A Brief on the Evolution of Assassination and Poisoning

Let us begin with the delivery mechanisms of our substances from the Cold War. There were two primary forms.

The first was up close and personal. In order to accomplish this, they hired stage magician John Mulholland under MKULTRA subprojects 4, 15 and 34.

See “Prick” for further background on that coming out of the Canadian McGill University lawsuit against the US and Canadian governments for human experimentation research.

The second we learned of from the Church/Tower hearings regarding the “M-1” device which attached to normal weapons and could fire micro-organisms or substances at targets in two ways, one of which would leave the target unaware that he or she had been fired upon at all. “Prick II.”

But what are we to put into our needle delivery devices? There’s the possibility of the over 140 drugs tested on human subjects under MKULTRA, ARTICHOKE, BLUEBIRD, etc. {though many of those were tested for interrogation and brainwashing purposes}:

MKOFTEN03

MKOFTEN04

And then there was MKOFTEN, with a few references to it in the Family Jewels:

MKOFTEN01

MKOFTEN02

You’ll note database references to both drug side-effects, in this case pharmaceuticals, as well psychological effects. CIA was compiling a playbook whereby evoking particular effects would be possible for a number of purposes.

But all or most of that has become irrelevant. Again, the 1999 FOIA document from the US Army on bio-effects of microwaves:

There is, however, a growing perception that microwave irradiation and exposure to low frequency fields can be involved in a wide range of biological interactions. Some investigators are even beginning to describe similarities between microwave irradiation and drugs regarding their effects on biological systems.

And you have your “drug” and your delivery system all rolled up into one. Various “modalities” can be used for a wide range of effects, some of which I documented here under the microwave section, and more recently here and especially here complete with a few examples of how it could have been used. Depression, anger, sleepiness, sleeplessness, confusion, and a lot more, including causing real disease by affecting the blood-brain barrier, can be invoked in a human being using a microwave weapon.

Since it is also nearly or completely untraceable it likewise becomes very, very attractive to the would-be assassin or psyop operative seeking to create a false consensus about a particular individual or group by embarrassing them publicly. Unchecked, this technology which the government has certainly shown ample interest in, is a threat to freedom, to a healthy republic, and human health in general.

And yet we cannot talk about it openly because of the implicit connection to “tinfoil hat.” We assume that there would be checks and balances, despite ample evidence that there are little or no checks and that things are incredibly unbalanced. We forget that any time the CIA commits a crime and it involves state secrets, the Department of Justice has a longstanding agreement not to prosecute.

[CIA General Counsel Lawrence] Houston stressed that deliberate exposure of the MK/ULTRA program by essentially offering it to the press would serve to placate the brewing feeding frenzy over so-called mind control projects, and would divert any investigative attempts into the multi-faceted Artichoke Project.

Houston additionally explained to Rumsfeld and Cheney that, along with the release of MK/ULTRA details to the media, the names of a few former CIA employees, such as Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, would also be released to the press. Incredibly, when the subject of possible federal prosecutions of CIA officials for capital crimes and felonies, such as murder and drug trafficking, came up in their discussion, Houston informed Rumsfeld and Cheney that there was little cause for concern.

Explained the Agency’s General Counsel, since early 1954, following the death of Army biochemist Frank Olson, a secret agreement between the CIA and the U.S. Department of Justice had been put in place whereby the violation of “criminal statutes” by CIA personnel would not result in Department of Justice prosecutions, if “highly classified and complex covert operations” were threatened with exposure. The agreement had been struck between Houston and Deputy Attorney General William P. Rogers in February 1954, not long after Frank Olson’s death, and still remained solidly in place.

Jeffrey Kaye and HP Albarelli Jr., “Cries From the Past: Torture’s Ugly Echoes,” Truthout, 23 May 2010:

truth-out.org/archive/component/k2/item/89725:cries-from-the-past-tortures-ugly-echoes

A reminder about what happened to Frank Olson. He witnessed MI6 testing deadly nerve toxins on UK soldiers and sought counseling with a CIA psychiatrist. Once the psychiatrist notified Gottlieb that one of his own had grown a conscience, Gottlieb arranged a secret meeting at which half the people were supposedly drugged with LSD, Olson included. It was later discovered that Olson may have been given something else, which resulted in a psychological breakdown. Once in NYC for further counseling, CIA had George Hunter White and “Pierre Lafitte” throw Olson out a window and sold the whole thing as a suicide.

