifications for contracts to watch and further harass these groups in order to support the bloated intelligence industry as excuses for war do for the related defense industry. They are all about the fear, and while fear works to an extent as a market force, in the long run it kills consumer confidence. Say hello to our permanent shitty economy.

While calling these practices false-flag may not be 100% accurate, after all it still requires some sort of cooperation on the part of the patsy, it is neither 100% the patsy’s doing. What to call it? Gray-flag?

Guess I’ll stick with MKULTRA, COINTELPRO, and NKINTRA for now.

Update 1: Added photo of one set of keys.

BBD: General Analysis, pt. 3

Had hoped to have more to show as backup, but some of the events I’m going to detail below occurred before the electronic records age and so I am unable to find anything on the webs.

Before I get into the meat, it occurred to me today that there is an…

F} Limited Hangout. That is, by removing people who are retired and no longer involved in the projects and the off-spring projects, they protect those who are still involved. It’s kind of obvious, really. At the same time {recall the 3D chess analogy I’ve used from time to time: One move, multiple goals}, it might serve as an attempt at showing that some sort of justice has been dispensed for myself and/or those who suffered from events dating back to 1988 and 1989 or something. That is, “Here you go; we killed some folks responsible. We good now? You going to STFU about all this?”

You must please excuse me again for a moment.

Again, much of this is probably innocuous, unimportant. I’m sort of showing you how I work, giving you the raw story in lieu of something else like the Army accidentally shipping off deadly anthrax spores to various locations around the world. Duckduckgo it.

Right. 1980 or so. Freshman or Sophomore in High School Spanish class. Had a substitute teacher. Don’t recall her name. Said she had been a CIA analyst stationed in Germany. I don’t recall where but Stuttgart comes to mind for some reason.

I was, of course, curious. These are not things I’m proud of, but my heroes at the time or soon after were people like G. Gordon Liddy and Moishe Dayan. Complete Reaganite. This would all come crashing down and a serious re-assessment would occur a handful of years after.

At any rate, I had been considering a career in foreign service or the military. {When I later went to West Point between my junior and senior years, I asked one prof about Army intelligence, aka INSCOM or perhaps DIA. We never got into those kinds of details. He undoubtedly learned more about me than I about any of them.}

At the end of class, a fellow classmate popped a balloon on the way out the door. I don’t know what they teach on the Farm, but do know that even analysts who are direct-hires must go through that training and indoctrination. She seemed to jump out of her skin. So, yeah, I told her who it was and made my interest known.

As high school wound down, I was turned down for West Point. The next step down was Navy ROTC which I was likewise turned down for, or sort of dropped the desire for, I don’t recall. The former Navy man who sponsored me for that, a local doctor and successful by all accounts, later blew his own head off with a shotgun after the trophy wife left him.

The next step was going enlisted in the Marines. I didn’t get the specialty school I wanted {in fact, they offered me Interrogator instead with Spanish training and probable Mexico assignment} and I turned it down. Repeat with US Army.

Instead, I returned to school, switching universities.

Meanwhile, a close friend of mine started dating the guy who had popped the balloon who was behind bars. He had been caught along with an accomplice doing a break-in on a home and had shot a sheriff’s deputy in the face with a shotgun.

Yeah, there’s a lot of shotguns around here.

He didn’t kill the officer, but I gather besides being disfigured the deputy wound up being disabled. I once visited face-shooter on the inside with my friend. Interestingly, my friend tended to date cops after they split up.

At some point after his release from prison, face-shooter died in a hit-and-run. Apparently a notorious drunk with multiple DUIs was responsible. At least that’s the official story. And, really, don’t I have enough problems?

But the point. I think that that–1980 or so–was where it started. I think that was, one way or another–my uncle the ‘Nam vet, some other interest shown that raised a red flag, who knows–was where I got on CIA’s radar and not, heh-heh-hee, a few years before having been born.

And back to that for a moment. If there is anything odd about all that, it seems to have failed, no? Yeah, IQ well above average, but not surpagenius by any means. Not especially healthy, strong, or fast, but given my couch potato-ish life-style, perhaps again above average. Just not seeing the supersoldier stuff by any means.

