Donald: Right for the Wrong Reasons

Like a broken clock twice a day…

Because somebody needs to sort this shit out. Also, I feel the need to clarify my reasons and separate them from Donald for disliking the US intelligence community.

First, Trump’s bashing of the CIA is disingenuous. One of his supporters is Peter Thiel, founder of Palantir, a private intelligence contractor, who wants to privatize the intelligence community. Second, of course, is Trump’s ties to Putin and Russia.

But this is in a very real sense a sad joke. The United States of America is nothing of the sort. It is a boundary inside which public-funded mercenaries with labels like the Department of Defense and Triple Canopy go about doing the dirty work for multinational corporations. That is all that it is. Notions of patriotism only appeal to a criminally ignorant public and brainwashed jarheads who think they serve a country instead of the corporate interests that they actually serve. This includes running and coordinating the world’s drug trade for foreign investors, such as can be seen in Honduras where Chinese, Japanese, EU and UK investors watch as US military bases support drug trafficking and surrogates {when it’s not direct military strikes and CIA doing it} murder the indigenous population who has been given the bad choices of becoming drug mule slaves or dying as frequent delivery planes take off from the property of a Honduran millionaire.

To say nothing of Afghanistan, where 2014 was the biggest poppy year in the history of the country and the trend continues. Off-the-books black bag ops have no shortage of funding sources today for CIA. Just imagine every intelligence community scandal in the past fifty years on steroids, and you’ll get the idea about what is happening behind the scenes.

Of recent note, Muckrock’s efforts have resulted in many new releases from CIA under FOIA. Of interest, COINTELPRO is now {more officially} known to have been a joint operation between CIA and FBI. This is important so that one can understand that while both agencies supported millionaires and then later billionaires in the past, they are now fully in the multinational corporation camp and consider the American people–and really people in general–to be the enemy.

A quick reference here again to a handful of people who, like myself, claim that behavioral modification means and methods were responsible for their “radicalization.” Of course, the only ones whose names get thrown about in the news are those who shoot people or blow something up. Not only as per the previous post’s Ft. Lauderdale shooter Esteban Santiago but there was both Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis and lesser known Myron May {both African-American} who made similar claims. Here’s a reminder what MKULTRA’s true purpose was according to the CIA itself:

MK-ULTRA’s purpose was “research and development of chemical, biological and radiological materials [for use] in clandestine operations to control human behavior.” The CIA hoped the “psychoactive chemicals” would work on the victim’s mind and emotions to “release him from the restraint of self-control.”

That was the 1950’s.

Our current dilemma’s stem from the 2001 National Intelligence Estimate. In it, the intelligence community cited the growing gap between the rich and poor as the US’ biggest 21st Century security threat. Naturally, this meant CIA and FBI would get to take the gloves off and enjoy near complete freedom via twisted legal memos allowing practically anything to be done as long as they follow spirit-of-the-law-illegal-but-letter-of-the-slimy-lawyer-memo-legal protocols. {See The Intercept‘s recent work on FBI’s loosening rules.}

9/11, which was almost certainly engineered the same or similar way as the Santiago, Alexis and May shootings, opened the door for this and the mass privatization which Trump is attempting to increase by destroying public education and privatizing national parks. Both things CIA in its heart of hearts would love to help accomplish. Whether or not there are individuals within any agency that oppose is irrelevant. They follow orders or simply choose to work on a different assignment. It still gets done, just by someone else.

Anyway, this nonsense about the intelligence community going after Trump is about getting the GOP party elites back in charge. It will make nearly no difference to anyone at all except for GOP party elites. They will still continue to use covert operations to attempt to turn public opinion against minorities, as they did with 9/11, the Gary Webb crack cocaine epidemic resulting in the creation of the term “Superpredator,” etc.

All of this underlines another point: Doesn’t seem to matter where you turn. There isn’t anyone in your corner when you’re the little guy. This is bad guys against bad guys. They will resolve it soon and be one big happy evil family.

Note also that CIA was silent when Nixon conspired to wreck US peace talks for election purposes and Americans actually died as a result–not one of those silly Internet scare-tactics, actually happened–so that Humphrey {backed by LBJ} wouldn’t be able to claim peace as a reason to vote for him and the Democrats.

Nor did CIA speak up when Reagan’s people cut a deal with the Iranians to hold American hostages longer for similar reasons against Carter. Another indicator that CIA is as full of shit as it always is and doesn’t care about the average American at all, even when they are in the military or foreign service in embassies. They just have a good narrative this time with the Russians cuz Cold War.

and Red Dawn.

