Still More Wicked Game Updating

This time I added what happened at the 2008 Halloween party and how the host is under future blackmail should he ever decide to run for office plus a few other changes. A sad chapter title, but he definitely owns it.

Still requires some updating regarding what and how things were done. We, the outsiders, can only guess. Often there are more mundane and elegant ways to provide effects that seem like magic or high-tech, but are actually simple and ingenious.

You’re stuck with me, alas, because people in this part of the shadow sector don’t blow the whistle. Tels sont les psychopathes.

Added Ultrasound and Stuff

Added this 2010 .MIL blog post…

William J. Tyler {School of Life Sciences-Arizona State University/SynSonix, Inc.}, “Remote Control of Brain Activity Using Ultrasound,” US Department of Defense blog, 1 September 2010:

…to the Mind-Affecting Technologies tab at top. Also added SONY’s patent that has been linked at right for a long time. See notes there for the fun.

In other news, the CIA’s playlist for torturing detainees:

John Vibes, “See The Playlist Used By The CIA To Torture Detainees,” The Anti-Media, 15 December 2014:

Used in combination with your mundane sleep deprivation, stress positions, slapping, isolation, general psychological games and of course mefloquine/Lariam, I assure you even an hour of that every couple of days would qualify as torture. But we’re talking days on end.

Finally, Robert Baer has a new book out regarding assassination. He did a video interview recently. I don’t really have a lot to say about it since he seems in so many ways conflicted himself.

I will say that, in my opinion, Obama has gone way beyond “tough” to impress all those people who already hate his guts and would never vote for him or support anything he supported and is well into callous territory if not jumping into the land of cruel.

Note, in case it isn’t clear: the President is way too far to the right to be considered even a moderate much less a liberal or progressive. The rhetoric about socialism, etc. is how they keep him there.

Also, doesn’t matter how many liberals there are in CIA. They don’t run the place. Or if they do…

you keep using that word

The Truth About Torture: A Rebuttal

With regards to:

Weekly Standard, “The Truth About Interrogation: The enhanced techniques work,” Stehpen F. Hayes, 14 November 2014:

First, let me say that I agree wholeheartedly that oversight and officials who ordered, were briefed, and approved are both duplicitous and partially responsible. As I’ve noted before, I hate defending them, the CIA asked the Bush White House three times for clarification on legal points with regards to enhanced interrogation techniques. This is missing from the discussion.

However, as it was when, for example, the Nixon White House asked CIA to spy on American war protestors, there is some evidence that they were already torturing people, or having it done by foreign ISes, before the request was even made. There are layers to this entire scandal, and that is one of them.

The problem with the piece, and I am not impugning the “John Beale” here, rather that it serves as a limited hangout hinging upon a strawman argument because it does not take into account the totality of the situation. I don’t doubt that Mr. Beale’s experience lead him to the conclusions that he drew, rather that his experiences are limited to his experiences.

One indicator that CIA may be using it for this purpose:

Writing under the pseudonym Jason Beale, he has produced a provocative 39-page document in an effort to counter the narrative pushed by Democrats and amplified by journalists eager to discredit the program. The document—which Beale says was reviewed, redacted, and cleared by a U.S. government agency—does not reveal Beale’s precise role in the program. A spokesman for the Central Intelligence Agency would not confirm that the CIA was the agency that reviewed Beale’s document.

And, by the way, Mr. Beale, whoever he is, is saying something very close to what John Kiriakou said initially before recanting: that the EITs worked and they weren’t trying to throw him in prison back then.

There are several problems what the article as whole is saying. I detail some of them beyond the fold.

Torture and Brainwashing Page Added

Related to the post-9/11, War on Terror story only. Additionally, if you have the chance to see Silenced, which includes the story of John Kiriakou, still the only person in prison over the torture scandal, it is also related. The Deep State continues to try to destroy John while in prison. Consider helping out his wife and kids and writing to him.

Note that I expect opportunists will try to use the Bowe Bergdahl story to justify this stuff, if only behind closed doors with legislators. The fact that Bowe spent so much time with the Taliban will be their opportunity. I am waiting to see how it plays out, but expect this.

Further, there is some kind of domestic effort along the same lines. Some of those afflicted by Organized Stalking, etc. may have been subject to different techniques designed to cause similar effects, that is the breakdown of personality and insertion of someone else’s will. This occurs both with and without the target being aware that it has been done and oftentimes when they are aware, they are not aware as to how precisely it was done. Aaron Alexis is the most obvious case, where he believed he was targeted with extremely low-frequency electronics, but was likely something else.