I think overall this is an attempt to lose nothing and gain something. What do they care if a couple of old farts die? Not a whit. In fact, let’s review Flynn’s record a moment…

His accomplishments there included establishing a Total Quality Management Program, reducing unissuable materiel by $300 million, reducing contractors requiring special attention from 41 to 13, and increasing competitive procurements by more than 40 percent.

Christ, that practically carries a death-sentence today. Not eagerly supporting the Military-Industrial-Congressional-Complex? Not reversing those numbers and increasing the required number of contractors required? Not shoving so much money up the ass of…let’s say Senator Burr…for whatever kind of double-standard crap he gets up to in his down time. These are unforgivable sins in today’s USA.

Just ask Mark from Technodyne or Thomas Drake. Don’t ask the “military mafia” that has a stranglehold on the VA, who destroyed the career of Kernan Manion, the decorated drug lords who murder their own when they find out. If it doesn’t make some rich asshole richer or more powerful at the expense of the American people, it is considered sin.

How much more backwards and upside-down can things get?

BBD: ‘Janus’

Right. Let me begin with the punchline after first backing up a bit to explain one of several precedents that leads me to the kind of conclusions I’m about to make.

We are now three days from a 5th anniversary. On 23 December 2009, my friend’s condo building burnt down:

Rescuers pull 2 from B’klyn blaze

Last Updated: 9:46 AM, December 24, 2009

Firefighters rescued a Brooklyn woman and her father yesterday morning after the two were knocked unconscious as a blaze ripped through their Park Slope apartment.

An overloaded power strip sparked the fire in the top floor of the four-story building on Third Street near Fifth Avenue about 2:30 a.m., officials said.

Firefighters Rob Mitchell and John Fisher, along with Capt. Dennis Murphy of Ladder Co. 105, rushed into the building. They found Michael Conway, 58, passed out in a hallway. His daughter, Kate, 29, was found unconscious nearby. Both were carried to safety.

Michael was in stable condition at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. Kate was taken to New York Hospital-Cornell Burn Center, where she was listed in serious but stable condition with burns to her legs.

“It’s the best reward you can get,” said Capt. Murphy, a 26-year FDNY veteran. “It’s a good feeling, especially during this time of the year.”

This link, along with two others, was broken in February of 2010 and subsequent to that when I was writing Wicked Game chapter 20, requiring me to find a mirror copy on an Australian firefighting website, at least the one I had bookmarked which contained a series of code letters after the URL Google now provided me:

Romero, Katherine, “Rescuers pull 2 from B’klyn blaze,” New York Post, 24 December 2009:

Now the ABC Local one is back as well, again under a different URL than the original:

Two rescued from condo fire in Brooklyn
December 23, 2009 3:29:14 PM PST

A father and his daughter were rescued from an apartment fire in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. The fire broke out in the top floor of the condominum [sic] at 392 Third Street just before 3 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire was shooting out the windows when firefighters arrived. They pulled a man out of the fire with injuries, including serious burns. He was in critical condition at the burn unit at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

His daughter, who was visiting, sustained less serious injuries and was taken to Methodist Hospital.

Firefighters had to battle the fire and the weather to put out the blaze. The fire appears to be caused by an overloaded power strip.

Six families were left homeless.

Eyewitness News, “Two rescued from condo fire in Brooklyn,” WABC New York TV 7, 23 December 2009:

Still unable to relocate the CBS local/1010 Wins article, but at least I have those two again.

This occurred in the middle of a letter writing and web campaign to get Peter Watts off of the charges that, at the time, the federal government was pushing. There was also an attempt to frame family members of the accuser, Sgt. Andrew Beaudry of the CPBP in Department of Homeland Security. Like I mentioned in the post two down regarding myself in the grocery store with the cop and possibly Barrett Brown and his video, Beaudry, not part of the exit search that Watts underwent, charged over from 80 yards if memory serves, and punched and pepper-sprayed Peter. There is of course perhaps a question of character even when surreptitious manipulation of biology is concerned. But done secretly, without advice and consent, there is the larger question of responsibility…and that responsibility lay with some agency of the Federal Government.

It wasn’t until I was in Minneapolis that I learned the probable method of having set the fire: a home made laser. See again Wicked Game chapter 20 for details on that.