And so it all festers, grows, leading us to the disturbing stasi-state of perpetual lies and warfare that we have today. How do we break out of this cycle? Someone has to step up.

As a bonus, you’ll note ‘drug trafficking’ bolded in the quote above along with murder, eg assassination. DEA, like FBI, is in the DoJ. Are poor white Southerners the next ‘market’ for Deep State’s drug running?

Holly Fletcher, “Overdose deaths reach ‘epidemic proportions’,” Tennessean, 28 September 2015:

tennessean.com/story/money/industries/health-care/2015/09/27/overdose-deaths-epidemic-tennessee/32557463/

And opioids are made from what?

Whether it’s prescription or ‘horse,’ Afghanistan is the gift that keeps on giving to the criminal elite.

The Mind Killers

Yet another {the previous find being related to the Blood-Brain Barrier} microwave bio-effects paper with inadvertent non-lethal weapon applications:

Martin L. Pall, “Microwave frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produce widespread neuropsychiatric effects including depression,” 21 August 2015:

sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0891061815000599

Much of it related to excessive calcium being a problem.
They even give it a name: “Microwave Syndrome.” Let’s review just a few people likely to have been victims of some kind of weapon based on this old and new research.

Rex Niles – Whistleblower for crimes of the military industrial complex turned poster boy for tinfoil hat:

Kim Murphy, “Figure in Kickbacks Alleges Bizarre Plot by U.S. to Kill Him,” Los Angeles Times, 17 April 1988:

articles.latimes.com/1988-04-17/local/me-2083_1_witness-protection-program

Instead, he is living in a suburban home outside Los Angeles, sleeping under a makeshift foil tent fashioned to block the microwaves he believes are killing him. By night, he scrutinizes the heavens above his back yard for a sign of the mini-nuclear reactor that he says is generating the X-rays that pierce his skull.

Aaron Swartz – Showed statistically that legal decisions made by courts have been for decades becoming more and more against the public interest and in favor of multinational corporations. Committed suicide after another attempt to do similarly with what some in The Internet’s Own Boy claim was a second run at that with different, newer data. Note that this is even more obvious when you consider that JSTOR’s pay model prevents Joe Citizen reading about decisions being made that affect every aspect of his life.

Similarly, science and psychology papers aren’t always in public view and they often relate to how humans can be brainhacked. It’s all rather one, isn’t it?

Gary Webb – Showed that CIA was running drugs into the US in order to fund overseas operations. Also important to note that mostly African-American neighborhoods were targeted for sales of same including especially the very, very addictive crack cocaine.

Backing up a little, this helps to try to erase the fact that white veterans were given inexpensive housing after WWII while the VA and HUD denied black vets that same and other services that allowed white vets to send their kids to college and otherwise do things with their money that gave the illusion of having pulled themselves up by their own bootstraps. This was socialism, pure and simple, and also explains where the deception that war does a country good came from. The Deep State no longer requires bribing white Americans in order to operate; now it manipulates, frightens, intimidates, ruins anyone who questions its criminality. Mostly, it pits various groups against each other who would be better served working together for mutual benefits.

Donald Friedman whose FOIA requests lead to the Army giving up that it has interest in these NLWs and their applications.

There’s another whose name I’ve forgotten and for whom I’ve been unable to find a trace of on the Internet anymore. He was a US ambassador to Saudi Arabia. He blew the whistle on the fact that the House of Saud had slaves, most disturbingly child sex slaves, and that the US was well aware of this. He seemed to go quite crazy, IIRC. He had blog posts that started with what he had witnessed and then turned to a lot a religious talk. This reminded me of Stanley Milton Glickman who was dosed with LSD and perhaps something else by CIA officers in Paris.

If someone has a broken leg, do you become afraid of them? Not likely. Then why do we become afraid of people with sprained brains?

More on that in the post on Optimism Bias and the evolutionary human need for religion, if I ever get around to writing it. In the meantime, your moment of the erosion between reality and the coming dystopian nightmare:

The Entrapment of Barrett Brown

There is, however, a growing perception that microwave irradiation and exposure to low frequency fields can be involved in a wide range of biological interactions. Some investigators are even beginning to describe similarities between microwave irradiation and drugs regarding their effects on biological systems. For example, some suggest that power density and specific absorption rate of microwave radiation may be thought of as analogous to the concentration of the injection solution and the dosage of drug administration, respectively. Clearly, the effects of microwaves on brain tissue, chemistry, and functions are complex and selective. Observations of body weight and behavior revealed that rats, exposed under certain conditions to microwaves, eat and drink less, have smaller body weight as a result of nonspecific stress mediated through the central nervous system and have decreased motor activity. It has been found that exposure of the animals to one modality of radiofrequency electromagnetic energy substantially decreases aggressive behavior during exposure. However, the opposite effects of microwaves, in increasing the mobility and aggression of animals, has also been shown for a different exposure modality.