…and Red Dawn.

And So It Came To Pass

When I wrote The Wisp, a story involving privatization of the intelligence community and warfare, I had thought that I was gazing down the road ten years or so. It wasn’t until the WaPo exposé Top Secret America that I realized it had already happened mostly in 2004 and 2005.

Twenty-two months ago or so, I started a “Fauxpocalypse” novel entitled Infernis. The idea behind the fake end times term, self-fulfilling prophecy can be as dangerous as, in my opinion perhaps moreso, than the supernatural. For the unfinished novel, a system that absorbs too much of those beliefs is susceptible to the same delusional thinking. Think HAL 9000 meets War Games.

Then, about 10 and a half months ago, started the sequel, Inthrallis. This one is in part based on experiences with some of those items listed in that old 1955 draft CIA MKULTRA memorandum:

11. Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria with no subsequent let-down.

12. Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.

I may expound on that later, but as I’ve noted below, the scope of the project quickly grew and before 1960 they were looking at what makes us decide to vote, child personality development, mental illness, minorities, criminals, hypnotism, means of control and altering personality, etc.

August of last year was before the MINERVA stuff made it into the news. It’s apparently gotten a nickname now, “FBULTRA,” which I think is appropriate.

The theme of Inthallis is similar in that it still circles around self-fulfilling prophecy but this time it’s a sort of anti-Christ figure. Superstition as crowd-control and flimflam predates even Judaism, so it should not be taken as an attack against religion as a whole.

Superstition and inquistion-lite are making big comebacks.

In some communities, it is chiefly young men who take on the role of witch hunters, suggesting that they may see it as a way to earn prestige by cleansing undesirables and enforcing social mores. That many of the self-appointed witch hunters are men highlights another baleful aspect of the phenomenon: The majority of victims are women. The Rev. Jack Urame of the Melanesian Institute, a Papua New Guinean human rights agency, estimates that witchcraft-related violence there is directed 5 to 1 against women, suggesting that witchcraft accusations are used to cloak gender-based violence.

Another factor, particularly in Central Africa and its diaspora communities, is the advent of revivalist churches, in which self-styled pastor-prophets rail against witchery and demon possession. They often claim to specialize in the casting out of evil spirits, sometimes charging for the service. Many of those congregations have emerged from Western evangelizing efforts.

Globalization means that paranoia over black magic and spirit possession are no longer confined to developing nations. Mass migration has made this a pervasive problem. In January, a Queens, N.Y., man was arrested for beating to death with a hammer his girlfriend, Estrella Castaneda, 56, and her daughter, Lina Castaneda, 25; Carlos Alberto Amarillo told the police that the women were “witches,” who had been “performing voodoo and casting spells” on him.

There’s lots more. Our ally and assistant chief shaper of foreign policy, Saudi Arabia, for example, and the UK.

I really am starting to wonder about that brain injury–attributed to a fall–that Karl Rove has been accusing Hillary of having. I know, consider the source…but have some problems squaring Obama and Clinton on so many issues these days without resorting to the mind affecting tech and/or intimidation hypotheses.

The Mess That Mind Manipulation May Leave Behind

For peace and trust can win the day despite of all your losing.

First order of business, there is a must-read five part article about the son of a former NSA officer. The story is, as is mine, convoluted in turns, twists, and attempts at obfuscation on the part of our intelligence services. I really don’t want at all to make this about me, but the sheer number of similar pieces to Matt DeHart’s story that I’ve covered here before ever hearing of the guy is staggering. From Aaron Swartz’s suicide to WMD inspector Scott Ritter and others entrapped and/or smeared with regards to child pornography, to my two failed attempts to get a lawyer in Canada, once in Ontario actually hired and then later in Montreal. During this latter, I took photos of the Allan Memorial Institute at McGill University where Gail Kastner and others were experimented upon by the first president of the World Psychiatry Association, Ewen Cameron. Cameron was paid by CIA. It wasn’t until fifty years later that Kastner’s family and others finally had their day in court and won.

The attorneys for Kastner and others were the second attorneys I contacted. The first specialized in torture victims and refugees. However, his rejection of my case was due to the United Nations and other human rights watchdogs still believing that the US did not engage in torture and the persecution of its own citizens. The former is proven, of course. Let me assure you that the latter is true as well.

Then there’s the connections to Wikileaks and Anonymous, though both of my connections began after the harassment and drugging began. Speaking of drugging, there’s another connection, as I’m rather certain that happened to me as well.