So it is that I find myself at similar crossroads. I now know who ‘Janus’ is, or who they want me to think he is. I’ve been through this crap before as well, where they tried to frame not only Beaudry but a former acquaintance for the fire with a deleted account message sent within an hour or two of the fire. Circumstantial evidence and weak at that.

So before I get into the who, let me explain what the CIA and FBI intended by giving me this new piece of information.

They intended for me to go hunt him down. Whether or not I actually killed this individual, that, followed by suicide, is what the coroner’s report and subsequent news would have said. Just a matter of getting a few things close enough and then the American Stasi can fake, bribe, lie, intimidate, forge the rest into matching a reality that they want to paint.

The truth is, as is obvious from the reporting on the torture program{s}, is that MKULTRA is indeed back, just as MINARET is back as PRISM and tons of other NSA programs. Just as COINTELPRO is back, assuming any of these programs ever really left, or just laid really, really low.

Of course, even though we may be talking about the person who killed my dog, was instrumental in–if they did–killing my grandmother, drugging me to the point of madness and delirium, essentially a major player in completely wrecking my life, I’m just not interested in playing by the CIA/FBI playbook. These are the real criminals; the most dangerous, corrupt institutions this side of Congress, and even that is contest between Titans of Corruption.

All these people know how to do is destroy things. All they know how to do is dispense pain. They are a stain on the reputation of the United States and an impediment to dealing with not just the country’s, but the planet’s, problems. They are liars and framers; murderers and assassins; they are the closest thing to the Mafia that really exists, and they have nearly unlimited resources and a very successful domestic disinformation campaign that paints them as the good guys on their side.

So, what to do with Hamilton Morris, drug expert who lives in Brooklyn, was a contemporary of mine while I was there? Matches ‘Janus’ not only in build but at least a portion of the obvious knowledge base required to utilize pharma–and maybe even electronics–to manipulate human behavior when used in tandem with PSYOPs. Even wore what I referred to once in an email as the “Boston uniform” during the 3 January 2010 event, and he was born in Massachusetts. He has some resemblance to Neil Gaiman {see Appendix A for that}. As you would know if you read the history of MKULTRA, he’s exactly the kind of person they would hire to do drug research.

What to do? I can’t even be really certain.

Looks as much like a trap as anything, on the flip side. Maybe get me to accuse him as backup plan and then release a bunch of denial stuff “proving” he wasn’t at those places on those dates I’ve already written to discredit me again and further.

Or maybe he’s innocent…has some personal reason to be interested in these topics similar to my own {after all, his dad did documentaries like this one} and it is again an attempt to throw two people against each other that Obama’s thug army views as threats.

Lots of options, not enough data.

That it was all really about insider trading under disguise of NATSEC spying is something one should always keep in mind.

Another Wicked Game Update: The Military Industrial God Complex

Chapter 20 this time where Squidgate gets rolling. Some edits plus the addition of Tim Shorrock’s recent piece on INSCOM, Booz Allen Hamilton, and how it relates to profit, NSA, ISIS, and SIGINT in general.

Salon, “Who profits from our new war? Inside NSA and private contractors’ secret plans: A massive war operation is being waged to track and kill ISIS — and it’s a lot more than cruise missiles,” Tim Shorrock, 24 September 2014:

Friedman of Information

Players only love you when they’re playing

Before I get started, let me assure you that all parties involved know this stuff exists, know it works, and some of them even know who’s doing it to US citizens on US soil. About the kindest thing you can say about Secret Service in this context is, they probably aren’t the ones attempting to drive people crazy enough to, for example, shoot at the White House. But then more perverse things have happened and government rarely seems to act in what Joe Citizen thinks an intuitive manner.

Let’s also recall that DIA has been the subject of several news reports regarding targeting activist groups. We also know that various private NATSEC companies who work for the government also engage in that practice for other clients and, due to privilege not only go uninvestigated but those who come close to discovering the truth of that wind up in prison at the government’s behest. The Deep State truly is a melding of the two entity types. And of course the CIA and FBI do it. Goes without saying, needs no explanation. And as you’ll see, INSCOM, that’s Army intelligence, former employer of Chelsea Manning–who had her own issues before Cablegate–supplied the 1998 document that Friedman FOIA’d for. I’ll throw in NSA just for being so damn nosy and supplying their contractors with cash and everyone with data. Also-too, the two major political parties. Can’t leave those f—ers out, can we?