This is why exposing the foreign portion of these programs is imperative, just as the massive NSA surveillance story included both foreign and national SIGINT. The potential for abuse is exacerbated by the secrecy involved, and the disappearance of daylight between law and politics, domestic and international issues, and the public and private sectors of defense, intelligence, and national security sectors and their connections to Wall Street and multinational special business interests.

In short, there is a covert civil war happening on American soil and it encompasses the political parties as well as contractors and members of the intelligence community. AG Holder has again given notice that there is concern over domestic terrorism, though he refers to these people as self-radicalizing. Let me be among the first to call bullshit on that. This is not happening in a vacuum.

Some stories:

Reuters, “Florida judge seeks anger management help after courthouse brawl,” 3 June 2014:

“It’s really out of character,” Trettis said of the judge’s behavior. “He’s really got a good reputation.”

The Ryan Chamberlain story mentioned in previous post took a turn to include encryption:

Mercury News, “San Francisco: FBI, police announce details of arrest of man in explosives case,” 3 June 2014:

During that conversation, Chamberlain “admitted that he was aware of the Tor network and that he sometimes played poker on ‘black market’ websites” and admitted that his laptop was inside the apartment, Eldridge said.

The Tor network is computer software that enables online anonymity.

“After a short interview, Chamberlain was allowed to leave the coffee shop at his request,” the agent wrote.

Chamberlain then entered his personal vehicle and was followed by surveillance teams that observed him “driving in an apparent intentionally reckless manner at a high rate of speed, failing to stop at posted lights and signs,” Eldridge said.

The affidavit does not say what happened next and says that Chamberlain’s whereabouts were unknown at the time the document was prepared.

The affidavit says that agents searching the apartment also found a tool box on a kitchen shelf that contained “apparent additional IED components similar to those used in the messenger bag device,” including wires and a device known as a ‘clothespin switch.’

Chamberlain on Monday posted what appeared to be a suicide note on social media detailing his struggles with depression and trouble with family and work. He then posted a follow-up note saying he was not armed and dangerous and that “no one was ever in danger.”

RT, “Billboard quoting Hitler retracted by Alabama youth church group,” 4 June 2014:

A billboard featuring a quote from Adolf Hitler next to smiling children was taken down on Tuesday at the request of the group that paid for the ad in the first place: a children’s ministry in Alabama.

The group – Life Savers Ministries in Auburn, Alabama – requested the billboard, erected Friday near a popular shopping area, be taken down after the sign drew immediate criticism for quoting the Nazi leader to promote its services for under-privileged children.

“He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future,” the billboard reads next to a photo of five children with arms locked.

Quasi-gonzo is the only sane response to an insane world.

More on Drugs Used at Gitmo

Truthout – Documents Show CIA Stockpiled Antimalaria Drugs as Incapacitating Agents

More on the history and connection to MKULTRA and the use of mefloquine/Loriam and cinchonine. Effects vary.

It also shows some interesting possible connections between reverse engineering torture resistance (the SERE program) and the use of antimalarials. Dr. Ritchie was involved in both and one goal of the former was apparently to cause learned helplessness, a desired side-effect of torture, making the tortured dependent on the torturer.

I would further note that that likely is also a desired goal in using voice-to-skull. If you were to read some of the accounts of the victims (speaking of whom, in case you missed it, see the Stop OS ad via the post below), you’d see what I mean and how it is, no question, possible to turn someone into a killer remotely by using those means over time. Loughner, no question in my mind.

Army Drugs, Torture, and Murderous Rampages (Updated)

Above Top Secret – Bales may be victim of malaria vaccine

Truthout – DOD Using Malaria Drug for Torture at Gitmo

So, again, this is one of the drugs that the intelligence community of the United States of America dosed me with in mid to late December 2009. I described some of that experience (it lasted well into 2010, maybe partway into 2011) here.

Same as they did to New Jersey Shakespeare Festival intern K*** M***** in 1989.

BONUS: And the reminder: Romney wants to double the size of Gitmo. Vulture capitalism at its finest. So, vote for Romney so that your grandkids will be poor, stupid, and still fighting the war on terror and his will be rich off of it and he and his ilk throw you religious epithets about how God wants you that way while the cash piles up.

UPDATE: Truthout pokes multiple holes in the claim that Bales’ actions were the result of mefloquine. They also hint at motive for doing so.

Down on DODies Pharm

Forgot about this year-old piece on the use of an anti-malarial drug (mefloquine, brand name Larium) on detainees at Gitmo that has side-effects that can cause serious problems including suicidal thoughts and hallucinations despite the fact that malaria was not considered a real danger in Cuba by many in the military. One Army doctor referred to its use as pharmacological waterboarding.

One also imagines that some company was paid for the contract to supply it (on American taxpayer dollars).

Article also references MKULTRA and some other human experimentation projects that went on in other places.