Think about how well those kinds of charges coupled with what may be drug- and/or psychotropic-induced emotional issues can easily cause support to dry up. You become a leper, a pariah, and it is very, very difficult to overcome.

Check it out. Chapter 1 likewise a similarity to my case just in the title. My family is also largely military.

National Post, “Hacker, Creeper, Soldier, Spy – Chapter One: ‘My family is military’,” Adrian Humphreys, 23 May 2014:

nationalpost.com/matt-dehart-claims-hes-wanted-for-working-with-anonymous/

All five parts are up now and you can read them all.

Second, I have added a “Shooter” tab at top to track various stories that relate to various plots and deaths via people exhibiting signs of mental illness along with some explanation as to why I reject the binary question of guilt/innocence due to my experiences and subsequent research. Simply because a person is disturbed does not mean that there was not also interference by a third party doing some combination of exacerbating troubles, causing the symptoms that lead to the plots and/or violent events, and attempts to control the resulting news coverage.

This is especially obvious once you study the real history, though it is often vague due to secrecy and rife with disinformation that blurs the lines of truth and lies. This is especially problematic because it sets the bar higher for exposing it, which I believe to be the main reason for this being the case. “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence,” some say.

In other words, is it possible to have a serous discussion on brainwashing without including space aliens, the occult, secret societies etc.? The answer is yes but it is very difficult.

The flipside to this coin is just how imperative it is that we have such a discussion. Consider the effect of CIA- and FBI-acquired Russian technology acoustic psycho-correction, for example. In less than one minute, a person’s opinion on a subject can be altered without the subject even being aware that the change wasn’t his or her idea. Imagine the implications for journalism, law, legislation, voting, even the decision to go to war. There is likewise nothing stopping NGOs from using this kind of tech nor individuals who have the money and connections.

This technology does not operate in a vacuum, however. To be truly effective, the target’s psychology must be known to some degree. Enter surveillance for this purpose, as well as associated PSYOPs to provide false data to back up the aasumptions that lead to the surreptitious change in opinion. These three types of operations, surveillance for psychological profile, psychotropic nonlethal weapon technology that inserts foreign thoughts into the target’s head, and covert operations and disinfo campaigns, work together for control.

These methods and tools are also why I say with a straight face that it is entirely possible that even Matt DeHart’s visit to the Russian embassy was not his idea, was not even a choice he could make on his own. For me, there are a few examples, but the most dramatic and “out there” was undoubtedly crossing a bridge under construction in order to visit a fictional person. I had aquaphobia and acrophobia before this. Does that sound like something else is bigger than fear, or what?

Of course that was years ago and I would never do anything that cra–

And last year I quit my job and moved to Chicago because I saw this video * :

WeAreChange, The Persecution of Jeremy Hammond

And wanted an answer to a question. **

It is not as if most of this has not been tried before. The Church hearings made it clear that the law was abandoned due to irrational fears on the parts of the Executive branch, members of Congress, field agents and officers, and the public at large. Whereas this was previously due to the Red Scare, it is now also due to Islamophobia and Climate Change panic.

It is not that there wasn’t something of concern in totalitarian foreign governments, minority sects of radical, murderous groups who use religion as an excuse regardless of label, and I’m certainly a believer in climate change.

No, the problem is opportunists taking advantage of these fears to create rifts in the law and to take a crowbar constructed of fear, secrecy, greed, and intimidation to enlarge those gaps. The larger these gaps become, the more lawless the country is, the more abuse and atrocities occur, the less confidence people have in government and industry, and taken to the extreme end, the dissolution of societal cohesion can and will occur.

What’s changed is the advances in the methods and the knowledge gap of the public at large about them. Some authoritarians say that they don’t want to know. It’s going to affect you now, already had probably and you don’t know it, if only indirectly. You cannot afford to bury your head in the sand or lay down and put a bag over your head until it’s over.

Can there be a bigger issue? Some would say that the collapse of the American Empire would be a good thing. I see their point where the ability to wage endless war, protect corprorate crime, torture and other abuse at the expense of education and positive infrastructure repair is concerned. The problem, of course, is what will take its place? Almost certainly the militaristic domination by a few multinationals who have been hoarding money like it’s the end of the world. I suppose there’s yet another fear to be cashed in on and, really, we are hardwired for that through evolution.

Doesn’t mean it’s true. Doesn’t mean it must go down in a horrific way. Doesn’t mean we have to resort to violence to resolve it, though that is certainly history’s lesson for the most part.