Note this is also very interesting where Ferguson and other similar situations are concerned, but that’s the topic of a separate post.

Let me reiterate: this was done to me. More than once, but one time–October or so in 2011–is informative.

I was shopping at this Lund’s…

lundsmpls

…at 25 University SE, Minneapolis, MN. I was waiting near the door, in fact I’m sure my back would have been visible through the windows to the left in the photo. I was waiting there for my roommate, ex-boyfriend.

While waiting, having already checked out with my stuff, I saw him finishing up with his and looking for me. I waved and said, “Yo!”

The cop stationed at the grocery, whom I had seen about dozen times prior and not noticed anything odd about him, suddenly walked up to me repeating, “What?!? What?!? What?!?” while simultaneously tugging on his sidearm. At that moment, without warning, I suddenly became incredibly angry. For no reason whatsoever. It was mildly annoying, but the kind of thing I could easily have taken care of with a smile and a simple comment, and moved on.

Unable to do that, I simply pointed at my roomie and, as the cop stepped forward to look, rushed out of the grocery. By the time I reached the corner…

lundsmplscorner

…about where the thin orange cone in front of the blue vehicle is, I was cursing aloud, attempting to let the sudden anger burst pass.

Now, I had and have many, many reasons to be angry. But it wasn’t the cop’s doing and there wasn’t any particular reason for that moment to be one for an outburst. One that may well have ended with me bleeding on the ground with several new holes in me, I should add.

That’s option one.

Option 2:

The other resulted from a prescribed med after I voluntarily went to the hospital. The drug given, which I can no longer recall the name of, resulted in me cursing out my then boyfriend. It messed with my sleep, is the best way I can put it. I woke up extremely cranky and stopped taking it immediately. I instead went to see a therapist whom I asked to prove I was delusional. Not only did she not do that, but she didn’t prescribe a damn thing, and she was permitted to.

This second method we get a glimpse of from the CIA Family Jewels:

David Corn, “Where’s the CIA’s Missing Jewel?”, The Nation, 26 June 2007:

thenation.com/blog/156337/wheres-cias-missing-jewel

* One memo notes that CIA had a Project OFTEN that collected “data on dangerous drugs from U.S. firms” until the program was terminated in the fall of 1972. Another memo reports that commercial drug manufacturers “passed on” to the CIA drugs “rejected because of unfavorable side effects” These drugs were then tested using volunteers from the U.S. military.

We can argue, I suppose, over the canned in 1972 part. Rather, like most of the illegal programs the IC and DoD ran, they got moved, quietly shifted to other contractors, other outsourced companies and individuals. The idea that they would drop something that didn’t even involve–so far as we know–human experimentation except as part of normal drug R&D by big pharma is preposterous.

Barrett was reportedly switching between two medications at the time of his arrest.

Conclusions:

Now, I’ve quoted The Nation quoting the CIA’s Family Jewels, I’ve quoted the US Army via FOIA, and personal experience. I totally get that that last part is questionable. Most of you don’t know me. But I haven’t quoted Alex Jones. I haven’t quoted someone claiming knowledge of space aliens among us; haven’t suggested it was black magic. In fact, I haven’t suggested ANYTHING beyond what the facts as we know them from history and FOIA imply.

I think it is clear: We are talking about a government that has repeatedly lied about anything and everything to do with the intelligence community, most especially the use of private contractors for uses other than those advertised/believed to be the case for most Americans AND persona management software AKA online sockpuppetry that allows one operative to pretend to be several in order to make public opinion appear other than it may actually be, ie, online PSYOPs. These two topics were investigated by and reported on by Barrett Brown. Subsequent reporting on MINERVA and the obvious intentions of GCHQ/JTRIG from the Snowden haul…

…make it clear. The point is to trick the American people–and really anyone else–into thinking whatever the heck they want you to think. This doesn’t mean everyone thinks the same thing…this means most everyone thinks one of a few choices given that adhere to your basic psychological profile made all the more apparent via worldwide mass surveillance. Likely, we are grouped by computer into various categories…

…if that’s even necessary given we perhaps voluntarily choose to listen to the news and individuals via email, social networking sites, etc. that we choose.

