Unabomber Denial

Ran across this by a former FBI agent a few days ago. Involved a letter from Ted Kaczynski to a woman inquiring about Ted’s involvement with Dr. Henry Murray, who worked for the Office of Strategic Services, OSS, the precursor to CIA, before deciding to drug people and have them do personality tests at university in California.

While it is of course impossible to know for certain, there are some problems with Ted’s analysis. Overall, I think it clear that Murray had a formal or informal relationship with CIA during the period in question.

First, the entire point of a potential mind control/lone wolf covert ops program would be to make certain that the lone wolf has no idea that he is being influenced and/or controlled. This is, in general, so that CIA can deny involvement and so if a puppet, “zombie,” etc. were to fall into enemy hands no secrets could be divulged because the “human drone” doesn’t actually know any. {Yes, there’s probably some legalese overlap with the drone program over there.}

Ted stated that CIA was not involved in Murray’s research. He had and still has absolutely no way of knowing that for certain. Sometimes, as noted in the 1977 Senate report on MKULTRA, the researchers themselves and the institutions who received money from the CIA did not know that CIA was involved. On this, we can safely assume he doesn’t really know that answer.

Second he states that there was only one bad session with Murray and that he was not tortured into becoming the Unabomber. This I am inclined to believe. It really isn’t necessary to have someone in custody in order to alter their behavior. This was no doubt a big hurdle for CIA to be able to make events occur and maximize deniability.

They solved it. It is possible to cause sleep deprivation, for example, while the subject is in his own home. {Or, as US and Canadian diplomats noted in Havana last year, while in a hotel. Kind of makes it difficult to deny that possibility when it made international news. Though they eventually tried to call it mass hysteria/delusion even though at least one FBI agent reported similar symptoms}.

It is also possible, given Kaczynski started his spree in 1978, that the Frey effect, also known as the radio wave or microwave hearing or auditory effect, also known as voice-to-skull or V2S or V2K, had become operational by then. It was demonstrated publicly using a computer voice in 1973 and 1974 at a US university and would have been something CIA would have been very, very interested in.

Now, thanks to the Federation of American Scientists keeping a mirror copy of the one that the US Army deleted {and then issued two memos on the same day regarding the OIG having to report in the chain of command rather than be independent with regards to investigating civil rights abuses and to define “damage” from non-lethal weapons as having to be permanent}, we also know that voice-to-skull can be used subliminally. Whether or not that was so in 1978 is not known to me.

But then the point of also, and this is what CIA really learned from MKULTRA, drugging the subject makes them both appear–if not actually fit the definition–mentally ill and more likely to accept that whatever the voices in their head say are true and coming from some part of their own subconscious {or “God,” the devil, space aliens, whatever in your more extreme mentally disturbed subjects}.

So it is possible that Kaczynski was prompted to do what he did and had help writing his manifesto. You’ll note if that were true that the helpers were paid by CIA to help write it while Kaczynski was not. This is one of a half dozen things I mean when I say that ultimately mind control is about slavery. I hope that most of us, despite these trying highly politicized times, can agree that slavery is unacceptable, fascists/multinational corporate “Nazis” be damned.

At least the rewrite involving the documentary is now explained.

But what I’m seeing here, and let’s note that Kaczynski is and has been in custody for years now and who knows what else they’ve been slopping into his head since then, is the old bait and switcheroo. Make the argument about physical torture, prove that that probably didn’t happen, and then pretend that that therefore means there was no CIA control or influence where the Unabomber’s actions are concerned. This is an all-too-common thing we see pop up {like demolition of the buildings being the the touchstone of a 9/11 conspiracy when there are already clear connections between CIA and Al Qaeda / Afghanistan} when there’s likely to be something nefarious behind the scenes.

Finally, a quick change of subjects again, but I have to repeat it occasionally. The sort of diabolical nature of the big picture is CIA is beyond repair. It must be shut down and replaced and have some of its responsibilities moved elsewhere. At the same time, our corrupt government will simply use the occasion to further privatize it. In a lot of ways it already is with subcontractors and In-Q-Tel.

And that is where it is all going: Multinational corporate control with most of humanity in some form of slavery service to it. It might not look like ancient Egypt, but it will sure feel like it when they aren’t drugging us.

The Stanford Research Institute received CIA funding, and Dr. Melges published work about using drugs and hypnosis to create “disassociative states,” i.e., induced schizophrenia. One of Melges’ partners on these experiments was a doctor named Leo E. Hollister, who first dosed Ken Kesey with LSD as part of an Army experiment in 1960. He later admitted to author John Marks that he conducted drug research for the CIA. Marks’ 1979 book, “The Search for the Manchurian Candidate,” contains numerous such revelations about other government researchers.

In other words, the doctor who cared for Lang in Santa Clara was a senior figure at one of the CIA’s top institutional grantees.

The drug lobby is pushing for more drugs to “fix” our shooter problem:

Joe Khalil, “Issue of Mental Health Part of National Discourse Again Following Oregon College Shooting,” Fox 40 Sacramento, 2 October 2015:

Despite the obvious in some/not all cases, but especially Columbine, that some of these people were well-drugged at the time they went postal:

Supporters of the drug lobby are pushing for more gun control:

Matt Vespa, “Obama Says Gun Violence ‘Is Something We Should Politicize’ In Statement about Oregon Shooting,” Townhall, 1 October 2015:

And supporters of the gun lobby are pooh-poohing drugs and calling for more guns to protect ourselves from the crazies:

David Edwards, “Less than 90 minutes after Oregon shooting, CNN analyst suggests school’s ‘gun free zone’ to blame,” Rawstory, 1 October 2015:

Less than two hours after massacre at Umpqua Community College on Thursday, CNN military analyst Rick Francona suggested that the shooter had chosen the location because it was a gun free zone.