In essence, because it cannot be said often enough, these people are more about the fun cruelty provides for their multiple mental disorders and the financial benefits of screwing the 99%.

Additionally, you may want to review the Navy’s old round up of microwave bioeffects. The one Friedman obtained via FOIA is more specific but also limited to intended applications. For example, hair loss/brittleness and sparking fillings are not mentioned. Neither is the paranoia it can induce by disrupting brain functions. However, the disruption of bodily functions is, and how that leads to various health problems, which does essentially make it “murder lite” in that it doesn’t kill immediately, merely shortens your life. And how can you sue, even if you could still afford to after being so f—ed by these craven cowards that you can no longer work? This is the center, the crux of why the United States of America is a sham. This is how it treats it’s “dissidents,” people it just as soon weren’t around any longer.

Well, how it treats the ones it doesn’t obliterate.

Donald Friedman walked into a federal offices angry and likely a bit deranged. He was armed…with a letter. It was somewhat threatening, so, of course this offense wound him up at the mercy of the Attorney General. And woe unto him for that because his last name isn’t Corp or Inc.

On January 30, 2003, Donald Friedman walked into an FBI field office with a two-page letter signed by him and addressed to Special Agent Jack Murmylo of the United States Secret Service. Friedman’s letter states, in part:

“Agents of the U.S. Secret Service, as you already know, have been committing very serious crimes against me and other members of my family for a very long time, and I’m taking more direct action to prevent it from continuing.”

“I am going to get an admissible confession from at least one of your agents one way or the other, and if I don’t get what I am demanding from you today, I will use the method of torture described in the attached pages to obtain that confession and to punish the agent for his or her involvement in the illegal acts that your agents have perpetrated against me and my family.”

He claimed, as thousands of Americans do, and by the way people all over the planet, that he and his family were under attack via some kind of electronic weapons. For some reason, he decided it was a Secret Service agent or agents responsible.

The district court then held a competency hearing at which Friedman testified, inter alia, that the back of a pair of his shoes were vaporized by an electromagnetic weapon fired at his feet in 2001. Friedman presented the shoes in question to the district court, but it appeared to the court that the heel of the shoe had simply worn out due to ordinary use.

Precisely what happens to your judgment when you’ve been zapped or drugged by the intelligence community. The whole point is to render the target incapable of being taken seriously so that the torture can continue while everyone around the target behaves as though it is all in their head. Essentially, the Martha Mitchell effect.

Or even possible that they actually did use something akin to the research covered in MKULTRA subproject #143, which included various studies on sabotaging oil and petroleum products.

A portion of the harassment involves “magic tricks” that the target spends a lot of time–using an already severely disrupted brain–trying to figure out. As I noted, one day I received a perfect oval blister on one leg and was unsure if a laser or chemical spray had been used.

Convincing a judge that anyone would even bother to destroy shoes or similar, especially when you’ve been put through the grinder and become so confused that even you may not know why you were targeted any more, assuming you ever did, is the hard part. Secrecy begets corruption, corruption destroys the judicial system. As to why Friedman, I don’t know. Haven’t spoken to him or read his personal account.

Is this morally superior to shooting them in the back of the head and leaving them in a ditch? That at least has the virtue of not being cruel and unusual and being relatively merciful. But it’s not about mercy when it comes to the military-congressional-industrial-spook-retirement-fund complex. We only pretend we’re better than totalitarians. When this power is abused, it is not to protect anything but high crimes.

The case against Friedman:

FindLaw, “United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit: UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Donald FRIEDMAN, Defendant-Appellant, No. 03-10422,” 6 May 2004:

He didn’t give up, however, and managed to get a FOIA response from the Army two and a half years later:

INSCOM, “Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons, declassified 6 December 2006,” cover letter: Susan J. Butterfield, 13 December 2006/attached document: various sources, 17 February 1998:

This in turn lead to some articles on the subject and gaining confirmation that, yes the INSCOM document was genuine. Sierra Nevada Corp.’s/WaveBand’s MEDUSA gets a mention as well:

The New Scientist, “US Army toyed with telepathic ray gun,” David Hambling, 21 March 2008:

Steve Wright, a security expert at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK, warns that the technologies described could be used for torture. In 1998 the European Parliament passed a motion banning potentially dangerous incapacitating technologies that interfere with the human brain.