It’s one thing to take the idiotic but understandable given our horrible mainstream media attitude that whatever happens in secret is done for our benefit. It isn’t, but that kind of stupid is at least excusable if you think the MSM actually reports much in the way of truth.

It is another, however, to think that Obama’s, or Bush’s, or Clinton’s, thugs would not do this. Once you have justified such action in your mind under any circumstances whatsoever, you have justified in any other circumstances. FBI has a technical division as well, and we know they cooperate with each other when they aren’t fighting over turf. This is old hat and FBI knows many of CIA’s tricks in part from having become a counter-intelligence focused agency after 9/11 and left the law enforcement portion, such as it was, in the dirt. They would have hired, borrowed, etc. from CIA just as people like George Hunter White moved back and forth from FBI, CIA and DEA’s predecessor when he was running around dosing people with LSD and other things.

So if you’re telling me that they wouldn’t do it if they could, that’s ridiculous. They can…their own words at the very least imply that they can.

I understand that this may not be helpful or persuasive where Barrett’s attorneys or Judge Lindsey is concerned. But if it’s the truth, and I think it is, what am I supposed to do except spread the word?

That’s All One

A brand new yacht, and a finder’s fee…

There’s a lot I want to say and probably will forget some of it as I write this. Part of the reason for this is my outrage. Last night, after the grand jury decision in the Michael Brown shooting case was read, I was horrified to see the actions and hear the words of a few debased individuals. There seemed to be no low that these reprobates would sink to. I am, of course, speaking about the CNN ground reporting crew in Ferguson, Missouri.

Not really kidding. You can see some of what I live-tweeted last night in this tweet-thread.

Not only did they make the news about themselves getting tear gassed followed by saying how surprised they were, how no one saw that coming, and yet they all had gas masks handy and took to interviewing each other; not only did they make crass statements about marijuana; not only did they at first reveal that witnesses statements indicated that the burning car they focused on for much of the coverage was actually caught on fire by a poorly aimed tear gas cannister and then later fail to mention that, but we also saw one of these “reporters” push a woman. Was CNN trying to create the news by exacerbating tensions?

Well, why not? The first Gulf Was was what saved the first 24-hour news network. Anderson Cooper interned at CIA. That’s something everyone should remember as they elevate him to Bob “Navy Intelligence” Woodward. Think of the MOCKINGBIRDs, won’t you?

Hilariously, they had the camera aimed at an undercover at one point. I assure you he looked very much like one of the crowd…and what was he up to all night? Soon after, they were asked to move away from the police line. That was when they got tear gassed.

I’m not sure who to root for in this case. Nevertheless, much mirth was had at the expense of tear-gassed glory hounds.

This also sparked a few heated discussions around the boob tube. Of course, that is the point. Who do you side with? Blacks, or the Boys in Blue? As if tools of the State operate all on their own and don’t get readily thrown under the bus in order to protect higher-ups.

While it is very likely bad…really, the DA not only failed to make a recommendation to proceed to trial to the jury but also spent a trial’s worth of time convincing them that Wilson acted appropriately…that Wilson and Brown did not get a trial, let’s look at who else hasn’t been indicted and see if we can’t see the bigger picture here.

First, I remind folks of the Gary Webb story. I also discovered recently that the film company has done a really crappy job of promoting Shoot the Messenger. The reasons are obvious. As it is with CNN and its ties to the CIA, so it is with Hollywood. Anything that criticized the War on Terror and the War on Drugs–and really this is both–can be done while breaking one’s arm patting oneself on the back and at the same time hiding it from view with the other appendage. That’s the armchair liberal for you, the neoliberal. Pretend to help but go along to get along with biggest hoax, the biggest PSYOP, the biggest shellgame criminal operation in the history of man. Please the Deep State while pretending to oppose it is the occupation of way too many people these days.

And I note again the increased poppy production in Afghanistan and the drug hub, despite incredible US military presence in Honduras. I note this is especially ironic given the POTUS’ comments in the wake of the decision: there is no excuse for violence. Coming from one of the most violent administrations in history, that was a sure sign of zero credibility.

Also insert Cass Sunstein slur regarding his idea of increasing paranoia among the American people. While there certainly is reason to be concerned, the disinformation campaigns have not been helpful. Indeed, the Ferguson situation itself may be a PSYOP. Stay with me.