Note that this is a win-win situation for our criminal elite: More guns or drugs = more kickbacks; less guns and drugs means more control since only cops and mercenaries will be armed and more “crazies” for all of us to fear so we’ll be begging armed sadists to protect us. More drugs means they can ignore your opinions because there’s something wrong with you or you’d agree with their greedy warmongering actions. Perfect recipe for fascism no matter how you slice it.

Additionally, the 3-D chess move that really gives away CIA’s involvement with the shooting, regards 4Chan, one of those places where members of anonymous would hang out because literally everyone who uses it is anonymous except for the administrator.

Jason Silverstein, Larry Mcshane, Nancy Dillon, “Madman kills nine, injures seven after shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon,” NY Daily News, 2 October 2015:

Several message boards noted the shooter may have revealed his plans Wednesday night, in posts on the website 4chan.

“Some of you guys are alright. Don’t go to school tomorrow if you are in the northwest,” one post reads.

“happening thread will be posted tomorrow morning…so long space robots…Will post again in the am. 10 min countdown. Won’t say more to much to prepare (sic)”

4Chan is therefore a government target due to association with Anonymous.

And let’s not forget the sockpuppets. Recall again NTrepid’s system reported on by Barrett Brown:

Patrick McGuire, “Why Is Barrett Brown Facing 100 Years in Prison?,” Vice, 31 January 2013:

Alongside Abraxas and Cubic on those tax filings is another company called Ntrepid. According to Florida State’s records of corporations, Richard Helms is the director of that company. In 2011, Barrett’s work helped lead the Guardian to their report that Ntrepid won a $2.76 million-dollar contract from Centcom (U.S. Central Command), to create “online persona management” software, also known as “sockpuppetry.” To break it down in plain English, online persona management was created to populate social networks with a bunch of fake and believable social media personas to “influence internet conversations and spread pro-American propaganda.”

Ntrepid also has a product they call Tartan, that’s detailed in this internal presentation hosted by the Wall Street Journal. In Ntrepid’s own parlance, they describe Tartan as a program that can “Analyze illicit organizations and less structured social networks by identifying: Ranks of influence within human networks… [and can] end the use of [online] aliases.” Clearly they are looking to dismantle the smoke and mirrors that groups like Anonymous maintain, by hanging out in chatrooms where they do not need to identify themselves officially, with many private communications happening at once. This creates a difficult to penetrate den, where people can easily hide online. Evidently, Ntrepid is seeking to pull all of that apart with Tartan.

What they really mean is

1} Create phony online consensus as a means of creating peer pressure in order to achieve the goals of the Deep State/military industrial complex.

2} To identify whistleblowers so that the criminal elite can continue manipulating and stealing without hiccups.

Let’s get something clear. The purpose of the 2nd amendment was never for hunting, nor was it for protecting your home from burglars. It was always to prevent illegal seizure of your property by the government, as a check on Congress’ standing army in case tyranny should take over. At the time British soldiers were well in the minds of the framers. They had taken over homes as if they owned them, much like the House of Saud does in its own country. And, like how Blackwater behaved during Sandy:

Jamie Wilson, “Mercenaries Guard Homes of the Rich in New Orleans,” Guardian, 12 September 2005:

What they leave out is how they broke into homes, threw furniture in the street, and set up headquarters and sleeping quarters wherever they damn well pleased.

Jeremy Scahill, “Overkill: Feared Blackwater Mercenaries Deploy in New Orleans,” DemocracyNow, 12 September 2005:

Yes, that’s right. And they also alleged that they had been deputized. And another key point is that these Blackwater guys said that they were given the authority to use lethal force, as well as the power to make arrests. And when we asked them about this use of them in the United States, they said that they believe that we’re going to see a lot more of this and that this is a trend. So, I think that this is a very, very disturbing development that we are seeing here on the streets of New Orleans, Amy.

And let’s not forget the unconfirmed words of the American Sniper:

Terrence McCoy, “The ‘unverifiable’ legacy of Chris Kyle, the deadliest sniper in American history,” Washington Post, 30 July 2014:

“…He and another sniper traveled to New Orleans, set up on top of the Superdome, and proceed to shoot dozens of armed residents who were contributing to the chaos.” The magazine said one conversation participant said Kyle “claimed to have shot thirty men on his own,” while another said Kyle and the other killed 30 between them.

Of course, they primarily mean black people trying to eat.

This was not a lone wolf shooter but rather the employee of an organization that engages in drug running, mass murder and surveillance, torture, protecting corporations who fund terrorism, assassinating and making political prisoners of journalists, and has lied about every one of these things.

John Vibes, “FBI Report: Americans Less Violent than Ever, Except for Police,” Free Thought Project, 12 November 2014:

Central Intelligence Agency: The Para-Doxxing

It’s Kind of Circular

Before I launch into the point of yet another “Oh yes it is” post, please take note of the following. First, a news article about a man who shot at drivers in Michigan because he believed that they were out to get him.

Crimesider Staff, “Mich. highway shooter sentenced gets 6-to-10 years in prison,” CBS/AP, 4 February 2014:

Casteel’s attorney, Doug Mullkoff, did say before Langford-Morris announced her judgment that Casteel was “very troubled” at the time of the shootings and didn’t wish his actions “upon himself or the victims.”

“Raulie Casteel did not choose mental illness. It chose him,” Mullkoff said. “He had no history of mental illness before this period in his life. He never was diagnosed until after his arrest.”

During the Livingston County trial, Casteel testified that he shot at the other motorists near the busy Interstate 96 corridor between Lansing and Detroit over a three-day period in October 2012. He said he did so impulsively and because of wild, uncontrolled delusions and paranoia, believing the other drivers were part of a government conspiracy against him.

The shootings terrified the region for weeks, leading commuters to change their driving habits and forcing schools to keep children inside at recess.

While the terrorism charge brought by the state attorney general’s office covered all the shootings in Livingston, Shiawassee, Ingham and Oakland counties, Tuesday’s sentencing came in a case brought by prosecutors in the latter county for shootings that happened there.

Casteel had faced 60 charges, including attempted murder, in Oakland County for shootings in Commerce Township and Wixom.

