“There’s always been a CIA and there always will be a CIA.” –A complete ignoramus. CIA was formed in 1947. Many agencies have come and gone and been reformed since.

John Wilkes Booth was a favorite subject of Paul Barry, the founder and director of the Dodge Foundation-backed New Jersey Shakespeare Festival. As I’ve noted before, the NJSF was where CIA ran some field training using the staff at the Festival as love training dummies as well as recruiting some of us as “mind control” puppets. It doesn’t and didn’t work like it does in the movies. It’s more like you think you’re doing what you want to do but you have someone else’s heavy influence “helping” you to decide. It wasn’t about the heavy lifting of infiltrating some Russian company’s military factory or assassinating some head of state. It was more about controlling Hollywood, Wall Street, and spying on them, occasionally harassing them, using us as distractions and scapegoats for their attempts to control it all.

As a side note, I’m confident that there’s some odd way of documenting things that defies FOIA. There’s been talk that assassination operations have always been somewhat paperless to begin with. I believe there’s some kind of tech that allows electronic data to be held but is somehow impossible to duplicate and is not attached the regular networks. This is how the really nasty stuff gets planned and executed. Classified technology itself is a FOIA exception, so imagine actually keeping non-technology related information in that format in order to hide it. That’s how they think. They learn from the past problems like Marks success in court that lead to his book The Manchurian Candidate.

But back to the point about Booth. Booth, an actor, thought that his act against Lincoln would re-start the war, reverse emancipation, and he would be welcomed as a hero in the South. While of course some were more concerned that their free labor days were over and applauded his act, take a look at what some others had to say. From Wikipedia, taken just now, before it gets edited by some anonymous IP, mostly from Kunhardt’s book:

We can set aside the debate regarding the general act of forcibly removing heads of state for a moment. The point here is, Booth’s radicalism prevented him from seeing two things clearly: First, people were sick of war. Second, it was actually Lincoln who wanted to take it easy on the South, and was holding back his cabinet who wanted to smother it in some self-righteous indignation that was more likely about their own business interests in the North which would enjoy a more even playing field since the South would now have to pay its laborers.

In other words, it backfired horribly.

Now, you might be thinking, “Well, Chris is an actor. ‘Assassinating’ a government agency {which is not really what I’m doing; I’m just grabbing some catharsis due to what they did to me while someone else does that} could easily backfire. The premiere HUMINT agency might be needed in the near future. We might have another major terror attack without them.”

Nonsense. Their name isn’t Mudd, it’s shit. They thought that everyone would be happy after they facilitated 9/11. They thought that the resulting cash cow would be more than enough to quiet anyone who wondered about an agency willing to murder so many of the citizens of the country it is supposed to be protecting would let it be. Wars must be fought. Prisoners must be tortured.

And so-called mind control must be perfected in order to reduce labor to a zero-dollar game once again. Who would complain? The elites stand to gain everything. Why worry about it? This is what is at stake.

Because, like Booth, the Central Intelligence Agency assumes everyone else is like them. To a small extent, we are; we are all pirates of some kind. We are all imperfect.

But we don’t all drown our conscience in the bathtub. We don’t all think honor is something quaint. We don’t all think an oath is something to be broken along with not only all the laws of foreign countries but our own as well. And we don’t all completely lack empathy and think slavery coming back is a good idea.

And now FBI has been drawn in. Again. As COINTELPRO really stemmed from CIA’s MHCHAOS, FBI’s got Hollywood stars in its eyes and thinks sister CIA is once again the greatest thing since sliced apple pie. It probably still isn’t getting what’s happening. Which doesn’t really bother me that much. As I noted once on Twitter, aeration is what can cause a second ship too close to one that sinks to sink as well. In many ways, it has some serious systemic institutional problems and a problematic, racist history that may be best served at least symbolically by shutting it down as well and making something else from the ground up.

The irony that CIA didn’t really understand the rest of us is, well, ironic. It is changes and challenges, such as paid labor presented to the South, that stirs up competition, and competition is what makes the economy move. Right now, still, after 17 years, fear is running the economy. Companies and investors are afraid to invest heavily because of the atmosphere CIA {and Micheal Ledeen and Saudi Intelligence} created when they made 9/11 happen. It’s stagnating the West. They are pretending that this would have happened anyway. No. It is their doing.