What else do I want to say? That I saw this coming. Here’s a short piece, a quick conversation regarding how I see it:

“Wasted”

July of 2013. Not difficult on the one hand since we already know that ALEC, who has operated in shadow since the 1970s and the existence of which was only revealed forty years later, was responsible for a lot of the “stand your ground” type laws. This points us in the direction that our oligarchs, our plutarchs, our puppet government and its private partners want us to be: at each others’ throats. I’ve said it before, but that addage about the rich one day only leaving the poor the rich to eat forgets that the poor will eat the poor first and once the numbers are more amenable, well, the Emperors of the world can give us a thumb’s up, throw us some scraps, and suddenly it’ll all be forgotten all those dead people of color, those foreigners, those intellectuals, those dissidents, those gays and queers, those atheists, the homeless and the destitute, and whomever else they can rile our rage up against.

On the other hand, this actually happens a lot to me. Think about that and try to come up with a logical explanation that doesn’t involve ESP or the existence of the supernatural. Unlike Jules Verne and Peter Watts, I don’t go interview professors and read long technical papers about where it’s all going. How then? Hm.

Though you aren’t likely to take it seriously, I must bring up that intelligence and defense contractor/investment firm Carlyle Group–once having been held by the likes of the Bush and Bin Laden families, run by the likes of Jim Woolsey, now partially invested in by the UAE–was also investing in earbuds intended to be marketed to African Americans. I repeat: while the earbuds themselves would merely be the conveyance, the possibility that involvement in the engineering phase could easily mean making certain that they can carry subliminal sound. The jury is out on that tech–really it is, see again the 1984 Congressional report and the between-the-lines/as yet unexposed DoD research portion between that and hypnosis–but the possibility of just causing rage is high. Furter, Carlyle is getting involved with fast food. Perhaps a combination of subliminals and some by-product known to increase irritability?

If you reject that out of a lack of evidence, fine. If you reject that out of a “they wouldn’t do that” despite having been lied to consistently on things like surveillance, almost fine. Can’t expect everyone to grep the depths of corruption and depravity.

But if you reject that out of a “not possible” notion, that is not fine. You are woefully ignorant and behind the times. Project MKOFTEN, for example, involved CIA compiling all the side-effects of pharmaceuticals. There are a few drugs, such as Chantix, that can cause suicidal ideation. Let me restate that: a drug that can make you think about suicide, like right out of The Happening. Not depression; thoughts.

Sounds like science fiction, doesn’t it? Tell me, do you behave precisely the same when drunk or high? Does being tired affect your behavior and abilities? Why wouldn’t a drug, then? Why not even–according to the US Army–microwaves that have been found to cause pharmacological effects in humans when used a certain way?

However, the opposite effecrts of microwaves, in increasing the mobility and aggression of animals, has also been shown for a different exposure modality.

US Army, “Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons” {PDF}, 17 February 1998.

Imagine where they’ve gotten to in 16 years.

There are so many ways to increase aggession and some just involve “emotional contagion,” that is controlling the narrative so as to cause emotional reactions in groups through psychology and sociology. This is very much what JTRIG/GCHQ talked about when discussing leveraging online activities to have effects in the real world; cyberspace energy converted to meatspace. That nexus is a portion of what I refer to as spookspace.

As I’ve noted before, there was some decent evidence that I had been slipped testosterone or something that increases levels of that or similar hormones when I experienced rapid hair growth while living in Minneapolis. This coincided with some strange werewolf PSYOPs, one of which occured previously in Toronto. This implied the involvement of something with international reach, which would preclude, for example, NYPD. Clearly it was more likely FBI, CIA, maybe even DIA, and/or private contractors. As you can see, the operation{s} also contained an element of emulating insanity, which is part of the point: to make the witness, in this case me, less credible. In the case of Donald Friedman, he became obsessed over his shoes becoming dilapidated. Not at all unusual for someone who is a federal target.

If you haven’t already done so, read the previous post. It isn’t just Aaron Alexis and Myron May {both African American, by the way, as was Miriam Carey, though she makes a less dramatic example due to having struggled with severe mental illness for such a long period of time prior to her death; Alexis and May did not} making these claims; there was deposed Honduran President Manuel Zelaya talking about being targeted with them while inside an embassy; there was Donald Friedman whose FOIA lawsuits got the Army document I quoted above; and there was GITMO detainee Shaker Aamer. Where Aamer is concerned, I am amazed after what has been done to him that he was even able to describe the experience as he did, stating that it might just be a trick, a PSYOP, and is being done some other way than from the closet he kept seeing some worker enter near his cell.