His lawyers and family members favored the plea deal, because it allows him to receive the ongoing mental health counseling he wants. Defense attorney Doug Mullkoff has said his client was diagnosed with delusional disorder, a condition associated with maintaining false, persistent beliefs despite evidence to the contrary.

I agree with Doug. Of course I’ve also met Doug. He was the Squidgate defense attorney.

Next, before I reiterate all the various methods the unscrupulous could employ to get results like this in a human being, the undisputed history of having researched it during the Cold War, and the probable motives for doing so, yet another method recently came to my attention, this time via a second Naval Research document. What I write here is by no means an exhaustive analysis, merely another method that jumped out at me and fits well with some of the older ones described in past posts.

John D’Andrea, C.K. Chou, Sheila A. Johnston, Eleanor A. Adair, “Microwave Effects on the Nervous System,” Naval Health Research Center Detachment, January 2003:

Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB)
Permeability The blood–brain barrier (BBB) prevents high molecular weight substances in the blood from getting into the brain. This barrier protects the brain from foreign toxic substances but allows passage of the molecules that are necessary for metabolism. A number of causes, such as edema, anoxia, hypertension, and ionizing radiation, have been shown to induce BBB changes, often increasing permeability of substances to the brain. The radio tracer method of Oldendorf [1970] is often used to allow for a quantitative measurement of test substance penetration. The RF induced BBB permeability increase was controversial for many years. Now most researchers believe that the permeability change is associated with an increase in temperature induced blood flow.

–page S127, 22 in the PDF.

Simply put, the BBB prevents many bad things from getting into the brain. Increase the permeability–that is the amount and kinds of substances and/or pathogens that can pass through this barrier–and you can give a person any number of diseases and conditions, many affecting cognition, mood, and perception, and some of which can result in death. This is yet another traceless method of killing someone or at least ruining their life, turning it into a living hell.

You’ll note the inclusion of hypertension alone as a possible cause of increasing the permeability of the BBB. This actually may explain why isolation and trauma–as noted in the CIA’s brainwashing document–can result in schizophreniclike symptoms including hallucinations. Read if for yourself.

Apart from this, you also have the myriad substances CIA tested on some witting, some unwitting subjects, most notably LSD-25, but including probably 80 substances altogether.

Then there is the Frey effect, also known as the radiowave hearing effect or the microwave auditory effect. It was first demonstrated in the mid-1970s. More recently, the US Army’s CALL {Center for Army Lessons Learned} had “voice-to-skull devices” defined on their website but at some point they took it down. The Federation of American Scientists kept a copy. {You can also note again the two DoD info memos released on the same day: one to circumvent the OIG, the other to define damage from non-lethal weapons as having to be permanent and physical in the eyes of the Pentagon}.

This effect can make a person think that they are crazy because they either hear voices or experience strange involuntary thoughts that seem to come from someone or somewhere else. This is where tinfoil hat comes from.

Moving on, a short list of infamous people who were also subjects of CIA mind control programs or operations: Ted “The Unabomber” Kaczynski, “Whitey” Bulger, Lois Lang. What else do these three have in common? They all killed people.

Now for a list of people I’ve met. As I noted some time ago, I found myself working six hours a week at a plant owned by the Koch brothers. I found this, once I discovered who owned it, strange and a little alarming. Strange, because I couldn’t imagine how they missed me. A little alarming because I ran a PSYOP on some of the Kochs’ top lobbyists while living in Minneapolis. Though I was not told specifically that if I did that that my life would be returned to me, that the harassment and hellishness would stop, I was desperate enough to try almost anything to find some semblance of normal. Of course, things only got worse because the Democrats don’t care about human beings any more than Republicans do.

But how did I wind up working at Koch {as an outside contractor}? A young man whom I went through orientation and drug screening with suddenly seemed to go crazy in February of 2013. He called in to work claiming that “they” were after him, had given him a flat, and had murdered his aunt on the Interstate. His supervisors told me that they did find a story about a woman shot but that it was not his aunt.

He became increasingly disturbed, stopped answering his phone, and became a no-show at work. I was called in to cover part of his shift.

Then there are the many, many so-called TIs {targeted individuals} I’ve met and/or interacted with on the Internet and telephone. They, on the one hand, typically make some claims that I don’t believe to be true about how and why bad things happen to them, but on the other have some experiences that I and other people have also had without knowing about those experiences.

It’s a process that practically covers itself up. You are harassed to the point of madness and then madness takes over and pushes mere perception to the breaking point. Whether you were actually drugged, are experiencing the side-effects of sleep deprivation, emotional exhaustion, and the changes that occur in the brain via the BBB and the stomach via stress changed in the bacteria there, which wind up sending too much dopamine and/or serotonin, you can no longer trust your own judgment, so why would the police, your friends, family and co-workers, or reporters? It’s murdering a person without actually killing them. It is the science behind “driving someone crazy.”

The first question, or hurdle, is why isn’t there more evidence that this is happening now? Where is the Edward Snowden of dirty tricks and covert ops by proxy dupes?

The first thing you should know about covert field operatives is that they have almost certainly broken the law. They are, by virtue of their occupation, open to blackmail. They don’t tell on their employers because their employers have the dirt on them. This was what made the OPM hack so disturbing; it contained the dirt on many intelligence professionals. Side note: If it is truly in the hands of the Chinese, then you can bet that the two main political parties in the US also have a copy, and vice versa. Things often play out very differently than rhetoric might make it seem, and China is still a maker of cheap stuff for the US.

So, there’s our first problem: Whistleblowers aren’t likely because they will be smeared by the corporate media. These smears might drown out the message.

Next, they of course are brainwashed; subjected to the same kinds of propaganda that many of the rest of us are, but with much, much, tighter control. For example, we know that the ODNI forbids all intelligence employees from reading The Intercept. They are more likely to follow orders in the first place because that’s what their training did; combine that with “anything that didn’t come from the Director is a Russian|ISIS|Anarchist|Girl Scouts of America plot” and you can just keep on turning a blind eye, assuming that you are in the know despite being subject to surveillance, compartmentation, and the daily force-feeding of bullshit that only smells a little like apple pie.