And I’m confident that history is going to show that getting rid of it was not only a good thing to do, but necessary. It’s in the way of every kind of progress imaginable and at the same time destroying things that ought to be preserved.

What good it is? Flush it. Flush the ChIt drAgon before it has a chance to strike again.

It probably does have contingencies planned for having its plug pulled. And we may not find them all and stop them all. But if that mentality isn’t eerily akin to “Is Paris burning?,” what is?

The Nut-Shell: What ‘Mind Control’ Means, It’s Implications

Copying and pasting from Twitter with probably some edits. Don’t know. Haven’t done it yet. Or have I? Difficult to remember. ;D

There’s the word problem. Is [behavioral modification] exactly slavery? If someone is hypnotized into doing something, is it? Probably not. But when you also PSYOP and [exploit] things like Ryan’s familial loss[, the death of his wife and daughter by a drunk driver]…well, did he really have a choice? [And there’s the standing question of what free will means anyway. Neuroscience tends to doubt its existence.]

[This is one of the many] hurdles when discussing something that most people either don’t believe exists, or, if they do, misunderstand. [It’s not necessarily torture and forgetting. Sometimes it’s as simple as knowing a person better than they know themselves and exploiting that. A little push. A little hurdle to make sure they turn the direction you want, or don’t turn, continue forward. And since it can work on the majority of people, the idea that a confirmed target is more dangerous than most anyone else is just fear talking. Though I wouldn’t always say “We have nothing to fear but fear itself,” it’s true much of the time.]

We can’t get regulation of things decades old now. Imagine how long we’re talking about, how many years [before people even understand the methods and means available, much less the implications. It’s a fools errand to attempt to be a regulation activist unless you’re immortal.]

And oversight. Are you kidding me? We vote. We don’t elect. Elect requires [or at least implies] a choice. [Generally speaking, candidates] are decided by moneyed interests, [and those interests] would clearly love to bring back slavery [because only the bottom line matters to them, not how they got there.]

So what, precisely, this side of mass suicidal civil war, rebellion, revolution, horrors repeated from history’s past, can possibly rectify the situation? What is supposed to be the mitigating factor? Who is supposed to utilize it? [Because, apart from a broken ‘Manchurian candidate’ mercy-killing a sick sea lion in fiction, I can think of nothing that would work. Nothing meaning that which cannot be seen, technically doesn’t exist except as some neuochemical cocktail in our brains. Yes, despite scholars stating Shakespeare referred to female anatomy as ‘nothing’ in his title including that word, I rather also think he meant love. Benedick and Beatrice clearly thought so. They’re not in love, you know.]

We’re in new territory [because it isn’t precisely slavery, just something akin to it.] Except of course science fiction [and even the Bible and other religious texts, somehow I should think, have] for decades and decades [centuries and millennia] predicted it, virtualized it [and illustrated it]. Now it’s here. What do we do?

Does it have to get unbearably bad for a majority before things get better? That’s not a very effective way to run [an elected representative] society, IMO. Dictatorships aren’t either. Neither is any flavor of what they have in Saudi Arabia. [No system is perfect. Who expects perfection? Not me. But this means totalitarianism no matter which system it operates under, Capitalism or Communism…same result: Quasi-Slavery.]

The correct solution is clearly openness. But it ceases to be as effective when it’s exposed. At least the puppet masters think so.

Truth is Russia and China probably know a whole lot more about the US version than the American public.

Which means what? It is the American [and allied] public that [the US and ‘Five Eyes’] want to hide it from.

Which in turn means what? They know [that the public] wouldn’t approve. Though the viciousness is getting so [prevalent through demonization of ones political opponents] there’s [going to] undoubtedly be a small minority saying, “So what? You served your country,” [But that] really means some rich asshole’s interests[, not the public as a whole. While it might sometimes be true that helping the rich helps the economy and all of us–eg, trickle down theory, it is clearly not working right now.]

They say things to themselves like, “It’s necessary,” as if democracy would go ‘poof’ if they didn’t.

See the joke there? Democracy has gone up in smoke because they did it. Like a wisp of smoke.

Which was an additional reason I titled that unfinished story The Wisp, beyond the trickster legend. [Refers to eternal vigilance, and what happens when you forget what that means, if you like.]

BBD – Free At Last

That’s slightly bad humor. In reality, he’s not as bad as, for example, I suggested when I dumped him a few minutes ago.