WIRED, “‘Telepathic Ray Guns’ and Vaporized Shoes: The Truth is Weirder Than You Think,” David Hambling, 24 March 2008:

WIRED, “Secret Directed-Energy Tech Protecting the President? (Updated),” David Hambling, 14 November 2008:

The story even made an appearance on eHow:

eHow, “Firearms Used by Presidential Bodyguards, p.4: High Tech Weapons of the Secret Service,” Ocean Malandra:

But Friedman is still in pursuit of what Secret Service was asked to provide. What’s interesting is whether or not the FOIA changes today * could have any impact on his case. The Secret Service delayed in part because it had to check with other government entities due to the sensitivity of energy weapons:

Plaintiff’s FOIA request is for document [sic] concerning directed energy technology that is very sensitive. Some of this documents [sic] pertain to research conducted by divisions within defendant agency that is used to carry out its mandate to protect very high government officials. In fact, in one case, the documents… could not be mailed but had to be hand carried interstate.

Government Printing Office, “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, DONALD M. FRIEDMAN v. U.S. SECRET SERVICE,” 24 November 2008 and 15 February 2013:

I leave you with a quote from one of the WIRED articles…:

It’s very easy to poke fun at people like Friedman. On the other hand, it does show that if a nonlethal device ever was developed which could cause symptoms associated with madness, it would be completely deniable. The device would completely destroy the target’s credibility, neatly ensuring it remained covert. The military utility would be low, but it might be very hand for some three-letter agencies.

…and that pesky draft MKULTRA memo:

5 May 1955

A portion of the Research and Development Program of TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:

1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.

5. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.

9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.

* AJAM, “Lawmakers unveil major changes to FOIA,” Jason Leopold, 24 June 2014:

Super-High Frequency

American weapons research has centered on pulsed radiation in the gigahertz frequency band for a very interesting reason. In 1972, the Department of the Army researched Soviet and other foreign literature sources and discovered over 500 studies devoted to the biological effects of SHF – super-high frequency electromagnetic oscillations. (1)

SHF may have potential use as a technique for altering human behavior. …Lethal and non-lethal aspects have been shown to exist. In certain non-lethal exposures, definite behavioral changes have occurred. There also appears to be a change in mammals, when exposed to SHF, in sensitivity to sound, light, and olfactory stimuli.

The significance of this intelligence document in terms of the medical experiments commissioned by the Central Intelligence Agency since 1976 is that emphasis in this report is placed on influencing individuals as opposed to groups.

Global Research, “Effects of GHz radiation on the human nervous system: Recent developments in the technology of political control / Analysis on Mind Control Electromagnetic Weapons”, Harlan E. Girard, January 15, 1991/May 6, 2006:

Paper presented by Harlan E. Girard, NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Coherent and Emergent Phenomena in Biomolecular Systems, The University of Arizona, 15 January 1991

“Since 1976” all the way through the 80s. Meaning the Senate MKULTRA hearings were a complete sham as far as protecting Americans from experimentation and abuse was concerned. Also the reason for all the focus on drugs. They knew they were already moving beyond the need.

Also note items 2 and 9 from the MKULTRA 1955 draft memo indicating what kinds of things were on the wishlist:

2. Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.

9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.

Increases sensitivity to light, sound (perfect for torture under the guise of simple sleep deprivation techniques–though sleep dep is also considered torture by the UN) and that sudden change in preception, especially when you don’t know the cause, is certainly shocking and confusing.

As SHF does for those symptoms, the Navy’s SANGUINE does for simulating drunkenness.

Lots of other goodies at the link.

Navy Yard Shooter

ABC, ” Navy Yard Shooter Aaron Alexis Heard Voices, Experienced Paranoia, Police Report Shows”, Colleen Curry, September 17, 2013:

(Note: there is no mobile version of this article, you get forwarded to the main page.)