Then there’s internal security and the FBI to contend with. While little is known about the former currently, there was one chief of CIA security known to wear swastikas. And, of course, the FBI has no compunction about destroying people for their bosses and Wall Street. You’ll find no decency, no sense of right and wrong, no thirst for justice in the Department of Justice of the United States. This is one of the reasons why this is place is so absurd, so comically Orwellian to the point it paradies parody on an almost daily basis.

Now, on to the probable motives. This is an important discussion because people cannot believe something is true unless they can see why someone would do it. Tell them that it already happened during the Cold War and they’ll shrug it off as overzealousness fighting the “Soviet threat.” It is insufficient to say that something outside most of our experiences is happening without also presenting some reason why it is happening.

It is ridiculous to think that CIA HQ did not know that torture didn’t work. It just is. The Agency studied it and frequently noted that it fails to provide valuable intelligence because the subject will say whatever they think that the torturer wants to hear. To ascribe patriotism or ignorance to doing something that made finding the truth more difficult is preposterous. It simply is, there is no other explanation that fits all the facts except that they were looking for any and all excuses to continue expanding the War on Terror. There just isn’t, sorry. It’s not bureaucratic overreach. Someone knew exactly what they were doing: Manufacturing intelligence.

This is an example of what I mean about motive. You can discern them by looking at history, cause and effect, and what has been said about a situation in order to divine it.

The targeting of some Americans by the US intelligence community is pretty much the same. It serves to curb rights because it increases fear of “them” and forces people to trust the “us.” This, in turn, makes even more of these kinds of operations possible.

At the same time, it keeps security contract money flowing. It is estimated that 70% of the intelligence community is private. This means that, for example, of the over $1 trillion spent on homeland security {$1.4T at time of WaPo Top Secret America expose}–the task, not the Department of alone–over $700 billion is going to private spy firms. Some of these firms also do business for Wall Street, Fortune 500 companies, and have various connections to the political elite of the GOP, DNC, and TP movement.

If you want some cold comfort, the idea is to create an atmosphere in which Americans are ready for World War 3. No, really. Water, oil, climate change I’m sure all get bandied about as excuses. Of course, it’s really about distracting us from who is robbing us and who is making some people crazy enough to go out and shoot people because they can’t take it anymore. It’s kind of circular like that.

One of the things that clued me in about all this occurred in Minneapolis, in the early Summer of 2010. During a very unpleasant walk to go sell some DVDs at a pawn shop in order to eat, I happened across an intersection. Across the way was a very large shooting range. I had one of those involuntary thoughts. “Wouldn’t it be fun to go learn to shoot?” Of course, I immediately decided that it would not. But I filed that away and it wasn’t until much, much later that I learned some of the possible ways an intelligence apparatus could make that happen. I also wondered what would have happened if I hadn’t been so damn reasonable, had an inkling already that something was hinky.

On occasion I like to bait a hook to see if I get a nibble. Two days ago, I ended a Twitter tirade {related to the Navy document above} thusly, with a quote from Longfellow:

While out and about yesterday evening, I had this involuntary thought. Keep in mind, though I have followed the man on Twitter for some time, I follow 2,000 people, so I rarely see his tweets unless someone else RTs them. It wasn’t until after this thought that I bothered to see what this John Rain fellow is all about. {And, by the way, there’s a TV series starring Keanu Reeves on the way next year}.

“I want you to favorite Barry Eisler on Twitter. He has the solution.”

Favoriting someone means that every time they tweet, the app on the phone makes it show up as a notification. Currently the app only shows the most recent.

But I was cautious of this bizarre advice that came seemingly out of nowhere. I had already had a swift kick in the groin earlier in the day after viewing my Facebook feed, seeing something I did not need to see all the way at the very top. Sorry, but it’s personal, so I’m not sharing that. I will, however, remind you of MINERVA, the DoD/CIA project to see what happens when you control what people see on social media.

From Wikipedia:

John Rain is a fictional character created by Barry Eisler. He appears in eight of Eisler’s espionage novels as an assassin for hire who specializes in making his victims appear to have died of natural causes.

And that is how the intelligence community of the United States attempts to radicalize its own citizens. Imagine if I thought that advice came from God, the Devil, a dead relative, or a UFO. That’s how they roll. This is what’s happening. I hate being the bearer of bad news, but I hate being the target of this kind of crap even more.

Circular, dude.

Saucy Jack

There have been several people dismissed recently from the APA with regards to aiding, abetting, and protecting the CIA’s and Department of Defense’s torture program. As I’ve noted recently, there are almost certainly other items the APA has worked with the intelligence community to try to achieve. As the Red Scare was the excuse for abuses that lead to the Church/Tower and other hearings, so it the global war on terror the excuse today. We’ve already seen proof that so many other programs have been reinstated, sometimes even “legalized” by Congress, that we were told in the 1970s were illegal and were assured would never happen again. Opening mail, mass surveillance, spying on and harassing journalists and others, assassination by drone, torture/interrogation/brainwashing, and human experimentation have all been shown to have been occurring since 9/11 {and some of it even before}. How likely is it then that MKULTRA and COINTELPRO have been overlooked?

I’ve written about this before, so this is more of a refresher. The idea of using psychopaths in the service of “government” or multinational corporations is not new. Nor did it begin with the work of Peter Watts:

Rifters II: Maelstrom

Rifters III: Behemoth

But he is good at making the motives and possibilities clear in fiction, taking the ideas of experts and other science fiction writers and running with it. In these two books, a character named Achilles Desjardins is used as a drone pilot. Typical assignments include containing outbreaks of diseases and rebellion via deadly flying robots. He is controlled largely with drugs, until that all goes horribly wrong.