Then there’s Matt DeHart, Barrett Brown’s increased agitation that resulted in his being held for two years {sentencing postponed yet again until December}, Ibrahim Todashaev, Rush Limbaugh’s lady friend punching a police officer, that time that not-yet-a-Senator Al Franken was so enraged he was unable to speak coherently on CNN’s Crossfire, and others.

Any of this getting through?

“…incite hatred and nationalism…”

{Source}.

It is not just that this is being done to a few people. As we move forward, it seems clear that there are going to be more and more people these kinds of things happen to and that there are going to be more and more casualties as a result. It is also used as justification for things like surveillance which, conversely, is used to pick the targets and to determine the best methods to turn them violent, as well as to direct their ire in the general location and/or time desired. This is, again, COINTELPRO and MKULTRA in a blender. There are many, many more programs and operations that we still don’t even know the names of, but those are the two most infamous and must serve as our handle to that which we cannot know as of yet.

This is a very, very bleak situation. It is also becoming increasingly dire. It is for those reasons as well as it being so key to the successful fascist conversion sought by the Deep State, that I am calling for more attention to this and similar issues on the parts of journalists. I know how it sounds.

But if I’m right–and I am–there cannot be any kind of win, any kind of change, any kind of real responsibility and oversight, without this being exposed. There just can’t. No matter what wins and/or advances are made by court and legislative action on things like mass surveillance, all it takes is one more terror attack to swing the politicians and judges back to being fearful and erase it all.

You see? It’s the key to success.

Friedman of Information

Players only love you when they’re playing

Before I get started, let me assure you that all parties involved know this stuff exists, know it works, and some of them even know who’s doing it to US citizens on US soil. About the kindest thing you can say about Secret Service in this context is, they probably aren’t the ones attempting to drive people crazy enough to, for example, shoot at the White House. But then more perverse things have happened and government rarely seems to act in what Joe Citizen thinks an intuitive manner.

Let’s also recall that DIA has been the subject of several news reports regarding targeting activist groups. We also know that various private NATSEC companies who work for the government also engage in that practice for other clients and, due to privilege not only go uninvestigated but those who come close to discovering the truth of that wind up in prison at the government’s behest. The Deep State truly is a melding of the two entity types. And of course the CIA and FBI do it. Goes without saying, needs no explanation. And as you’ll see, INSCOM, that’s Army intelligence, former employer of Chelsea Manning–who had her own issues before Cablegate–supplied the 1998 document that Friedman FOIA’d for. I’ll throw in NSA just for being so damn nosy and supplying their contractors with cash and everyone with data. Also-too, the two major political parties. Can’t leave those f—ers out, can we?

In essence, because it cannot be said often enough, these people are more about the fun cruelty provides for their multiple mental disorders and the financial benefits of screwing the 99%.

Additionally, you may want to review the Navy’s old round up of microwave bioeffects. The one Friedman obtained via FOIA is more specific but also limited to intended applications. For example, hair loss/brittleness and sparking fillings are not mentioned. Neither is the paranoia it can induce by disrupting brain functions. However, the disruption of bodily functions is, and how that leads to various health problems, which does essentially make it “murder lite” in that it doesn’t kill immediately, merely shortens your life. And how can you sue, even if you could still afford to after being so f—ed by these craven cowards that you can no longer work? This is the center, the crux of why the United States of America is a sham. This is how it treats it’s “dissidents,” people it just as soon weren’t around any longer.

Well, how it treats the ones it doesn’t obliterate.

Donald Friedman walked into a federal offices angry and likely a bit deranged. He was armed…with a letter. It was somewhat threatening, so, of course this offense wound him up at the mercy of the Attorney General. And woe unto him for that because his last name isn’t Corp or Inc.

On January 30, 2003, Donald Friedman walked into an FBI field office with a two-page letter signed by him and addressed to Special Agent Jack Murmylo of the United States Secret Service. Friedman’s letter states, in part:

“Agents of the U.S. Secret Service, as you already know, have been committing very serious crimes against me and other members of my family for a very long time, and I’m taking more direct action to prevent it from continuing.”

“I am going to get an admissible confession from at least one of your agents one way or the other, and if I don’t get what I am demanding from you today, I will use the method of torture described in the attached pages to obtain that confession and to punish the agent for his or her involvement in the illegal acts that your agents have perpetrated against me and my family.”