Maybe it’s time to grow up by nurturing a childlike, but not childish, imagination in a positive way. This requires courage. It also requires faith or, to borrow again from the late Douglas Adams, “Don’t Panic.”

It also requires something of an awakening. This is about a struggle with power and how it manifests itself. We, the rest of us, are where power bases itself. We are. A full understanding of this puts an end for the most part of in-fighting. If we’re divided and fighting amongst each other, how are we to stand together and remind power that it doesn’t exist in a vacuum either?

See through the lies accept that it’s worse than you think but don’t succumb to the fear that that would engender.

No matter who or what you may think is behind that portion of our troubles that are not naturally occurring, it is  imperative that attention is drawn to at a minimum the portions of this technology and methods that are not even classified but zealously kept from public scrutiny. Can we afford to take the chance that what I’m suggesting is true, or at least partially so, and fail to act due to fear of being labeled “tinfoil hat?” There’s decades of history on this that includes for example, as much as it sounds cartoonish, the use of former nazi scientists at Fort Detrick, Maryland. This trend also involves Voice of America and everything from rocket science to things like GLADIO. Some spy-related programs are cliche for a reason.

* Luke was arrested yesterday in Denmark for being in the hotel where the Bilderberger group was meeting. He is reportedly out of custody but I’m not sure about his friend Dan who was also arrested.

Luke also reported once receiving a trick link that attempted to put kiddie porn on his phone just before a security search.

** By the way, up shot was getting out of that job. Know I scare people, can’t be helped if I’m also going to be a truthteller, but I assure you it’s not as simple as being a robot. We can all be manipulated. Sometimes it takes another person to point that out when it happens. And we can turn the opposition’s plans against them. Trust me, do it all the time.

Hope you’re doing ok.

Nonlethal Links

Three new links regarding what little is known publicly about USSR/Russian nonconventional weapons research as compared to US’ (eg, mind control electronics and deterrents with militarized police/crowd control applications). Some new terminology in there. Torsionics and information weapons to name two.

INQUISITR, “Mind Control Research In Russia Was A Weapons Race With US”, December 18, 2013:

inquisitr.com/1066276/mind-control-research-in-russia-was-an-weapons-race-with-us/

Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said last year that his ministry was working on “weaponry based on new physics principles.” This includes “direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, genetic weapons” and other science fiction-sounding technology. He has since been fired.

Emphasis added. Putin must be a Monty Python fan. This is the same guy I quoted some posts below.

RT, “Billion dollar race: Soviet Union vied with US in ‘mind control research’”, December, 17, 2013:

rt.com/news/psychotronic-arms-soviet-weapon-379/

“Over the past years, US researchers have confirmed the possibility of affecting functions of the nervous system by weak electromagnetic fields (EMFs), as it was previously said by Soviet researchers. EMFs may cause acoustic hallucination (’radiosound’) and reduce the sensitivity of humans and animals to some other stimuli, to change the activity of the brain (especially the hypothalamus and the cortex), to break the processes of formation processing and information storage in the brain. These nonspecific changes in the central nervous system can serve as a basis for studying the possibilities of the direct influence of EMFs on specific functions of CNS,” read an article in Nauka (Science) magazine in 1982.

And a recent paper:

Cornell University Library, “Unconventional research in USSR and Russia: short overview”, Serge Kernbach, December 4, 2013:

arxiv.org/abs/1312.1148

And an older one, probably better than the 1991 paper presented to NATO I usually pimp (though what the doctor described is startlingly similar to the experiences of many TIs) on doing this stuff for political purposes is this article:

Global Research, “Electromagnetic and Informational Weapons: The Remote Manipulation of the Human Brain”, Mojmir Babacek, August, 6 2004:

globalresearch.ca/electromagnetic-and-informational-weapons-the-remote-manipulation-of-the-human-brain/688

“cause the blocking of the freedom of will of a human being on a subliminal level” or “instillation into the consciousness or subconsciousness of a human being of information which will trigger a faulty or erroneous perception of reality” (19).

If in use, wouldn’t it be much bigger news than NSA surveillance (though proper use of some of this tech would require that)?

Newly Found Articles

First, the Russians have just gone hog wild with the microwave weapons:

Daily Mail UK, “Putin targets foes with ‘zombie’ gun which attack victims’ central nervous system”, Christopher Leake and Will Stewart, April 1, 2012 (doesn’t quite seem to be April fool’s joke):

(Only wussy wear ear protection on top head!)