Now, let us recall that the Secretary of Defense was unable to say with any certainty when asked by Congress that the domestic drone rollout which transpired last year would not be used against the American people. Let’s also recall the much-ado about why/should various commercial airlines have been shot down on 9/11. Then, if you really want to dig deep, recall that the original OPERATION NORTHWOODS called for shooting down a plane full of American college students in order to build support for an invasion of Cuba; after being criticized, the modified plan called for shooting down a plane full of dead bodies.

If there’s one meme that must be dispensed with, it is that anyone in power wakes up wondering how they can help the average citizen. That is not what power does, it is not what it thinks about. Rather, how to exploit them is foremost in Power’s mind.

Enter Dick Cheney’s “Walk on the Dark Side.” The speech in which he used the phrase was rather vague in terms of details. But consider this:

Ted “Unabomber” Kaczynski was a CIA test subject. Notorious mobster “Whitey” Bulger was a test subject. Though I have in the past considered him more of an after-the-fact subject of study, Aquarius {though not very accurate historically} has reminded me just how deeply Charles Manson was in the LSD subculture–LSD having been invented on behalf of and extensively tested by the CIA. I may have to rethink that. Lois Lang, shooter of a CIA bag man, was also involved in behavioral modification studies. Multiple MKULTRA subprojects were dedicated to mental illness, and psychopathy in particular.

How then, can one ignore the possibility–probability!–that some thinktank wrote that there should be some manner of harnessing the many serial killers roaming free inside the United States and using them in the war on terror? In an era of mass surveillance? It seems only logical when you want to build a spook army to look for talent who is already good at getting away with murder.

Is there any other basis, apart from the psychological profile of the parties involved and historical precedent, for this idea? Of course there is. The stats on serial killers by the national expert:

Christopher Beam, “The Decline of the Serial Killer,” Slate, 5 January 2011:

Statistics on serial murder are hard to come by—the FBI doesn’t keep numbers, according to a spokeswoman—but the data we do have suggests serial murders peaked in the 1980s and have been declining ever since. James Alan Fox, a criminology professor at Northeastern University and co-author of Extreme Killing: Understanding Serial and Mass Murder, keeps a database of confirmed serial murderers starting in 1900. According to his count, based on newspaper clippings, books, and Web sources, there were only a dozen or so serial killers before 1960 in the United States. Then serial killings took off: There were 19 in the 1960s, 119 in the ’70s, and 200 in the ’80s. In the ’90s, the number of cases dropped to 141. And the 2000s saw only 61 serial murderers. (Definitions of serial murder” vary, but Fox defines it as “a string of four or more homicides committed by one or a few perpetrators that spans a period of days, weeks, months, or even years.” To avoid double-counting, he assigns killers to the decade in which they reached the midpoint of their careers.)

There are plenty of structural explanations for the rise of reported serial murders through the 1980s. Data collection and record-keeping improved, making it easier to find cases of serial murder. Law enforcement developed more sophisticated methods of investigation, enabling police to identify linkages between cases—especially across states—that they would have otherwise ignored. The media’s growing obsession with serial killers in the 1970s and ’80s may have created a minor snowball effect, offering a short path to celebrity.

And any indication of APA involvement? Yes:

Spencer Ackerman, “Psychologist accused of enabling US torture backed by former FBI chief: Louis Freeh calls report that preceded Stephen Behnke’s ousting from the American Psychological Association leadership a ‘gross mischaracterization’,” Guardian, 12 July 2015:

Behnke has longstanding connections to the FBI. His CV cites his work since 2001 on an FBI child-abduction and serial murder research advisory panel. A John D Behnke, who appears to be his brother, served as a long-time and distinguished FBI agent before joining Freeh’s risk-management firm as a managing director.

Certainly, FBI being retooled to being more Jack Bauer and less Will Graham {and “coincidentally” less interested in fraud committed by banks, for example} could have had something to do with the decline. Assume for a moment, for the sake of argument, that the 2000s should have +/-120 serial killers. Let’s say 20 were found suitable and recruited by the intelligence community for training and special ops. What about the other 40?

USA Today, “Series Of Missing Ohio Women Stirs Fears Of Serial Killer,” WFMY News, 25 June 2015:

That town in Ohio is just one of several places with similar issues. Who is the most likely target of serial killers?

It’s a stereotype for a reason.

The idea then? Local police get sex workers “removed.” They also {with or without the help of the killer} can frame any local criminal they please with the crimes and get them put away as well. It becomes a win-win for a misguided, holier-than-thou, superstitious, fear-mongering and -infested system that also “just happens” to love money and power more than anything else.

The Terror Makers

Continuing along the lines of the US government attempting to turn me into a terrorist or crazed murderer from the previous post (or to try to frame me for same from the one before that)…

Recall again the bizarre brainwashing the began with an odd visit from someone I don’t know. He seemed to be thanking me for attempting to help Peter Watts out of his dilemma (that being the bridge issues that we refer to as Squidgate). Recall also the 1955 draft MK-Ultra memo item 12, to make someone dependent upon someone else.

I think I should pause here for a moment to make clear what I would and would not do back when any of that mattered. I would send emails regarding it. I would post things on Internet pages regarding it. I would buy anyone a beer I thought might have the slightest inkling who the f*** he was.

What I would not do is stand outside anyone’s home in the dark watching the place. Nor even try to find out their address or phone number (no, not even when it was readily available in court documents) when email is available as a communication method.

And believe me, in some ways this brainwashing made the mere thought of this person at times every bit as addictive as cigarettes…as much as, I can only imagine, heroin must be but without the physical withdrawal stuff.

Why, then would I not go to such lengths? Well, first, alienating the friends and acquaintances of someone you thought you were interested in hardly seems a good move. Second, getting arrested doesn’t sound like a good idea (especially when you know that is precisely what the a-holes in the intelligence community who have been harassing you want). Third, the people I thought likely to know the answer I was also rather fond of. Stalking them just didn’t strike me as very friendly.

(I say most of that because I just never had the chance otherwise).