However, the goal was mostly achieved. I’ve been saving a little bit over the past two years at my minimum wage, then a bit more job. The purpose was to be able to afford a used car after DeepState destroys the one I currently have.

I had been wondering since the real purpose of my Toronto trip was to get me to spend all my retirement money for naught, since I was unable to get asylum there, despite the partial knowledge about CIA’s torture program. The US hadn’t been downgraded enough despite that and the jailing of Barrett Brown due to his reaction to having been harassed, nor Aaron Swartz’s suicide.

In any case, Mission Partially Accomplished. I tried to help him despite the obvious dark humor as you can read in the original post below.

This is the real dark humor that Sibel recently mentioned. What she and others don’t seem to get is, for example, Reality Winner wouldn’t have to be in on any nefarious plot in which she was used. That’s where we are. I’ve pointed it out time and time again. Of course, neither does it mean Ms. Winner is insincere. Mass surveillance means you can find funny and effective at the same time, given so many to choose from.

Trying to explain to people you care about that they might be being manipulated typically doesn’t work. And so you have to argue on the more mundane level. He used me, whether he intended to or not. I don’t blame him for wanting a better life. I just wish he’d realize he needs to start helping to build that for himself, that I don’t have unlimited resources.

That, and I have a higher calling: Smashing Deep State into little bitty bits.

BBD – What Rape Accusations Are {Sometimes} Made Of

Not all my axes live in Taxes.

I’m quickly rewriting this even though it occurred eight years ago and I’ve forgotten many of the details. I have been unable to find where I wrote it after occurred, but that’s ok since I was still being surreptitiously drugged back then.

2010. Minneapolis. Went on a date with a friend of an ex. We were both to some extent seeking revenge plus trying to answer the question, “What if I’d been with him instead of the ex?”

To the point, we ended with him extremely intoxicated at my place.

He kicked me out of bed–literally, or perhaps more precisely, leg-lifted me–for trying to kiss him. It was so over-the-top, I just laid on the floor laughing for several minutes.

He got on the phone and called someone. It went kind of like this:

Normal, drunken voice: “Hey. Hey. Hey, Matt.”

Now whispering: “He…help me.”

This repeated a few times before Matt or whatever his name was hung up and refused further calls.

I knew something was up at this point and stayed away. In the morning, he approached me, we had sex.

He then tried to steal the condom, but dropped it in the hallway on the way out.

This occurred shortly, can’t recall but less than two weeks, before the news of Assange’s Sweden charges hit the news.

Unabomber Denial

Ran across this by a former FBI agent a few days ago. Involved a letter from Ted Kaczynski to a woman inquiring about Ted’s involvement with Dr. Henry Murray, who worked for the Office of Strategic Services, OSS, the precursor to CIA, before deciding to drug people and have them do personality tests at university in California.

While it is of course impossible to know for certain, there are some problems with Ted’s analysis. Overall, I think it clear that Murray had a formal or informal relationship with CIA during the period in question.

First, the entire point of a potential mind control/lone wolf covert ops program would be to make certain that the lone wolf has no idea that he is being influenced and/or controlled. This is, in general, so that CIA can deny involvement and so if a puppet, “zombie,” etc. were to fall into enemy hands no secrets could be divulged because the “human drone” doesn’t actually know any. {Yes, there’s probably some legalese overlap with the drone program over there.}

Ted stated that CIA was not involved in Murray’s research. He had and still has absolutely no way of knowing that for certain. Sometimes, as noted in the 1977 Senate report on MKULTRA, the researchers themselves and the institutions who received money from the CIA did not know that CIA was involved. On this, we can safely assume he doesn’t really know that answer.

Second he states that there was only one bad session with Murray and that he was not tortured into becoming the Unabomber. This I am inclined to believe. It really isn’t necessary to have someone in custody in order to alter their behavior. This was no doubt a big hurdle for CIA to be able to make events occur and maximize deniability.

They solved it. It is possible to cause sleep deprivation, for example, while the subject is in his own home. {Or, as US and Canadian diplomats noted in Havana last year, while in a hotel. Kind of makes it difficult to deny that possibility when it made international news. Though they eventually tried to call it mass hysteria/delusion even though at least one FBI agent reported similar symptoms}.