He claimed, as thousands of Americans do, and by the way people all over the planet, that he and his family were under attack via some kind of electronic weapons. For some reason, he decided it was a Secret Service agent or agents responsible.

The district court then held a competency hearing at which Friedman testified, inter alia, that the back of a pair of his shoes were vaporized by an electromagnetic weapon fired at his feet in 2001. Friedman presented the shoes in question to the district court, but it appeared to the court that the heel of the shoe had simply worn out due to ordinary use.

Precisely what happens to your judgment when you’ve been zapped or drugged by the intelligence community. The whole point is to render the target incapable of being taken seriously so that the torture can continue while everyone around the target behaves as though it is all in their head. Essentially, the Martha Mitchell effect.

Or even possible that they actually did use something akin to the research covered in MKULTRA subproject #143, which included various studies on sabotaging oil and petroleum products.

A portion of the harassment involves “magic tricks” that the target spends a lot of time–using an already severely disrupted brain–trying to figure out. As I noted, one day I received a perfect oval blister on one leg and was unsure if a laser or chemical spray had been used.

Convincing a judge that anyone would even bother to destroy shoes or similar, especially when you’ve been put through the grinder and become so confused that even you may not know why you were targeted any more, assuming you ever did, is the hard part. Secrecy begets corruption, corruption destroys the judicial system. As to why Friedman, I don’t know. Haven’t spoken to him or read his personal account.

Is this morally superior to shooting them in the back of the head and leaving them in a ditch? That at least has the virtue of not being cruel and unusual and being relatively merciful. But it’s not about mercy when it comes to the military-congressional-industrial-spook-retirement-fund complex. We only pretend we’re better than totalitarians. When this power is abused, it is not to protect anything but high crimes.

The case against Friedman:

FindLaw, “United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit: UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Donald FRIEDMAN, Defendant-Appellant, No. 03-10422,” 6 May 2004:

caselaw.findlaw.com/us-9th-circuit/1122537.html

He didn’t give up, however, and managed to get a FOIA response from the Army two and a half years later:

INSCOM, “Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons, declassified 6 December 2006,” cover letter: Susan J. Butterfield, 13 December 2006/attached document: various sources, 17 February 1998:

This in turn lead to some articles on the subject and gaining confirmation that, yes the INSCOM document was genuine. Sierra Nevada Corp.’s/WaveBand’s MEDUSA gets a mention as well:

The New Scientist, “US Army toyed with telepathic ray gun,” David Hambling, 21 March 2008:

newscientist.com/article/dn13513-us-army-toyed-with-telepathic-ray-gun.html

Steve Wright, a security expert at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK, warns that the technologies described could be used for torture. In 1998 the European Parliament passed a motion banning potentially dangerous incapacitating technologies that interfere with the human brain.

WIRED, “Secret Directed-Energy Tech Protecting the President? (Updated),” David Hambling, 14 November 2008:

The story even made an appearance on eHow:

eHow, “Firearms Used by Presidential Bodyguards, p.4: High Tech Weapons of the Secret Service,” Ocean Malandra:

But Friedman is still in pursuit of what Secret Service was asked to provide. What’s interesting is whether or not the FOIA changes today * could have any impact on his case. The Secret Service delayed in part because it had to check with other government entities due to the sensitivity of energy weapons:

Plaintiff’s FOIA request is for document [sic] concerning directed energy technology that is very sensitive. Some of this documents [sic] pertain to research conducted by divisions within defendant agency that is used to carry out its mandate to protect very high government officials. In fact, in one case, the documents… could not be mailed but had to be hand carried interstate.

I leave you with a quote from one of the WIRED articles…:

It’s very easy to poke fun at people like Friedman. On the other hand, it does show that if a nonlethal device ever was developed which could cause symptoms associated with madness, it would be completely deniable. The device would completely destroy the target’s credibility, neatly ensuring it remained covert. The military utility would be low, but it might be very hand for some three-letter agencies.

…and that pesky draft MKULTRA memo:

5 May 1955

A portion of the Research and Development Program of TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:

1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.

5. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.

9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.

The Underdog

Or, “Proud to Be a Failure…as a Manchurian Candidate”

What are you supposed to do in this situation? You have only circumstantial evidence and, as I’ve seen with people like former NSA contractor Technodyne employee as well as a story heard today about a woman almost certainly exposed to radiation of some kind from energy weapon R&D in an area of California where you can’t throw a colita without hitting an aerospace or related company, employee, etc., evidence only helps if there’s someone brave enough to go to bat for you, whether that be a politician, a journalist, or an attorney.