Moving on…

There was, when Peter had his issues at the border, on the bridge, a passenger in the car with him. He never said who it was on his blog so neither will I. He testified at the trial, I met him there.

There was, I was certain, somewhere the mention of the fact that when they handcuffed him, it was to a fence or other such object nearby and that he was left there for hours. Understand that voice-to-skull or whatever it was made sure that I at least strongly considered that that person must have been the same one I saw in the deli, had been brainwashed over.

Rather than accept that as fact, I attempted to find out a few days before the trial by asking a friend of Peter’s an innocuous question like, what was the age of the person in the car with Peter? Some way to know if it was the same person or not without asking that directly or otherwise having them think I was in any way attempting to undermine Peter’s legal defense. Understandably, they did not want to meet with me so close to the start of the trial. In fact, this was a last minute idea once I realized I was passing through Toronto to get to Michigan from New York. However, I did leave NYC early to give myself some “cool down” time between the intense harassment in NY and the start of the trial. Walking in and seeing the store-guy there and knowing he’d been mistreated without preparing myself for that might have had an angry, embarrassing or worse result.

Now recall also that my old friend, T. Ryder Smith, an actor from the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, also wound up doing the audio book voice work for Peter’s novel, Blindsight. And that it was only because my friend Stu handed me a copy of it to read that I read it in paper form at all and that that was before knowing that Smith had any connection to Peter at all. That coincidence alone is just flashing “weird” if not “covert ops” in bright neon all by its lonesome.

Recall also that when they harassed Kara Miller, that they had her convinced that Smith was either the Devil or worked for the CIA. She didn’t know what was going on or how it was done, but she knew it had to be supernatural or superscience.

Again, this was to provoke me to assume Smith had somehow planned all of this and to run off and kill him. To make matters worse, there was at least one person on the Internet (probably more) whom they tried to convince me was Smith (at least one probably was, but I have no reason to think he’s any or much more resistant to brainhacking than anyone else).

As if that weren’t enough, I ran across this:

October 12, 2009 staged reading of The Laramie Project at La Jolla Playhouse. The show is about the death of Matthew Shepherd and the aftermath. Smith was in it (see toward end of top paragraph).

Which implicated both Smith as sort of mocking me and the border guards for handcuffing my “brainwashed love” to a railing for several hours. (That is, if you have people using electronics to put ideas like that into your head. Smith was, I am sure, very sincere and happy to be a part of that show).

I was somewhat relieved to find that it was not the same person in the car with Peter as I had seen in the store, the guy that they “affixed” me to using drugs, harassment, psyops, etc., though I was certainly still upset that it happened to anyone at all.

Again, I cannot help but wonder, are these the sorts of things they did to Ivins, Kaczynski, Breivik, Ortega-Hernandez, Koresh, Jim Jones (and, why not? Osama bin Laden, etc) and if so…why is it still happening? Where is the system failing? How can government-sponsored terrorism continue when I know there are people aware of it who would not approve? Why and how is it possible in the United States of America to have a group of people getting away with trying up drive others insane, to push them to commit crimes, etc.? I don’t expect perfection, but this is a real threat, not the phony bulls*** that they make up to scare money out of Congress.

Sort of a shout out to the folks at Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance. (Link to website and Facebook page are at right under Activism).

I know some folks are invested in the Organized Stalking phenomenon being one thing or another. I assure you I have considered most of those theories and the only one that makes sense is that is is a massive covert operation between the CIA and the Department of Defense (or some portion of it, including the NSA). There just is no other rational explanation and history supports this conclusion.

To illustrate my point and to, again, show that my experiences occurred and I documented most of them without ever having even heard FFCHS, gangstalking, organized stalking, etc. I will use a diagram that’s been floating around for some time and I found on the FFCHS FB page:

(This version is lower-resolution than the original and may be difficult to read in places).

I will take this list from the left going down and then jump to the top right and do the same, finishing with the bottom notes.

See the CIA MK/ULTRA draft memorandum May 5, 1955 (an appendix to the 1977 hearings – PDFHTML, this memo escaped the order to destroy all project documents because it had been misfiled. You’ll find it toward the back of the PDF, bottom of the HTML page), item #1:

Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.

That they have moved from using only substances (ie, drugs) to electronics and biological pathogens is only natural as technology and bug-design has advanced. Understanding that you have probably been drugged is an important step towards surviving and resisting.

This is at least partially “MICROWAVE HEARING”. I can’t say I had precisely this experience, but I do recall the discussions I had with my boss where content may have changed. We both made claims that the other said things that we denied ever having said. He said he heard me say that I quit, while I said I heard him blame me for any financial difficulties the company was experiencing.

Don’t recall that one either, but I suppose I have that to look forward to. Instead, I have an itchy chest, ears, nose, throat that two rounds of antibiotics hasn’t been able to touch. See again the CIA memorandum, this time item #5:

Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.

In other words, they try to turn you into a hypochondriac, get you to constantly see the doctor, and when the poor bastard is unable to figure out that you have been targeted by the Federal government and he is out of his depth, you would naturally assume that your doctor is one of “them”, once again achieving item #1’s purpose: to discredit you.

Not surprising, but don’t recall that one either. Wait until we get to the hand stuff below. Note the manipulation of muscles can be induced with EMFs. Scientists are doing this already, it made the news. (There’s even a brain “shotgun” that supposedly is about twice as effective at reducing depression as most prescriptions).

The first time this happened to me it was after a jog, so I attributed it to that. However, the second one was about ten to fifteen minutes after I wrote something particularly about the Koch Brothers (aka the Kochtopus), which I take to mean they tried to add the Koch’s to my list of suspects. (They are complete s***heads, mind, but even a pair of billionaires could not do this large of a scale operation).

This also happened to the judge, Monaghan, in the Squidgate pre-trial when the first scheduled preliminary examination was to occur. Peter mentioned on his blog both the white noise device (used to prevent the jury from hearing bench discussions) and a burrito.