Note in particular this passage:

However, previous research has shown that low-frequency waves or beams can affect brain cells, alter psychological states and make it possible to transmit suggestions and commands directly into someone’s thought processes.

High doses of microwaves can damage the functioning of internal organs, control behaviour or even drive victims to suicide.

Aaron Swartz? Excuse to torture/brainwash Chelsea Manning at Quantico?:

Then there’s this one, where the leaders of said sad country sound a bit more serious than the silly pictures in the former article:

RIA Novosti, “Russia Eyes Development of Futuristic Weaponry”, Grigori Sosoev, March 22, 2012:

en.ria.ru/military_news/20120322/172332421.html

And an even better passage, indicating that making earthquakes and…I don’t know, turning people into toads?… is also on the menu:

The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020,” Serdyukov said at a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

Then there’s Amy Goodman’s (yes, Amy Goodman who was detained by overly paranoid Canadian border guards just two weeks before the Squidgate incident in reverse in 2009) interviewing deposed Honduran President Manuel Zelaya:

Democracy Now!, “Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya Speaks from the Brazilian Embassy in Tegucigalpa”, Amy Goodman, October 5, 2009 (six weeks before her border incident):

democracynow.org/2009/10/5/ousted_honduran_president_manuel_zelaya_speaks
{28 April 2014: link changed, updated to new URL}

The money shot here (after several technical difficulties in speaking at all):

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:
[translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.

We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.

AMY GOODMAN:
What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:
[translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.

AMY GOODMAN:
As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:
[translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.

AMY GOODMAN:
And who is using this outside — the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA:
[translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.

The guy knows they exist because when he was President of Honduras, his people used them on people he didn’t like and got pissed because they were used on him when he was later hiding in Brazil.

If nothing else, I’ve at last bothered to point out that the US isn’t the only country with subhuman pieces of s— with too much power.

Acoustic Psycho-Correction

Added a tab / page for the Defense News 1993 article on the Russian technology acoustic psycho-correction. The implications are obvious and many even appear in the article itself (see for example concerns that it could “piggyback” over normal communication channels. Then see INFORMATION OPERATION ROADMAP‘s references to cellphones and satellites, then ask yourself why we haven’t “corrected” the Earth into world peace). There can be little doubt that this, along with variations of other technologies and methods, are being used on US soil by the US intelligence community and likely one or more multinational corporations. Likely also our two major political parties. It’s quite the mess.

Steven Ivens

A new hypothesis floating around about missing rogue FBI agent Steven Ivens posed by former FBI-turned-Monaco-intel-chief Robert Eringer (though he lists the two other possibilities as well, simple nervous breakdown and something more akin to what I talked about here).

I’m not familiar with Eringer, but sounds like he’s lead an interesting life.

I have a primary problem with theories one and three. The first does not explain the other arrest, that of Donald Sachtleben. Nor does the third one. Wouldn’t that mean that a twenty-five year veteran is also a Russian agent?

However I can see why he brought it up. First, by visiting the Russian ambassador, he could make it clear that his cover is blown. Second, the manner in which he did so could make the papers (spying 101, don’t get noticed but if you are and arrest is imminent, do as much damage as you can). Third, Ivens still hasn’t been found, therefore he might be in Moscow.

But, let’s take another view, option two. Ivens did find out something disturbing, so disturbing that he got drugged in order to have an excuse to arrest him (see last portion). He fled because that stuff really mucks with your head and decided it made sense to tell the Russians since they are likely to take the opportunity to try to embarrass the US. Whichever (FBI, CIA, etc.) decides to turn that around and make it seem like what I described in the previous paragraph and Ivens has been arrested (or, you know…isn’t with us anymore) and they spread the rumor he’s in Moscow to blow the whole thing off as a traitor fleeing. This is plausible because the Russians planted the story (that I don’t much doubt).

They both work because Ivens isn’t here to say the rest of the story and all parties involved are so deceitful as to not be believed, or as my old pappy used to say, “If they said that the Sun was in the sky at noon, I’d go look out a window.”

(Added note: the people who stuck electrodes in a young woman’s head to see what it would do will now try to bend things again–now I guess I know which version I believe, thanks for that—to say that the SVR got the idea—which all major intel apparatuses have engaged in for decades—from my personal experiences with the US intel community.

In case it isn’t clear, yes, the harassment continues. This is the result. They started it. I didn’t ask for it. It is criminal and not even in any way helpful to US interests, just those of a few traitors).