Second CIA Brainwashing Doc: Shaker Aamer {Updated}

This document, though far more recent than the one below, explains the various symptoms displayed by a detainee at Guantanamo Bay. This is a follow-up designed in part to show why the 1956 document mentioned in the post below is still relevant.

“Exhibit B – Dr. Emily A. Keram Report,” 2 February 2014:

documentcloud.org/documents/1104738-aamer-medical-report.html

As you’ll note, especially on page 12 and later, the treatment he received is simultaneously beneath what one should expect from the United States of America and that which rendered the man entirely useless for intelligence gathering purposes. He is, microwave weapon next door or no *, driven out of his mind. If he wasn’t a terrorist, he can easily be convinced now that he is and always was. He cannot, as detailed in the ’56 document, tell the difference between fantasy and reality.

That’s what we do: grab people at random and use them.

More disturbingly, these same symptoms are those displayed by many victims of Organized Stalking. One major difference is, as I stated in the previous post, the “cell” isn’t as physical as it it psychological. But if you can be convinced that you are trapped, you may as well be for all intents and purposes.

That’s what we do: grab people at random and use them.

We have fallen so incredibly, unthinkably low. It’s nearly impossible to comprehend the wanton cruelty displayed by the United States of America not only against those it claims {and any such claims are subject to being questioned due to the frequency with which it gets caught lying to its own people and the power and financial gain motives behind these deceptions} are guilty or suspected of terrorism but again–as it has done since WWII when it brought in Nazi scientists and spies under PAPERCLIP and BLOODSTONE–against its own citizens. In many cases, this does not even seem to be for purposes of scientific discovery. They are already aware of the effects of, for example, microwaves on human beings. Rather, this is to:

· first train those who carry out these kinds of covert operations;
· second to make certain that these people do not grow a conscience which could jeopardize the operation{s};
· third, to spread disinformation because like Shaker Aamer, the victims of OS, many of them, cannot tell what’s real, can merely guess from the altered and debilitated state that their government has put them in;
· fourth, to further undermine the trust between the government, law enforcement, etc. and the people so as to further transition the country towards complete corporate control. **

The irony of this last part and what I am doing is not lost on me. They limit your options, if only in your head. Decades of roleplaying out how to handle most any situation and having worked along side Nazis for so long has brought us to this point. There’s an army of spooks armed with methods and means that most of us haven’t even dreamed of utilizing mass “collect it all” surveillance ready to pounce on anything that even remotely looks like opposition, especially if allowed for in the Constitution.

Much like Wall Street, Washington has come to understand that it isn’t important what you actually produce. It’s only important what people think you are producing. And while the American people do smell a rat, know very well that something is wrong, they don’t realize how bad it is and that screwing them into the ground is a more likely scenario as any other. They believe another election will somehow solve these issues that have actually only worsened since 9/11, not abated.

And, diabolically, the Deep State, spearheaded by the CIA, NSA, DHS,  and FBI, eventually wants you to know so you’ll struggle like the guy who won’t follow police instructions to lie still because he’s getting the s— beat out of him with billy clubs, getting zapped with tasers, shot in the eyes with pepperspray or the torso with rubber bullets, getting chewed up by K9 officers, or having a heart attack, suffering from mental illness, or “guilty” of being mentally challenged.

There is no mercy, no compassion, no decency to be found in our government at all in effect, nor the rest of the Deep State whom it serves.

Those days are over. It’s back to the Dark Ages because, you know, we never really learn.

ANJALI KAMAT:

Can you describe what it’s been like inside the embassy? Can you describe the scene?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:

[translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.

We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.

AMY GOODMAN:

What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:

[translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.

AMY GOODMAN:

As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:

[translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.

AMY GOODMAN:

And who is using this outside — the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:

[translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.

Citizens United.
Top Secret America.
ALEC.

Domestic drone rollout.
Torture.
Solitary confinement.
Mass surveillance.
Spying on everyone, running ops on everyone.

Congress ignoring the will of the people in favor of lobbyists time and again. See post below about Princeton study and oligarchy having replaced democracy.
False-flag terror attacks and puppet groups both domestically and overseas {Syria, Ukraine}.

Name one thing that opposes. I’m told that the 2nd Circuit Court has denied that the provisions in the NDAA for indefinite detainment of American civilians is in any way legal, that the powers it lays claim to do not exist. Guess that’s something for as long as it lasts.