I think it may have happened a third or fourth time to me. I don’t know, I mostly ignore it when they get repetitive…it bores me.

That may explain what I saw a month or so back. Weekend-Guest-Woman was “picking her seat” in such a way I would have only have expected to see in a Joe Dirt sequel. Really, not attractive m’lady. Hand in pants. The rest I leave to your imagination.

As I think I mentioned recently, I told the FBI that I don’t blame everything on the government and used a spill as an example. Then, when I got home after that meeting of the minds, my iPhone seemed to “jump” out of my hand because of an involuntary twitch, resulting in a cracked screen. Again, I’m thinking EMF for that one (I think EMFs can also make lights fade, blink, for those who have experienced “gaslighting”).

Additionally, as I mentioned on Twitter to Lynnae Williams a while back, Congressman Keith Ellison was on crutches last time I saw him and I don’t suppose there’s any harm in mentioning I contacted his office about what turns out to be NK/INTRA. He had jumped and come down wrong on his ankle or similar.

Now that is assault against a member of Congress. You would expect the Department of Justice and FBI to consider that to be in their jurisdiction, but because it’s the a**holes at CIA and NSA responsible (another of Ellison’s constituents was Mark, TI and former employee of NSA subcontractor Technodyne, I met him at that same event) they just look the other way as these criminals destroy democracy and take a giant s*** on the Bill of Rights that they have all sworn to protect. But I digress.

Can’t think of any reason that CIA and NSA wouldn’t pay special attention to your genitals. They are clearly perverts, look at the research.

Again, see the itching event above.

Forced orgasm I covered as part of Item 11 from the same 1955 memo:

Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria without subsequent let-down.

While it wasn’t quite that, late December 2009 to March or so 2010 involved a few wet dreams or something approaching that. Again, I point to this as the cause of many a politician’s problems and the weekend in 2006 in Indianapolis where I met an operative named Anthony Gipe. Also, the Secret Service scandal, an attempt to embarrass the POTUS’ guard and thumb their nose at the chain of command (I think that’s known as mutiny and carries the death penalty, but there I go with the wet dreams again).

Didn’t have those. I see that there is a recent message from a gent who is experiencing it from a recent FFCHS newsletter. A shame that politicians don’t care enough about their constituents to put a stop to this illegal program, but then they profit off of the security contracts that result from the fear and distrust it engenders, so we should not be surprised.

Flailing, no. I am a little disappointed to be finding out that others have experienced things like the “rigor mortis” and that they even gave it a name. See my recent post about that here. (“You’d rather see me paralyzed…” –Bob Dylan).

Additional note: probably a good idea to be careful when, for example, cleaning a swimming pool. Not a good time to lose your ability to move. (Oh, did I ruin another assassination attempt?).

I’ve actually had that for a long time. Hazard of working in a commercial office building with carpet for twenty years. Don’t know how that could be induced remotely and don’t think I’ve had that as part of my harassment regimen.

Didn’t have that. Not surprising, though. It must be remembered that electronics are largely the domain of NSA. They have always been ahead of the private sector. The early 80s testing of being able to see what’s on a computer CRT from outside a building before PCs and the Internet were household items is one example. This is how we know who is responsible. It’s unthinkable that if these people were not to blame that they would have tolerated this behavior on the part of someone else as it strikes right at the safety and security of the United States. It’s terrorism. The only logical conclusion is that it is they who are responsible along with others in CIA who are only interested in their own retirement funds and cashing in on the havoc they create.

I mentioned this just recently. Since voice-to-skull works, it’s quite possible to force thoughts just like forcing muscles. Sometimes, it’s probably not so much reading minds as seeding them or making educated guesses as to what you are thinking. They have a lot of experience with this, and probably know how most people will react to many of these things and plan for the alternate scenarios as well. In other words, it’s not purely electronic, but partially psychologically accomplished. A magic trick, basically.

Which doesn’t mean that electronic mind-reading is impossible. I just haven’t seen anything as yet that is not explicable some other way. Besides, if they really could read my mind, this would have been over a long time ago. 🙂

As I’ve noted before, certainly there are controlled daydreams. This is how they introduced more nightmare scenarios than I can count. It’s sitting back after and realizing, “If I actually were worried about that, this is how I would have imagined it” that made me realize initially that those things were external, not coming from my own brain. I’m an actor, a writer, a geek. I’ve spent a lot of time daydreaming, imagining. I know what my tendencies are and can therefore usually recognize when they are someone else’s.

This also especially applied to the two CGI clouds I saw in January 2010. Besides them not being what I would have done, why not a real shark, a real mushroom cloud instead of cloud-versions? If it’s a simple brain malfunction, why not all the way? Because it wasn’t. It was something along the lines of the SONY patent linked to at right.

Speaking of which, if it is possible to transfer sensory data onto the human neural cortex, then perhaps recording it and playing it back is a large part of what’s on the diagram above. Record someone in pain and “play” it back on someone without. Kind of like the squid-thingy in Strange Days which is a step away from the complete VR experience in The Matrix.

Like I said, they tried to, for example, convince me of the suicide of the object of memo item #12:

Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient is to become dependent on another person is enhanced.

And that it was my fault from a piece of fiction that I wrote. That’s one of many examples. Most are to try to provoke violence or push to suicide. Again, that’s murder, assassination, and fomenting rebellion (another potential death penalty crime).

Voice-to-skull, V2K, V2S, the Frey effect, the radiowave or microwave hearing or auditory effect, it goes by many names. Proven.

As I’ve seen mentioned a lot lately (Hawking’s new show mentioned it I think) we don’t actually see as much as we think we do. Our eyes are not seeing as much of the field of view as we think. We even have two blind spots. But our brain makes up for the eyes’ shortcomings and fills it in with whatever data it thinks is accurate. We don’t even see color in our peripheral, but we think that we do.

So, while I’ve no idea how that is done (and have not had that experience) it strikes me as quite possible to “trick” the brain into thinking that the eyes are open and therefore it is filling in the details of what it thinks is there. Not so scary when it’s put like that, is it?