Alexis called police in Newport, R.I., on Aug. 7 after he switched hotels three times because he heard voices in the walls and ceilings talking to him, trying to keep him awake, and he wanted to file a harassment report, according to police documents.

Alexis told police that he heard voices that he feared were “sending vibrations through his body” and were out to harm him, noting that he had gotten into an argument on a plane to Rhode Island and he was convinced the person he argued with had sent three people to follow him.

Alexis “stated that the individuals are using ‘some sort of microwave machine’ to send vibrations through the ceiling, penetrating his body so he cannot fall asleep,” officers wrote in the police report.

Police questioned Alexis about whether he had any prior mental issues or episodes and any family history of mental illness, but Alexis said he did not. They then notified the Navy police and faxed a copy of the report to the Navy about Alexis’s complaints.

And potentially this one (can’t confirm because it’s behind a subscription wall):

Long Island News 12, “R.I. Police: Navy Yard Gunman Said He Heard Voices”, September 17, 2013:

NEWPORT, R.I. – (AP) — The man who gunned down 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard called police in a Rhode Island city last month to complain that voices were harassing him through a wall at his hotel and that he worried they might harm him. Police said Tuesday they alerted the Navy that day that Aaron Alexis was hearing voices.

According to a police report, two Newport police officers were called to a Marriott in town around 6 a.m. Aug. 7. Alexis told them he was in town as a naval contractor. Newport is the site of Naval Station Newport, the Naval War College and several military contractors.

Alexis, 34, a defense contractor employee, fired inside a building at the Washington naval installation Monday and killed 12, the FBI said. He was killed in a gunbattle with police.

READ MORE: Long Island Top Stories

In Rhode Island, Alexis told the officers he had gotten in an argument while boarding a flight in Virginia, and he believed the person he argued with sent three people to follow him. He said he never saw the people but believed they were using a microwave machine to send vibrations into his body so he could not fall asleep. He said he checked into two hotels previously, one on the Navy base, and could not get away from them. He would not tell officers what the voices were saying. But he also told them he did not have a history of mental illness in his family and had never had any similar episodes, the report said.

“He was concerned for his own safety,” Newport Police Lt. William Fitzgerald said Tuesday.

Later that day, Newport police alerted police at the naval station and sent them a copy of the police report because Alexis said he was a contractor, Fitzgerald said.

“What he was claiming didn’t sound right,” he said. A spokeswoman for the station referred calls to the FBI.

Fitzgerald said Alexis did not call police again, and it was the only contact his department had with him.

This reminds me of the time in Minneapolis in 2010, when walking to a pawn shop to sell my stuff so I could eat, someone used voice-to-skull to say, “Wouldn’t it be fun to learn to shoot?” as I was passing a shooting range. I decided immediately that it would in fact not be fun.

It also reminds me of the many, many times I have been sleep deprived. Too many to recount.

It also reminds me of all the private spook company employees and their agency counterparts I ran across who mercilessly harassed me and can’t seem to stop a single goddam domestic shooting or terror attack. But then that’s the idea: more chaos gets more money out of Congress.

And all of that reminds me of how, just when the nonsense began in December of 2009, I wrote FBI and Secret Service (part of the Department of Homeland Security after 9/11 changes) and here we are, almost four years later with still more corpses.

Just sayin’.

I expect this is some sort of trap, but I’ve yet to discern what kind just yet. So let me explain again how it works.

1) They drug you to make you paranoid and affect judgment. Works on anyone.

2) They sleep deprive you various ways, including noise, adrenaline related to the paranoia, and something like what the shooter described. Works on anyone.

3) They couple all that with PSYOPs, harassment, and other covert ops that, to anyone who still has their head so far up their own ass they can’t actually see, appears to be a string of bad luck. This usually results in loss of employment, home, relationships, belongings, etc. Also works on anyone.

4) At long last, they’ve driven you so insane, so over the edge, have filled you so full of rage that you will find some way to strike back, lash out. Could work on most people.

I guess I’m just the lucky one. The most amazing experience, still, was just watching someone buy kitty litter. Isn’t that strange?