It is also possible, given Kaczynski started his spree in 1978, that the Frey effect, also known as the radio wave or microwave hearing or auditory effect, also known as voice-to-skull or V2S or V2K, had become operational by then. It was demonstrated publicly using a computer voice in 1973 and 1974 at a US university and would have been something CIA would have been very, very interested in.

Now, thanks to the Federation of American Scientists keeping a mirror copy of the one that the US Army deleted {and then issued two memos on the same day regarding the OIG having to report in the chain of command rather than be independent with regards to investigating civil rights abuses and to define “damage” from non-lethal weapons as having to be permanent}, we also know that voice-to-skull can be used subliminally. Whether or not that was so in 1978 is not known to me.

But then the point of also, and this is what CIA really learned from MKULTRA, drugging the subject makes them both appear–if not actually fit the definition–mentally ill and more likely to accept that whatever the voices in their head say are true and coming from some part of their own subconscious {or “God,” the devil, space aliens, whatever in your more extreme mentally disturbed subjects}.

So it is possible that Kaczynski was prompted to do what he did and had help writing his manifesto. You’ll note if that were true that the helpers were paid by CIA to help write it while Kaczynski was not. This is one of a half dozen things I mean when I say that ultimately mind control is about slavery. I hope that most of us, despite these trying highly politicized times, can agree that slavery is unacceptable, fascists/multinational corporate “Nazis” be damned.

At least the rewrite involving the documentary is now explained.

But what I’m seeing here, and let’s note that Kaczynski is and has been in custody for years now and who knows what else they’ve been slopping into his head since then, is the old bait and switcheroo. Make the argument about physical torture, prove that that probably didn’t happen, and then pretend that that therefore means there was no CIA control or influence where the Unabomber’s actions are concerned. This is an all-too-common thing we see pop up {like demolition of the buildings being the the touchstone of a 9/11 conspiracy when there are already clear connections between CIA and Al Qaeda / Afghanistan} when there’s likely to be something nefarious behind the scenes.

Finally, a quick change of subjects again, but I have to repeat it occasionally. The sort of diabolical nature of the big picture is CIA is beyond repair. It must be shut down and replaced and have some of its responsibilities moved elsewhere. At the same time, our corrupt government will simply use the occasion to further privatize it. In a lot of ways it already is with subcontractors and In-Q-Tel.

And that is where it is all going: Multinational corporate control with most of humanity in some form of slavery service to it. It might not look like ancient Egypt, but it will sure feel like it when they aren’t drugging us.

Wash, Repeat

Jay Weaver, “Airport shooter: I was under mind control and chatted with jihadi. Feds: No evidence,” Miami Herald, 17 January 2017:

The gunman who opened fire on Fort Lauderdale airport travelers, leaving a trail of questions about his motive for killing five people and injuring six others, told FBI agents after the violent rampage that he had been under “government mind control” and “hearing voices,” authorities said Tuesday at a federal court hearing.

FBI special agent Michael Ferlazzo, who interviewed Santiago, testified that the accused shooter said he had been “in contact with like-minded individuals on the Dark Web … planning attacks.”

But according to federal sources, investigators have found no evidence so far on Santiago’s computer, smart phone or elsewhere to support his confession-like statements to FBI agents and Broward sheriff’s deputies in the immediate aftermath of the mass shooting. Nor have they found any terror-related explanation for the attack from interviewing relatives and other witnesses, sources told the Miami Herald.

See voice-to-skull, two acoustic psycho-correction tabs, and items #1, #5, and #6–understanding that the previous can be used for subliminal suggestion, just this side of hypnosis–to see how it could A} be true and B} leave no physical evidence–of the MKULTRA draft memo from 1955 describing the program’s goals.

New to me CIA chemical program called MK-BURN via investigative journalist Jack Anderson in 1982.

Also note the following quote from the MK-ULTRA prison drug experiment lawsuit:

MK-ULTRA’s purpose was “research and development of chemical, biological and radiological materials [for use] in clandestine operations to control human behavior.” The CIA hoped the “psychoactive chemicals” would work on the victim’s mind and emotions to “release him from the restraint of self-control.”

… There’s even information on alleged UFO sightings and psychic research conducted under the organization’s “Star Gate” program.

For security purposes, many of the documents contain redactions, but aside from that, “none of this is cherry-picked,” CIA spokeswoman Heather Fritz Horniak told CNN.