Not sure. Certainly had some ear ringing and as I said, current pain from the infection, but probably not to that degree. Note again item 5 of the memo about mimicking known diseases.

Haven’t had that either. More involuntary muscle inducement.

Same. Occasional muscle cramps, but usually those are the result of not drinking enough water, physical labor or exercise. Don’t doubt it for others though.

Did not have this. Sounds pretty intense.

Note the bold notes at the bottom right. The first is the public appearance of voice-to-skull. There may be the explanation of what I referred to as the “voodoo” experience in 1989 at the Ford Foundation-funded New Jersey Shakespeare Festivel that ultimately led to my religious conversion to Christianity around that time. I suspected hypnotism of some sort for a while now. I expect it’s much like that paragraph describes.

Now imagine that that was used on Al Qaeda. Instant police/surveillance state. Also the probable reason that one plane crashed in Pennsylvania before ever getting close to Langley (I believe this is where it was going based on the behavior of Buzzy Krongard; see posts with his tag).

Bottom notes about general effects:

This is covered directly in a FOIA request response from DoD in 2006. Directed sound can do that. It’s their toys at work.

Kind of covered that.

Not entirely sure what that is, but I’m guessing it’s the effects of caffeine felt based on where you are standing. It reminds me of a thing I experienced a few times and have not written about.

About three or four times in 2010, while walking at night in Minneapolis, I experienced a drunken sensation while walking near bars. I think this was an attempt to convince me that I’m psychic and was experiencing other people’s sensations. (I was actually on my way to get a drink at a different bar and had not yet had any alcohol when these events occurred).

I’ve covered this a lot. Real noise, phantom noise, pain and illness, being poisoned and having to sit up to avoid vomiting (which now I think about it, could also be “phantom sensation” projected via the SONY device), excess energy (such as that experienced by Heath Ledger for an extended period of time resulting in exhaustion and illness resulting in too many medications), nightmares, etc. That’s sleep deprivation, an “enhanced interrogation technique” (aka torture) approved by the US government.

Last night was a persistently annoying moth. See the Animal Control tag, this is old CIA research.

See memo item #16:

A knockout pill…

Also involves amnesia, which ties into the first, upper left note.

It’s not only that they are sometimes difficult to resist, but also that sometimes I wasn’t even aware that such a “command” had been given. This is especially true when it’s something I might normally do anyway, as I noted regarding switching drink preferences in a Toronto pizza place in April, and contrasted with waiting outside my hotel for an ambulance that I did not know was coming because the voice on the other end said to wait. This is how they got some pyromaniac to burn down the Conway condo with a laser. This is how they got Oscar Ortega-Hernandez to fire at the White House and then marched out CIA psychiatrist E. Fuller Torrey to diagnose him. This is how they got Bruce Ivins and Ted Kaczynski to send those crazy letters.

(By the way, I know this is one of those things that are trend-based in the media, but the utter lack of discussion and arrest of serial killers in recent years has me wondering…have they been recruited? Does the new Charlie Manson now work for Top Secret America in the name of the war on terror? Sure sounds like what Cheney meant when he said that the US needed to take a walk on the dark side. He was so full of s***, wasn’t he? Off his rocker, bats*** insane).

It did not occur to me that the burn on my leg might be the result of microwaves. I had assumed a chemical peel or a laser. And I remind the old readers, inform the new ones, the purpose was to take a piece of my skin to plant at some crime scene. Posting about it before it could happen prevented that (or to go even deeper into “double-reverse” deception, that was what I was supposed to think).

As I wrote before, there was the misplaced notebook and subsequent reappearance to help convince my partner I was insane (textbook psychological harassment), and my boss’ computer getting infected in the most horrible way I’ve ever seen done to a PC all around the same time in late 2009, early 2010.

I am amending that: training is another. We have lots of young psychos now running around in our intel community, many in the private sector as subcontractors. Also, as I said, it is to justify more illegal programs, to intimidate anyone who might try to push back, and to create the surveillance state we now find ourselves in. All-in-all, it’s going to be someone’s ass.

Speaking of which, I know there are quite a few Christian TIs out there. So, don’t take this the wrong way.

George W. Bush is a creep. The worst kind. He delights in war, death, and destruction. It’s not his fault, mind you. Daddy was head of the CIA for a while and it is said an operative some time before that. These men are psychopaths. Shrub especially is a small-minded, petty jerk. There is one infamous tale about how after he won the governor’s election, while he and that other lying creep Karl Rove were in a restaurant, W started taunting a reporter who had been against Bush in the election. He was saying, “We’re going to get you, you’ll be sorry,” etc. and laughing. Is that what Jesus would do? No. It’s what the village idiot would do.

Similarly with being conservative or Republican. The neoconservate ideology is extreme and much more akin to fascism than the original Grand Ol’ Party. They believe in lying, do not respect freedom and the Constitution, and care nothing for their fellow human. That the GOP seems to embody that nowadays is because it was hijacked by the neocons.

One pretzel nearly avoided some of this.

In any case, the fact that it’s not only Christians being TIed means it’s not a conspiracy against religion. Nor can it possibly be an international cabal of police associations. Those are ridiculous notions.

And I’ll be “fair” and say that the Democrats, neoliberals, and liberals can be and often are cowardly, criminal, and terminally ineffective in holding back the tidal wave of defense, security and intel spending that is making things worse.

Does this help put things into perspective? Columbia and Afghanistan. There’s your budget. CIA and DoD run the drug trade and then we pay DEA to try to fight it. This money is being invested in making the US a permanent cheap-labor, no benefits country. That’s the big picture.

In closing, a message to the folks who read this who are possibly not TIs in the same sense or who want to stay as far away from this subject as possible for fear of being labelled part of the “tinfoil hat society”:

Together we stand, divided we fall. This is the battle for the future of humanity. As melodramatic as that may sound, things can and will get a lot worse unless there is some clear, decisive action on this issue and soon.
